This is a parody of a situation where a bomb requires deactivation. I used some ideas from Stargate SG-1. I didn't use any actual characters from the show, so I believe it takes places in an alternate Stargate universe. I wrote it (in 2006) because I was sick of seeing shows and movies where bombs commonly and predictably get deactivated 1 - 3 seconds before the timer goes off.
