Hello Everyone,

I'm back and as promised, Tanya's revenge. This character was really fun to write with all the character movement and events. We get our first real visit from Momma Bear Sue in this character (which was the most fun part). I hope that you all enjoy it and remember to let me know what you think in a review.

I don't own any of the Twilight characters and materials, I just play around with them like little Barbies.

Chapter 16: The Banshee's Revenge

Fortunately, Monday and Tuesday went by with only glares from Tanya and the coven of witches. Everything was going great. Edward and I sat next to each other in English and lunch. The workload for classes was still pretty light, and I was ahead on the reading list already. Even Cheer practice was better than I expected with what happened on Friday.

However, I would be stupid to think that she wasn't cooking something up. Whatever it was, It was sure to be petty and it would probably hurt me.

"Belly," Emmett said from behind me. "You ready for flag football today?"

I was walking down the stairs with Edward toward the gym when Emmett came up behind us.

"Oh, yeah," I said, sarcastically. "The klutz in me is over the moon about having to play flag football with my over-competitive, idiot brothers for the next two weeks. Happy times," I said as we all reached the landing.

"Oh come on. Jake and I won't hurt you. Mom and Dad would have our asses."
Edward laughed at our exchange. "Don't worry. It's flag football, not tackle. Plus it's gym class. How bad could it really get?"

"I really wish you hadn't said that," I grumbled. He rubbed my shoulders and kissed my temple.

"It'll be okay. See you in a few minutes." He followed Emmett into the boys locker room while I turned to head into the gym to the Girls locker room.

"Hey, B," Lizzie said from where Rose, Alice, and her were waiting. "Tanya's in there. We didn't want you in there by yourself," Rose said. "She's planning something. She was talking to Jessica last period. I don't think it's going to be pretty."

"What can she get away with while she's away from her mother?"

"Pretty much anything," Lizzie said, rolling her eyes. "Ms. Denali is the gossip queen, and everyone is afraid of her somewhat."

We walked into the locker room just as the coven came down the hallway leading to the door.

"Wow, Bella. Nice to see you by yourself. The way that you've been clinging to Edward's side is pretty pathetic," Tanya said as she blocked our way.

"Yeah. It must be so hard for you to watch, Tanya," Rose said. "To watch my brother not cringe away from Bella like he does you. Didn't he run down a hallway and into Mr. Berty's room just to get away from you?"

"Please, he was late for class. Don't worry, Rose. We'll be best friends once we start dating."

"First off, won't ever happen," Rose answered, making sure that I caught her emphasize. "Second, no we won't. Now why don't you move your crazy ass to the side and let us get dressed?"

"Fine, just remember, Bella. I've always gotten what I want, and Edward will be no exception." They walked past us into the gym.

"Leah," Tanya said as my sister opened the door. "how is the growing boobs to match your body coming along?"

"Well, T. Sam seems to think that they are pretty spectacular. How is the cellulite in your ass doing?"

"Excuse you!" Tanya shrieked and not so subtly checked her ass.

"Made you look," Leah said as she let the door shut in Tanya's face. "God, I love doing that. What bile was she spewing now? B? What's wrong? What did she say?"

"Nothing I didn't expect Lee. I'm fine."

"And nothing that was remotely true," Alice said as she touched my arm.

"Thanks, Allie," I said.

"Let's charge and get out there."

Coach went over the rules of flag football again quickly and picked Emmett and Jake as team captains. I ended up on Jake's team with Lizzie, Jasper, Paul, Tyler, and Jessica. Emmett unfortunately ended up with Tanya and Irena. We buckled on the flag belt and went to our respective walls. We were playing in the gym, so we each start at the walls and coach punted the ball to the receiving time. If someone gets both of your flags, you were out until your teammate gets someone else out. We lined up and the first couple of plays were fun. Jake throw the ball to Jazz every time and our job was to grab their flags. The problems started when Emmett's team got the ball. Emmett chucked it to Edward just as I grabbed his flags. He didn't even notice until Jake started cheering. He turned around and I held out his flag with a smirk. "As a receiver, you think you'd be faster," I teased.

"Very funny. You remember that, Bella," he said as he kissed my cheek. The teams lined back up on the walls and the play started. Emmett looked, but Jake had Edward covered and Jazz hold Mike. Unfortunately for him, Tanya was the only open player, and – unfortunately for me – she smirked evilly and threw the ball hard at my face from 4 feet away. Everything went black for a second and then I was on my back on the floor.

