Whenever a nation disappears or fades they must sign a document resigning their position as a representative for the people/culture of that country. Also, if said nation was raised by another nation, the nation who raised them must sign the document as well. Warning: Spain is slightly OOC and there is Some swearing.

Taking place in 1824 (almost 50 years after the Revolution) Arthur Kirkland finds matters difficult to deal with. Alfred can't help but notice and frequently questions him on his behaviour, causing the Brit to reminisce in the horrible past. Arthur decides to confront the American through letters that confess most of the feelings he has been locking away for nearly five decades.
