When Rick and his group entered the CDC, they found only one man who told them that this was there extinction event. That there was nothing left anywhere. What if that was not the case? What if things were better than they were originally? Cover art does not belong to me.

Rick is struggling to keep it together when the group arrives at Alexandria Safe-Zone only to find himself reunited with a past from which he never recovered. Now he must cope with the past in order to ensure a future for his people and the community.

Merle and Daryl are not the only Dixon's, they have a younger sister Harley who they both swore to protect no matter the cost. What if when Merle died Daryl lost his relationship with his baby sister to the point that he tells Rick, that he will make Harley leave if he needs to? What if the next time Daryl see's his little sister is when his on his knees with the group!

AU: Shane and three young teenagers are cut off from the farmhouse when the walker swarm descends on the farm. Wildfire scatters the remainder of the survivors even further, causing different leaders to emerge to keep their groups safe. By the time everyone reunites, the changes make becoming a family again an interesting challenge. Part of the Lost Deputy collection.

Shaking his head Merle scoffed at the strange situation. He just threw away a cushy life in a secure town where he had three squares, a bed to sleep in and a few girls he liked to f**k. Now?