"Bella!" Edward yelled from somewhere close by. I heard the whistle blow as Tanya moved closer.

"Can't be all kissy was a fat lip, huh? Poor, Plain Smella."

"Get the hell away from my sister, you disease infested troll," I heard Leah yell and suddenly Emmett, Jake, Edward, and Leah were hovering over me. I could see Rose and Alice standing behind my brothers.

"Denali, you were already on thin ice with me," Coach Clapp said as he walked over to me. "Alright, Swan, Swan, Cullen, you get her to the nurse. I'll be there after I take Denali to the office. Anyone close enough to hear what she said since I know she said something?"

"Yeah, Coach," Leah said, standing up and moving to get into Tanya's face.

"Good, you can come with us to the office. I'm going to need Bella over there after she gets checked out. I'm going to call both of your parents, and if I have anything to say about it, Denali, you're going to be suspended for at least the next sports season, if not the rest of the year."

"Coach Clapp, it was an honest…"

"Save it, Denali," Coach came over and knelt by my right shoulder. "I'm going to make sure that it's safe to move you, okay?" I give him a thumbs up.

"God, What a drama queen," Tanya grumbled for behind the Coach. Rose stalked around Emmett and Leah and pushed Tanya's shoulder back. "You're so disgustingly petty and desperate. You're a big talker for someone who has a bunch of eye witnesses to her being a class A bitch."

"Coach Clapp. Did you hear what she just said to me?"

"No, I'm too busy cleaning up your last mess. Okay, you seem okay to move. I'll send whatever parent I get to the nurses office. Try not to move her head too much."

Edward and Emmett helped me up gently, and Edward picked me up under my legs and shoulders. "Em. Jake. You want to grab the doors for me?" Edward asked once he had me situated in his arms. Emmy ran over and got the main door.

"Don't worry, B. We'll get you stuff out of your locker," Alice shouted after us.

"Okay," Coach Clapp shouted. "Everyone else get changed and head to the Art room until the bell rings. Anyone in here after ten minutes gets detention for a week. I'm going to tell her the deal. Denali, Swan. Let's go."

Edward had me through the main doors and the four of us were headed up the stairs to the main office. After we hit the landing on the first floor, I tried to lift my head and groaned.

"Don't move, Sweetheart. You could have a sprained neck," Edward said as we made our way down the hallway.

"Here, Belly," Emmett slowed up to walk next to us and waved two fingers an inch in front of my nose which was gushing blood now that I was up right. I was going to need a new gym shirt.

"I don't know about fingers, but I see one dumbass."

Edward chuckled, and Emmett shook his head. "She's going to be okay."

Jake opened the door to the office and Emmett went to get the nurse's door. We all bust through it like I had been stabbed.

The nurse jumped up but remained cool. "Here," the nurse said. "Set her down on the cot. What happened?"

"She was hit in the face from close range with a football in gym class," Edward started. "It looked like she passed out, and she fell and hit the back of her head and she's bleeding pretty bad out of her nose."

Emmett and Jake were leaning against the wall. "See, that's why you let the doctor's son explain things," Jake said, and the nurse snickered.

"Okay, Bella. You lean back on the cot. I'm going to get you a warm wash cloth to clean you up and an ice pack. We'll check out the damage after that. Let me see if I can find a shirt in the lost and found. I grimaced and Edward chuckled. "I have a fresh shirt in my duffle for after practice tomorrow. Would you rather have that?" he asked. I nodded my head a little bit and winced as my view of the world tilted on its axis.

"I'll go get it," Emmy said. "Right on the bench next to mine, Ed?"

"Yeah. The Seahawks shirt."

Emmett opened the door and let the nurse go through and followed her out. I relaxed against the back again and shut my eyes. "I told you she was a petty bitch," I mumbled, and Edward and Jake chuckled. "It's not funny. My face is going to swell and be purple and black for weeks."

"Bella, let's worry about that after we figure out if you have a broken nose or a concussion," Jake said. He looked so angry. "What did she say to you, anyway?"

"It was nothing, Jake. She was just being petty."

"Bells, It's going to come out eventually," Jake said.

