Confused, afraid and in a daze, a man who calls himself Anon Hope woke up in an alley in Vale's commercial district. Unsure as to where he was or what to do, Anon wandered the district until he found a shop with a familiar name. His curiosity took him into that familiar shop where a familiar scenario, featuring familiar characters unfolded soon after his entrance.

Ryan (Me), and his friends and family, get sent to Remnant. There, they meet Team RWBY, and their friends, as they all team up, to defeat Nayr Llennoc, and the Black Queen Club, prevent The Fall of Beacon, Defeat Salem, and get Ryan and his pals back home to their world. There will be action, adventure, and a YangxRyan. Hope everyone likes it.

The story of RWBY, post-Volume 3 meets the plot of Red vs. Blue: Singularity! After a deviation in the timeline causes Ruby Rose to activate her Silver Eyes during her time at Kuroyuri, a mythical entity that resided under the ground has awoken, and it offers Ruby and Jaune the opportunity to travel through time and change events so that it can be freed and create a new timeline!

Oscar Pine won. Salem was defeated and Ozpin could pass over. It came at a cost, but he had a budding family. Until a disease ravaged Remnant, and Oscar had one chance to go back in time to save someone who could have stopped it. In some ways Oscar only made it worse

After the battle of Vytal, Yang is struggling to find a new normal, and realises that it won't be found in Patch, so packs up Bumblebee and heads back to Vale, though not to rejoin Beacon.

My take on what Raven's epilogue in Relic of the Future would have looked like. Based on the fic "Relic of the Future" by Coeur Al'Aran. Major spoilers, if it's not obvious. ONE SHOT.
