Dreams and fantasies whisk us away from the daily grind so we can find romance and adventure. Richard and Kate certainly have active imaginations, and in this short story, their fantasies go in unexpected directions. Castle fluff and stuff.

Kate gets some bad news but Rick is there to help her back on her feet. He learns a lot more about her past and she learns that she can trust him with it, even the parts that she has tried to forget. Additional M Rated conclusion will be posted soon.

It's not about the damage the storm does to the sunlight. It's about the damage done to her world when that light is blocked out.

What had Kate been about to say in the freezer? What had Rick been about to say before Doctor Biker Boy strode in? Will they ever finish these broken confesssions?
