Alice's POV
"NOOOOOOO!!!" I screamed. I tried to get at the vampire, but suddenly I had two pairs of arms around me. I was struggling against Carlisle and Edward, obviously it was stupid. I was tiny compared to them.
"If it gets Jasper, it will get you too." Carlisle whispered in my ear.
"I want it to get me!!!" I screamed, "I don't want life without him!!! Give me to him right now!!!" I grabbed both of Carlisle's hands, and managed to get them off me, but Edward's arms just restrained me more, and then Carlisle gripped my waist again.
"No..." I practically whispered, as Emmett unfroze from where he was standing, and went to kill the vampire. Emmett was the only one moving out of all of us. Rosalie was staring at the fire Jasper was thrown into, Esme had slowly sat down, and was sitting silently, her chin on her knees. Carlisle and Edward were restraining me, and I just stood there, in their arms. When I eventually gave up on trying to get away, I spun around and wrapped my arms around Carlisle and sobbed into his chest. Edward slowly let go of my waist, as I continued crying. Carlisle rubbed my back and whispered in my ear things like 'You'll be ok' 'We'll help you' 'He's in a better place now'
I heard Emmett leave, and Rosalie follow behind him. Edward rubbed my back, whispered "I love you" In my ear and then left as well. I guess so they can go grieve privately. I didn't know this could happen to vampires, but suddenly my legs gave way, and Carlisle grabbed me under my armpits before I could hit the ground. "Woah, Alice. Hey, your ok," he sat down and pulled me to the ground onto his lap. He rocked me side to side, whispering in my ear all the time. Esme slowly wandered over to us, and curled up to Carlisle's side. She stroked my hair, and pulled me closer.
"Alice, we care about you. You know we love you, right?" He asked me, and I just nodded into his chest, still sobbing. He kissed my head, and I just sighed.

It's really crappy and I don't like it because I think everyone would be crying a lot, especially Esme, but I like the idea of Esme and Carlise comforting her.
