Sometimes he has dreams where he is not The Winter Soldier (feared assassin) nor is he James Barnes (historical sidekick). First, before all of the others, he is a woman who kneels at Death's feet and fights to save her husband's life. (BB/SR, Post CA:TWS, Reincarnation fic, WIP)

The story about how Bucky and his best girl got together along with helping Steve getting the one he wants to notice him. There is also a mentioning of Loki's attack on Manhattan Island. There is also a lot of humor thrown in just to get everyone's goat.

Sam's not exactly sure how his life turned out this way, but he can't say he minds.

She is everything that he's not. On that cold day, the day had met, Bucky saves her life, and then she saves his. They become friends. They become lovers. She becomes his mission.

This is my first fan fiction that I have written so I am going to take it one chapter at a time. I have also been a Marvel super hero fan and I thought I would take Captain America's story and make it better. I mean seriously why put him in ice for seventy plus years? I will post the next chapter after I get three good reviews.

You're Captain America's best friend, so you can't be bad. She doesn't understand the danger she puts her older sister and only living family member in when she brings her new friend home.
