Time is slowly ripping apart and it's up to the Doctor to save it and every dimension by raising a team of heroes. However, the first adventurer he needs doesn't exactly warm to the idea of adventuring. Deciding to help convince Bilbo, the Doctor will aid in the quest for Erebor. Can he gather the other heroes before emotional pain destroys everything.

When the Doctor asks Rose where it is they're going this time, they run into a hobbit. A hobbit who has never ventured out of the shire... that is in till the Doctor finds out about the dragon.

Somehow the Doctor has gone and inserted himself (and Amy) into the events of The Hobbit! But that's just a story in a book. Right?

The Doctor drops in for a spot of tea, and Gandalf has a lot of questions.

When a strange man knocks on Bilbo's door, the journey to reclaim Erebor turns out very differently.

After the BotFA, even though everyone lives, Bilbo doesn't feel he can return to Erebor. So when a strange being called the Doctor with his magic box offers him another adventure, Bilbo takes him up on his offer to travel space and time.

It was a simple plan, really. Find a human and send them to a parallel universe to spread the Dalek genes. But they could never have seen the obvious. Humans fight back.