I looked at the wall and closed my eye, willing myself not to cry. She had always been a bitch, but now she was hitting me right in the insecurities of the slightly chubby child I'd been. "She told me I…" I whispered. I realized that I was worried about telling Edward this. I knew in my head that he would be supportive, but we were still really new, and Tanya had hit me harder with her bile than I realized before. "She said I couldn't get…all kissy face with a fat lip and then she called me 'Poor, Plain Smella." I looked back at the wall until I saw Edward got up. I turned to see where he was going and was surprised when he leaned down and gently kissed my forehead since it was the only place without blood on my face. "You're right, she is a petty bitch."

I opened my eyes wider before laughing until my head was spinning. He moved to my ear. "I can always kiss your forehead and cheeks until your lips are available again." I smiled and if my face wasn't covered in blood, they would have seen my blush.

"Hey, you two. Big Bro, still in the room. She has two of them, remember?" Jake said, but he was smirking.

"Here we go, Bella," Mrs. Wilson said, as she walked in with a small basket of supplies in one hand and a wet washcloth in the other. "Coach Clapp is out in the office and told me your mom is on the way. Ms. Denali is on her way after dismissal at the elementary school." She popped the instant ice pack and shook it as she handed me the washcloth. It was nice and hot, and it felt amazing on my face.

"Did I get it all?" I asked the boys. Edward took the cloth and gently rubbed under my chin and on the end of my nose. "Thanks."

"Here is your ice pack. Your mom gave us permission to give you a dose of Tylenol. She said that Advil doesn't really work for you for headaches?"

I gave her a thumbs-up instead of nodding. "I knew she was my favorite."

She laughed and took out one of those travel packs of Tylenol and a bottle of water. "Take those and lay back and wait for Emmett to get back with your new shirt. I'll send your mother in when she gets here."

"Thank you, Mrs. Wilson," I said as she walked out to the office. "Mom and Veronica in the same room should be interesting."

Jake laughed and nodded. "Especially since Veronica still hits on Dad every chance she gets. Ed, you get to watch Mom go all Momma Bear. What a treat."

I tried not to laugh because it hurt too much. I looked over at Edward, who was on the cot near my feet, and he was laughing. It didn't touch his eyes, where I could still see the worry from earlier. He looked down at his watch and smiled, taking out his phone.

"You played gym with your phone in your pocket?" I asked.

"No, I grabbed from my bag on the bleachers before I came over to you, in case I had to call someone."

"Isn't Coach supposed to do that?"

"Yes, but this is much faster. His phone is across the hall, in his office."

"Who were you texting?"

"My father. He just got out at the hospital, and I'm going to have him come over and check you out."

"Edward, you don't have to do that. I'll be fine."

"She hit you really hard, B," Jake said from behind him. "It's that or Mom is going to drag you to the E.R., and Em and I will help her."

I looked at both of them. "You're not going to let me out of it, are you?" They both shook their heads.

"Here is the shirt, Belly. Ed, you need a new gym bag. You have the same one as Newton," Emmett said and shuddered. I didn't even want to know what he found in there. He handed me the shirt and went to stand by Jake. I held the shirt up and looked at the three of them until they understood.

"We'll step out so that you can change," Edward said, and they all shuffled out of the room.

I gently sat up and removed my shirt and look at it. There was no saving it. Bitch. It was one of those soft, cotton ones. I righted Edward's shirt that was easily three sizes too big and definitely well-loved. I made sure that my face and hands were free of blood, and I pulled the shirt on gently. It was really comfortable. I really hoped that he didn't want this back.

I reached back to knock on the door and the boys came back in laughing.

"What?" I said.

"We could hear Leah laying into Tanya," Jake said. "She was calling her a petty 5-year-old when we came back in. Principal Greene is just kind of letting her."

"Yeah," Emmett broke in. "because he knows how serious this is. She assaulted you. Principal Greene is probably just happy Dad isn't the parent coming."

I smiled. "Well, that's his mistake. Can one of you ask the nurse for a blanket."

Jake opened the door and went to ask her.

"You're coming down off of the adrenaline. Even more reason for my father to come and check your nose and reflexes," Edward said as he checked the cabinet for a blanket as my shivering amped up a little.

"I second that," Emmett said.

"Too late. Jake already agreed with him," I said, rolling my eyes.

"Well, then, I third it or whatever. It can't hurt, B."

I sighed and sank back down on the cot.

"Where is my baby girl?" We heard from the other side of the door.

"Suck to be Tanya and Veronica now. Hurricane Sue just made landfall," Emmett laughed.

The door opened, and Jake and Momma walked into the room. "Oh, my baby. God, your nose is already purple. And you're shivering." Mom came over and sat down in the space that Edward had vacated. "After I deal with the she-beasts, I'm taking you to the hospital."

