She struggles to stay above the surface, she never was a good swimmer, but luckily she has Finnick.

What if Primrose Everdeen's name was never pulled out of the bowl in the 74th Hunger Games? What if Gale's sister, Cordelia, was called? I don't own anything, except for Cora Hawthorne.
