Genre: Romance | Angst | Drama | Fantasy | Action

Pairing: Angela Weber x OC

Summary: Mrs. Weber decided that it was due time for her daughter to start acting like an average teenager, and what better chance than now since Angela finally decided to take her life into her own hands. Wanting to keep her daughter on the track of self-finding, she demanded that her daughter do something that would scare the both of them, hoping that at the same time as helping her child, she would also piss off her lazy husband.

If only Mrs. Weber knew what her small wish would become more prominent than she could have ever expected, causing her daughter to fall madly in love with a devilishly famous immortal teenager.

Yes, if she knew what she had brought to her front steps, then Mrs. Weber probably would have asked her daughter to do something else, but alas, fate does not work that way, but she should be thankful.

Because there is nothing that would be able to keep them apart from each other, not even death itself, but if anyone wants to take the chance and do so …..he will make sure that they get punished.

"So, have you come up with an idea on what talent you are going to be showcasing Angi," Jessica asked me, laying on her stomach looking at one of the many magazines that I have hidden in my room.

I couldn't help but groan in frustration because she knew that I had come up with a list, but none of them were good enough.

"You know I have been trying to think of something for the past 8 hours, Jeje. You see the hundreds of thousands of pieces of crumbled-up paper with failed ideas surrounding this desk," I replied at her, scribbling on a new piece of paper, trying but failing to come up with something.

"Well, there is a lot that you can do, Angela. You are a very talented person, and anything that you think of will probably be good enough for you to win."

I rolled my eyes and threw the crumpled piece of paper I was writing on at her," Yes, but there are only a few things that I am good at, and even with that, I don't think I could come up with anything good enough for Mandrake Beal."

She looked up from the magazine to stare at me, and I watched as she examined me for a good 2 minutes, trying to figure out something.

She got off my bed and made her way to me, seizing her chance to sit on top of my desk.

"Well, your Instagram says a lot about your photography skills, so you don't have to do anything with that talent. Most of the pictures you uploaded were from when you were doing jobs for other people or when you took pictures of your friend's which was smart in your case," She stated.

" Jessica, I already thought of that while I was lying sick in my bed; what I need is an idea or solution to my problem with this video," I voiced, crumbling another piece of paper throwing it across the room in frustration.

" Well, it is simple, Angela, you write a song, and you use your beautiful singing voice to woo that boy into submission," she said, glancing far into the distance, daydreaming about whatever sick romantic fantasy that she was thinking up.

I thought and contemplated the concept," Eh, but the problem is that I don't believe that I can write a three to four-minute song."

"Well, you don't have much time to figure this out, Angela, and not enough skills that you are good at to showcase," She snapped back at me, and I signed, knowing that she was right.

"Try you never know you might come up with something mind-blowing, and if you don't think you can make a song, then don't. Start with coming up with what you want to sing about and then try to start with writing a chorus and then branch out," She expressed, going back to my bed to finish looking at the magazine.

"Ok, I think that I could do that when you put it like that. Are you staying over until Monday," I asked, grabbing a new piece of paper, and started to write whatever came to mind?

"You know I can't leave you with how jumbled your mind is," She declared, typing away on her phone.

"So did you overhear that little Ms. Swan, and her brother are finally in town," I replied after laughing at her comment.

"Yeah, I heard, and I am looking forward to them coming to school on Monday," She replied," Do you think the brother is hot?"

I rolled my eyes because I knew she would always have her mind stuck on the opposite sex, and she would never change, "Don't let Mike hear you talking about another guy, and it might ruin your chances with him."

"Oh, like he is going to get the hint anytime soon. That boy is too dumb to see that I love him, and I'm afraid to say it, but I don't think he will ever get it."

She was right

She has been fighting to get that boy's attention for the last four years, and no matter how hard she tries, he has yet to set his eyes on her. It was sad that she continued to fight so hard for a guy showing signs that he was uninterested, and it was clear as day that he was only interested in trying to get into as many girl's skirts as possible.

"I am going to give you the same advice that I gave you two years ago. I advise you to get over your crush on the walking disease caring teenage boy and go find you a gentleman that will treat you like the queen you are."

She laid there on my bed, contemplating what I had reminded her, but nothing was said. I knew that she would not take my advice, and I respected her wish to fight for what she deemed hers, but I thought she was unreasonable.

I just let the silence resume as I gave up trying to get through to her and continued writing lyrics down. Surprisingly I was doing better than I thought I would be doing, having come up with a chorus and a Pre-Chorus. All that was left was to come up with verses, the intro, the song's outro and the instrumental piece. If I was lucky, I might be able to record the song by either the end of the night or the following day.

"How's it going with the lyrics? Are you making any progress?" Jessica looked over my shoulder, reading the set of lyrics that I had just completed.

It has been a good 16 hours since we came up with the idea of me singing a song. A long, tedious 16 hours, but the hard work that I have done seemed to have paid off, and I was left with what seemed like two chances in having a winner to my dilemma

I pushed back, giving her more room to observe the songs more in detail, and she did not waste time getting herself closer and grabbing one of the papers.

