Modern Day AU: Katniss Everdeen had spent the last three years working at the only electronics and office supply store in District 12, and it was time once again to prepare for Christmas. The rapid changes always brought new sights, new sounds, and this year it brought Peeta Mellark — the new seasonal hire.

Post Mockingjay. In a world after the rebellion has ended, Katniss is taken by a surprise illness. Three years later Peeta still struggles with the loss, but he finally figures out what to do, no matter how tragic it is.
