I know this is completely non-canon, but it sort-of fits, and I like to imagine that it's real. So basically, this is a poem I wrote from Cato's point of view, and he's saying that he had a crush on Katniss from the start, and... well, read and see. Rated T for a minor reference - just to be safe.