I had decided to write the songs under the genre of love, and even though I have never had a boyfriend, I thought it was a better route since I geeked out for everything love-related.

She nodded her head, grabbing the other song sheet taking the time to also go over the lyrics on that paper.

"What do you think of the result Jeje. Is it any good? "She placed them both down face up, letting out a huge sigh.

"I wouldn't know if it was good just by reading the lyrics, but I think..." She paused, swinging her right hand in the air multiple times, trying to complete her sentence.

" I think...that what I can tell from both songs that you came up with a well written piece, but the only true way to tell is to put it to the test and record yourself singing what you wrote."

My gaze turned to my recording set up on the other side of my room. I crossed my arms in front of my chest, staring into space because I had just realized that I was now in another predicament.

I didn't know which of the two songs I wanted to record.

"I guess, but which of the two should I go with? I can't very well send both in..."

" Why not," Jessica said, cutting me off, scaring the hell out of me with how loud she spoke.

"The rules did not say how long your video had to be, and it just said that there has to be one sent in. If you leave the time frame under ten minutes, you should be ok. It would give a better advantage if you did show that you could bring a lot to the table and making two songs in two days does just that. That's not taking into account all that is involved with creating a big hit,"

She giggled as she jumped on my bed in excitement to hear me sing for the second time again. I didn't make it a habit of sprouting all of my skills for the world to see, and singing was a skill that I love to keep hidden under my belt.

I sighed as I got up out of my seat, making my way across the room to my recording station.

Today had not even started yet, and it already seemed like it was going to be a long day. It made me wonder why I thought it was a good idea and tried to do this all in 2 days. It probably was because things were about to be hectic with the Swan sibling's first day of school being tomorrow and knowing what happened with the Cullen's first day. They were going to be the talk of the town for a good two months, and I didn't think I would be able to get this done before the deadline, but still, I knew that I wasn't thinking of the headache.

" So, what is going on with you and Ben," Jessica questioned me as I started to set up my workplace. I looked at her raising a single eyebrow, confused about what she was trying to get at.

" I only asked what you know because a little birdy told Lauren, who stated to me that she overheard Eric, Mike, Tyler, and Ben talking. Ben confessed to them something that had them all acting like wild animals. I didn't know what they were saying, but they were hollering and screaming while attacking him with nudges and punches. All she heard was Ben mouthing something and Tyler yelling your name with a dreamy face which gave me the impression that it was about you. It was a creepy thing that she had to witness."

Jessica leaned against my desk, gazing at the lost look that I had on my face. I honestly didn't know how to feel about this new form of information, but I knew that I did not like what was happening with the Herpes brigade.

"Eh...I don't know what that is about, but it seems suspicious," I expressed moving my mic in a position that would benefit me best while recording.

"Do you think he might like you or something?"

I gagged at that, glancing at her in disgust that she would even utter those words out of her mouth.

She laughed as she saw how close I was to spewing out my stomach contents onto the floor.

"Oh My Gosh. I hope that Ben does not have romantic fantasies or feelings about me, and I don't like him in that way anymore. Those feelings are long gone. Now silence, I need to get this finish before it hits 8 pm."

"Well, that means that you only have 7 hours left on the clock. Tik...Tok the clock is ticking Angi."

My name is Angela Weber, and I just wanted to let you know that I have been a massive fan of yours ever since you first started uploading videos on YouTube while living in Florence, Italy. I have watched you grow and continue your dreams to be a singer and just recently a model and the way you have fought against others' criticism didn't flutter your dreams. Watching your evolution helped me push through my fears of not being good enough and my family's criticism of my passion for singing and photography.

My mother recently chewed me out by not acting like an average teenager and doing at least one thing that would scare the both of us, and for once, I wanted to do something that is not like me but is not too wild that would get me in trouble. I live in a small town, so any trouble that I did would soon spread from one corner to the next resulting in the entire town hearing about it in less than 24 hours.

🅰️

So, when I saw the post on Instagram that you were hosting a contest, I thought that it was a good as time as any for at least one person to see the talents that I held on tight to, especially if that person is you. It would be my dream to have you hear a song that I have sung, but I didn't want to sing a song by another artist or one of yours. I bet you have already got hundreds of submissions like that, and I want you to see that I am putting effort into this contest and wanted to bring something new to your eyes.

I/m not good at writing songs like you are and have no natural talent in writing a great hit that would not only impact millions of people's hearts but be able to make a lot of money, but I did do my best.

I wrote two songs that I later recorded as best as possible, and even if I didn't win the contest, I hope it was good enough to get nominated. I thought it would be better to show you this talent because it might have been a waste of time sending in a picture I took with my camera. When you see my Instagram or Facebook like you said you would, you will witness what I mean by that. Below, I have already posted a video and a small Bio about me.

I hope you enjoy it

Sincerly your #1 Fan,

Angela Weber