"Mom, please. Not the hospital. Edward already called Carlisle to come and check on me."

Mom looked over at Edward and smiled. "You got her to agree to that?"

Edward smirked. "It took all three of us, but yeah."

Mom looked back at me. "Did I mention that I like him?" All of the boys were laughing while I blushed.

"Mom, I'm not that bad."

She gave me the "Mom" look. "Sweetie, I love you both, but you're as bad as your father when it comes to the doctor." Mom gently held my face in her hands, making me look at her. "I should have called a meeting with Veronica years ago and tried to stop this. I mean harsh words are one thing, but you could be really hurt. I'm sorry, Sweetie."

"Mom, it's not your fault. You know that listening to reason is not how the Denali's operate. It probably would have made it worse for both of us, actually."

"I guess. I still think I could have tried something."

"B's right, Mom. She's tried avoiding, talking, yelling. They don't work with them," Emmett said. The only thing that they listen to is the same shit they do."

"I bet they would listen to criminal charges." Jake muttered under his breath. "We all saw what Tanya did and Leah heard what she said."

"What did she say?" Momma asked.

"Nothing truthful," Edward said and smiled at me.

"Okay. Veronica is getting an earful. I'm done with this crap. If she's not going to reign in her daughter, I'll make damn sure that the school does. She'll be lucky if your father doesn't bring her in. He is going to be pissed." I was sure that he was. Daddy didn't take it well when one of us got hurt, especially like this. His last big run in with the Denali's was when Tanya had mashed her gum into my hair in 3rd grade. He ripped into Veronica while I bawled over my impending haircut. The way that she'd put the gum in my hair, Nana had had to cut off 7 inches.

"How are we doing, Bella," Mrs. Wilson came in and checked my eyes and gently pressed her fingers around my nose and the back of my head. "There's no bumps yet, but I'm only really worried about the back of your head from the fall. Your face is probably going to be pretty colors for a few weeks, but your eyes are reactive, which I like to see. I would still stay up for the night and get checked out by your doctor."

"Dr. Cullen is coming over to my house to check on me, apparently."

Mrs. Wilson looked at Edward. "Good boy, Edward. I'm sure that Carlisle is going to at least want scans to make sure that there aren't any fractures. Well, Principal Greene is ready for you and Bella, Sue. Keep that ice pack on your nose for another 20 minutes. Try not to stress too much, or your nose can start to bleed again."

"Meaning let your Momma do all the yelling," Mom clarified. "Can't I send Bella home with the boys and have her talk to Principal Greene tomorrow?"

Mrs. Wilson shook her head. "Unfortunately, he wants to get her statement today, but I don't think that he plans on keeping her too long. He wants her to get checked out, too."

"Alright. Come on, baby girl. Boys, go to the house and let Carl in. We'll meet you there."

The boys nodded and left. Edward 5stayed behind to help me up. "I'm going to follow them to your place. I'll see you there." He gently kissed my temple and went out into the office.

"Come on, Sweetie," Momma said. "We'll get this over with and get you home."

"You've got to be kidding me. A weeks suspension?" Veronica Denali screeched. "For an accident? Quite frankly, I'm shocked by this preferential treatment. Miss Swan has been a thorn in my daughter's side for years."

"Oh, spread that crap on a different field, Veronica," Principal Greene replied, probably noticing that Mom was on the edge of her self-control. "Your daughter and her friends have had it out for Bella and Leah for as long as they've known each other. You're only upset because Tanya was sloppy enough to get caught this time. Leah heard what she said, the entire class saw that it was deliberate, so, please, don't make this worse by accusing Bella while she is in here with an ice pack on her nose and mouth. You're not one of my teachers. That shit doesn't fly here."

Ms. Denali scoffed like she couldn't believe that he would speak to her that way and rolled her eyes.

"There are always other cheerleading coaches as far as that goes," Principal Greene continued. "Maybe Angela's aunt, Ellabeth. Or I hear that Maggie Swan is interested."

Leah and I held back our laugher. Principal Greene knew what he was doing. He was in Daddy's class. He knew how much of a set off this would be for her.

"Maybe if she would date in her league, the ball wouldn't have felt the need to knock some sense into her," Tanya mumbled.

