Upon returning to Gingotts Harry was met by a goblin who escorted him straight back to RipClaw. Once back in the office RipClaw asks "Have you concluded your visit to the
Alley." Harry having got everything he needed and a little extra nods. "Well we have three last things to do your parents will needs to be read and we need to evaluate both of
your estates to ensure that they are inhabitable and reconnected to the floo network. Do you have any questions?" Harry thinks for a moment and asks "Why was my parents
will not yet read?" "That was the doing of your former magical guardian he requested the will sealed until your 17th birthday or your coming of age and acceptance of your
lordship title." Said RipClaw with distaste. "Well let's proceed I would like to know what they left to be said to me." Upon hearing the request RipClaw pulls a roll of parchment
out of the desk asking Harry to place the house ring to the seal. Once Harry pressed the seal the parchment unrolled on the desk and three voices could be heard RipClaw a

At the end of the reading RipClaw grabs up the parchment leafing through checking documents and to his surprise they are all legitimate. "How is this possible did someone
manipulate my mind according to this he can't be but why and Dumbledore knew I must get the paperwork underway and to the ministry at once" RipClaw muttered all of this
angrily so quite that Harry barely heard. RipClaw then bows to Harry and asks him to stay in his office while he straightens a few things out and sends some important
information to the ministry. Harry agrees and decides to look around the office while RipClaw is gone. Taking a look around he notices the Luxury with a strange mix of
spartan decor the chairs and carpet are luxurious and comfortable an impressive solid marble desk and a sword hanging on the back wall but much of the office is bare and
very practical no nicknacks or photos it's strictly business he settles into the chair and wonders about what he hard heard in the will. Apparently he has a Godfather but why
has he never met with him. Something about Dumbledore knew but did nothing what could be going on. The more Harry hears about Dumbledore the less he seems to like
the man he has never met.
When RipClaw came back several minutes later he was smiling which Harry thought was one of the creepiest things ever right next to that time he saw Vernon in the buff.
RipClaw then informed Harry that he should expect a summons to the wizengamot within a few days and that if he should need help with transportation or a solicitor to let
him know. Harry says "Do you know any solicitors whom would be good in the situation that would arise?" In response RipClaw states "Well I did take several years of law
courses before becoming an account manager and I could represent House Potter effectively due to being your account manager if you would accept a goblin representative."
Sounds great give 'em hell." "Let me know when you receive the summons and I will go over the case with you and then head to the Wizengamot." Says RipClaw. "Now let's
visit your estates. Wrap the chain around the hands of your self and the person or people you wish to take with you then tap the appropriate charm with your wand."
Instructed RipClaw. Harry following RipClaw's directions wrapped the chain around their hands and tapped the golden BC with his wand in a bright flash and the feeling of a
hook behind his naval they were off.
About a minute later the spinning sensation settles down and Harry begins to move his legs in a walking motion almost as if on instinct touching down with barely a stumble.
RipClaw comments "Are you sure that was the first time you have taken a portkey if so then your a natural." Harry raises his shoulders in reply believing it to be his first. They
then proceeded to check the manor. Upon arrival RipClaw notices the wards are in bad shape to long without anything charging them they would probably need deactivated
before it was safe for any form of habitation. More than likely it would be best to replace them as soon as possible. However the home had not been disturbed and no house
elves were present likely due to the wards draining them. The manor was dusty on the bottom floor there was the grand entrance to a grand staircase in the west wing a
great ballroom with so much space giant glass windows and crystal chandeliers. To the east wing or right was a parlor/ brunch room with a sun room and green house. In the
rear behind the stairs was a formal dining hall. There was an entrance to the kitchen and larder located in a basement below the dining hall. The second floor contained a
library in the west wing that was massive with stools that rose to whatever height necessary to get the book you are looking for there are comfortable armchairs in perfect
placements and desks for work fireplaces that burned at just the right heat to keep the place comfortable. The lighting adjusted to your needs. In the east there was a potions
lab with marble tables and plenty of room to brew good ventilation and perfect lighting an ingredient storage area that had stasis charms to keep the many ingredients in
perfect conditions. The third floor was a living quarters with three massive bedrooms to the west and the same to the east. Once they had looked at the manor RipClaw told
Harry about the wards and his suggestion that they be replaced before anyone inhabits the place. Soon after they headed to the cottage it was much smaller simple rustic
cottage two bedrooms a kitchen adjoining a dining room and a parlor library combo area. Harry loved it the wards on the cottage seem to be in much better shape due to
them not being near as large or magically intensive. RipClaw tells Harry that this house is ready for habitation and he strides over to the fireplace showing Harry how to lock
and unlock the floo and explains how to use floo powder. Afterwards RipClaw leaves the home wishing Harry a good evening.
