When a storm rages outside Beacon and Team RWBY's plans are ruined, Qrow decides to tell a story from his days at Beacon, But rather than starting a story from STRQ, he decides to tell the story of another team - team SLNC. With such high negativity, will Ruby and her guild be able to help?

Remember the heartbreak of the end of season three? Well, maybe that didn't need to happen. This story is an alternative that takes place after season three, episode six. Focusing in on Weiss as the main character, I try as much as possible to keep all characters as ones already established in the RWBY universe, but a few exceptions are made.

As Team WOLF looks towards their graduating year, they expect a happy year with their friends Team RWBY and Team SLKE, but when all four members experience shadows from their past that threaten them, Team RWBY realizes just how much they impacted the team. And it leaves Wyatt and Yang changed forever. First chapter is a prologue, story expands after first chapter. Rated M for Yang.