Principal Greene's face turned red with anger and his head snapped toward Tanya. "Firstly, you just earned another weeks suspension for that little comment. You're not going to sit here and pretend that your actions are justified. Bella could have been seriously injured by both the ball and hitting her head on the gym floor. I'm talking time in the hospital, possible seizures, some serious stuff. You have to understand that your actions have consequences, sometimes dangerous ones. And over something as stupid as her dating the boy that you like."

"And I suppose that you aren't going to be talking to Rosalie Cullen?" Veronica snarled. "She got into my daughter's face. I want her off my squad."

Shit. Rose was going for a cheerleading scholarship through a private grant. Veronica would never put her up for anything like that, but Esme knew more people than most publicists. I had hoped that she wouldn't get brought up, but apparently, Veronica was playing hardball.

"No one heard what she said because they were trying to make sure that Bella stayed awake. So it would be what she said happened against what Tanya says happened. You can appreciate that Veronica. It's your favorite game to play. As for her being off the squad, kick her off with no proof or cause, and you and your daughter will both find yourselves off the squad. Understood? That goes for Bella, Lizzie Wilson, and Angela Weber as well. Miss Denali, one more toe out of line, and you'll be off the squad and banned from all sports and related activities for the rest of the year. Is that clear?"

Tanya gave him one nod and crossed her arms.

"Now one more thing that I want to cover before I let you all go. Bella, can you tell me what Tanya said to you?"

I looked at him and then at Momma. She was bracing herself, even though I was sure that she understood what was going on by now. I sighed and looked at Principal Greene again. "She said that I can't get all kissy-face with a fat lip… and then she called me 'Poor, Plain Smella.' Something that she's called me since kindergarten." I looked at Momma, and she was fuming.

"Thank you, Bella. That's all I needed. Go and get your injuries checked out. I don't want you back in school until you have had at least one check out at the hospital. Tanya, your two weeks start tomorrow. No school, no school events, and no cheer practice."

"That's completely unfair! Homecoming is next weekend. You mean I can't cheer at the game or go to the dance?" Tanya screeched. This was not going to end well. These kinds of thing meant everything to Tanya.

"I guess you should have thought of that before you talked back, violated school rules, and gave Bella a potentially very dangerous injury. I hope that you learn you lesson, but I won't be holding my breath." Principal Greene stood up. "One more thing, Keep in mind that you are on very thin ice, young lady. Think about your actions. I'm not going to tolerate that sort of thing in this school. Go home and have a good rest of your day. Sue, please let me know how long Bella will need to be out of school, and I'll make sure that Leah or the boys get her work."

"Thank you, Will. We will let you know as soon as we do," Momma said as she helped me out of the seat and guided me to the door.

"Wow, playing it up just a bit aren't we, Miss Swan?" Ms. Denali snarled. "You can take the ice pack down and stop pretending now, dear."

Momma stepped around me and got between us. "First things first, get the hell out of my daughter's face. It's pretty ballsy to try and start something in the office. How about you keep your daughter away from mine, and I'll do the same." Momma gently grabbed my shoulder and steered me toward the door. "Come on, Sweetheart?"

"I think Tanya will be fine staying away from Leah. Poor Bella. Her mommy left, didn't she, Sweetheart? Probably couldn't handle being the mother to two little troublemakers and a spoiled little brat who doesn't know her place."

Momma tensed and passed me off to Leah who wasn't doing much better. Mom wheeled around. "Look, I don't know if you were friends with the shrew or what you and your daughter have against her but let me make one thing perfectly clear to you. Those girls by the door are my daughters regardless of who gave birth to either of them. THEY. ARE. MINE. You come after one of them or you come after both of them, it doesn't matter, because I will come after you, and we'll settle it like big girls. Trust me, Veronica, when it comes to my kids, you will lose," she turned back to us and ushered us out of the school and to her truck.

"Emmett texted," Leah said from the back seat. "Rose, Alice, and Lizzie are at the house. They grabbed our stuff. Dr. C is already there, and Emmett said dumbass, but I'll say adorable boyfriend is pacing up and down the hallway, worried about you. Esme and Mrs. Ada are there too."

"Oh, God. Does everyone have to be there?"

"Honey," Momma said. "They care about you." Her phone rang and she looked at the screen as we stopped at the light. She sighed and handed me the phone. It was Daddy. "Put him on speaker."

"Sue! Do you have the girls?

"Charlie…"

"I just got the call from Will."

"Charlie, Hon," Momma tried again.

"Is Bella okay?"

