I had a strong urge to write the plane scene from Captain America, with Peggy's POV. I might write Steve's later, but this all hurts.

It's next Saturday. She goes alone.

This is the opening to my version of the next instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This part was made after Thor: The Dark World but before Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Although I doubt that this is how it will happen you can read my story to have a little idea of what might or might happen. Some far nothing has been taken from the trailer. Enjoy!

Bucky returns from a Valentine's Day date to the apartment he shares with Steve to find the window wide open and Steve shivering on the bathroom floor, caught in the grips of the flu. Exasperated snark and irritated concern ensue. pre-WWII and pre-Steve/Bucky.

Shield. Shooting. Falling. He remembered.

Five moments: Steve and Peggy. Steve Rogers really wishes that he looked his age. Peggy educates him on the last 75 years.

[Part 2 of the Defrost Series] Bucky is nearly apprehended by his former handlers again and Steve is determined to prevent that from happening. Their escape doesn't quite go as planned. No slash, just epic bromance and lots of bicker/banter. Rated for language and blood.

The kid goes by the name Bucky, and he doesn't like anyone. The only people able to be near him are Steve and Peggy, and when Peggy leaves, Steve is stuck trying to train the teenager into a soldier.

Peggy remembers Steve and the quiet moments of her own grief.
