I actually haven't written much 'fic at all, but my sad little mind just kind of came up with this. I still want to know all about what Bucky's been doing over the last two years and how he's been coping and getting along. (*cough* Netflix series, Marvel *cough*) I can only imagine that, in so many ways, it hasn't been super easy for him. So here's a tiny vignette. *runs and hides*

This is an alternate universe set in modern times and without any super soldiers. Bucky was turned into a merman against his will; Steve thinks he died... until they meet on a beach. Bucky is lonely, starving, and grieving for the life he lost. Steve is determined, optimistic, and hell-bent on finding Bucky again. Sound familiar?

What has Bucky done for HYDRA? How exactly was the Winter Soldier useful to HYDRA? All these questions and more are answered in this fanfic. Read as the Winter Soldier is sent on covert wetwork missions, and as he murders people such as Itsu Akihiro, JFK, and Martin Luther King, Jr.

Basically a rewrite of the scene from Captain America: Civil War, in which Tony presents Binarily Augmented Retro Framing ( B.A.R.F. ) to the students of MIT before announcing the news of the September Foundation Grants. It's been rewritten to include the Original Character that is, in turn, his younger sister. pTL;DR. i got bored and rewrote a part of CACW w/ my OC in it.