"Charles!" Momma finally yelled to get him to listen. "Yes, I have the girls. We're on our way home now. I'll tell you more when we get home. Bella's as good as can be expected. Edward called Carl over to the house to check on her, but I'm pretty sure that he is going to want her to be check out at the hospital tomorrow, assuming it's alright right now."

"Princess, you're going to listen to Carl and go to the hospital without a fight if that's what he says, right?"

"Yes, Daddy."

"Okay, I get off at 4, but Mark is coming in early to cover me. I'll be home after he gets in. I love you, Princess."

"Love you too, Daddy."

"And Peanut?"

Leah leaned forward. "Yeah, Daddy?"

"I'm proud of you for not beating the snot out of Tanya like I know that you wanted to."

We all laughed. "It was hard, but I managed. Plus, Rose got to her before I could. Tanya's not worth throwing my soccer scholarship chance away. But I will if she doesn't stop."

"Alright," Dad chuckled on the other end. "I love you, my girls. See you 3 when I get home.
"Bye, Love you," We all answered at the same time, making Dad laugh even harder.

"Alright, so you don't seem to have a concussion, but I'm expecting you to come in tomorrow for some scans and things. Your pupils are dilating fine, and your eyes are moving and following me well. You should be alright. But, hey," Carlisle said and waited for me to give him my full attention. "Any Dizzy-ness, Any massive headaches, any lose of vision. Any of that and you go straight to the hospital. That is very important. I mean it, Bella. This isn't something you can suffer through until it's gone."

"Yes, Sir," I said.

"And I would feel more comfortable if you stayed up tonight, but right now that's just a precaution. If I'm right, you should be alright for school and work on Friday or Monday, but that also depends on tomorrow's scans and getting cleared after that. After you get checked out, gym and practice should be back on the table. I don't think that you have a bad concussion, but you are NOT cleared until you get a clean X-Ray and a second check-up."

"Absolutely."

"I know no gym is really upsetting you, Sissy," Emmett said from the arm chair, and everyone chuckled while I glared at him. "What? Too soon?"

"Daddy?" Alice said from her spot behind him. "If it's alright with Mr. and Mrs. Swan, can we all stay hereto help Bella stay up?"

Carlisle looked over at Alice. "I have no problem with it if Charlie and Sue are alright with it. Do you, Es?"

"No. But you don't run her ragged, Mary-Alice Margert. Bella still needs to rest even if she can't sleep.

"Of course not, Mommy."

"I think that would be a great idea," Momma said as she walked in with a tray. "I made baked potato soup everyone. I figured Bella might not want to do too much chewing right now."

"Thanks, Momma," I said from where I lay on the couch, my feet propped up on Edward's lap. He wanted to be close, but Carlisle needed him out of the way. These was the compromise, not that I'm complaining. Momma bent over and kissed my forehead.

She walked toward the kitchen and moved around collecting things. Everyone else went into the kitchen to get their food. A few minutes later, she came back out of the kitchen with a tray full of food and waited while I sat up. "Here you go, Sweetie," she said, and she placed the tray over my lap.

"Thanks, Momma. It looks great."

"Oh, you're welcome Sweetheart. There is a roll that I warmed so that your butter would melt, and some Pepsi." There was a crash in the kitchen, and Momma rolled her eyes. "Emmett Charles! The bowls on the counter are plenty big enough. You don't need the other ones. Bella, What am I going to do with your brothers?"

I laughed and winced as it aggravated my fading headache. "People have been asking that for years. I guess yell at them until they are their wives' problems?"

She laughed and sat down in the spot that Edward vacated. She leaned in and whispered, "Poor Rose and Lizzie."

We laughed, and I leaned into her shoulder. "Momma?"

"Yeah, Sweetheart?"

"You know it's the same for me, right? What you said in the office? You are my mom. No one else."

She squeezed my shoulder and kissed the crown of my head. "I know that, but it is always wonderful to hear. I love you, Sugar Plum."

I smiled at the nickname that I would never really grow out of. "I love you, too, Mommy."

End Note: I'm sorry for the delay this week. My best friend's grandpa passed away last Wednesday, and the funeral was this past Saturday. Hence the mid-week update.

So what do we think about Tanya's revenge? Don't worry she'll get the rest that's coming to her, but she's not done being a bitch either. What did you think about Edward in this chapter? Were you disappointed that I didn't let Leah get a few good licks in? Let me know in a review. I hope to have the next chapter on Saturday still, but I'm not sure. Your reviews always help ;). See you Saturday.
