Caryl AU. Oneshot. She was going to do this on her own terms. She was going to keep control of her situation. She was going to keep control of her life. Even if, after everything, she did let him help.

This story starts after the midseason finale (season 5). The group has to cope with the death of Beth. They also need to consider where to go now. Carol and Daryl are my favorites and therefore they are the main protagonists. This is going to be a Caryl fic :-) Just let me know, what you think and if I should continue. Out hunting, Daryl encounters some flowers he's never seen before. The mist produced when he accidentally crushes one leaves him reeling, stumbling towards the prison in blind arousal. Daryl figures once will be the end of it; one reluctant orgasm, out there in the open, and it'd be out of his system. He figures wrong.

What if Tara had run into someone else when Glenn passes out that fateful day on the road? What if that person had quite literally run to her aid? The sequel to Gone For Good. The group arrives at the Alexandria safe zone. They begin trying to live a normal life after the horrors they have encountered. Rick is convinced he must protect the group, especially his girlfrend Beth, at all costs. RickyJo finds she still has a difficult choice to make. Rated M for eventual sexual content.

The others, they begin to forget her, and Daryl tries to be okay with that. There should be someone who remembers though. There should be someone and it'll be him.
