Dark Link's defeat in OOT banished him to the Sacred Realm. He slipped free when Ganon was resurrected in TP. Weak, Dark Link hid in the Shadows during the Twilight Era. Puppet Zelda's defeat split her and Zelda into two, leaving Puppet Zelda a mere phantom of her former body. Dark Link vowed to find Zelda a solid form, if she promised to help ressurrect their Master.

A cross between a novelization and an adaptation of the events of The Ocarina of Time. Relies heavily on the game in question, but goes its own way after the first few chapters. Also fills in some parts of the story not seen in the game that I keep in my personal timeline and canon.
