Other than the Renegades, the best fighters on Gallifrey were in the Celestial Intervention Agency. Kurremkarmerra is the best of the best- she's brave and resourceful, but most importantly, she's loyal to Gallifrey and its people. But is she really good enough to eliminate Target One?
