My reply to Caatmikmak's Christmas Challenge 2021. Just a short story, no reveal

WDZ - This psychological thriller is drenched in paranoia which threatens the mental stability of Anna Maria Verdugo while she visits Los Angeles. Can Diego/Zorro save her from such psychological abuse before it's too late?

What happens when Diego asks Victoria to marry him as himself? A view from the future will tell the consequences of her answer. Warning: May contain disturbing description. Please check the categories before reading and don't stop after chapter 2. The story is complete. Assurance: It ends well.

Supernatural drama with a funny angle, borrowing elements from films like "Ghost", "The Sitxh Sense" or "Dogma". Lost souls will wander freely in Los Angeles at their particular limbo, and only the most unlikely person of all will be able to see them. (Story taking part in the Halloween Challenge)

Canon-based, this part of my saga will take on the entire TV show. It includes a timeframe, explanations, and new adventures (because it would be boring not to also include new stories, and proper explanations do need them, anyway). You know how it all turns out already, but I do hope you'll still read it since I will certainly do my best to keep it interesting! Enjoy!

Diego thinks it is life as normal, but then Victoria wants to help him with his love life, not knowing his secret love is her. Diego considers the problems of being hidden behind his mask, not showing his true self to anyone, and rejects some of his 'rules'.

Diego helps an orphan boy. Sometimes the smallest things can have large consequences. How large those are? Let us find out.

This story is more dramatic than the ones I usually write. An improvised plan has quite disastrous consequences. The main characters are not as perfect as in the series, which was aimed at a family audience, here they are more human and sometimes things go wrong for them.

Esta historia es mas dramática que las que suelo escribir. Un plan improvisado tiene consecuencias bastante desastrosas. Los protagonistas no son tan perfectos como en la serie, que estaba orientada a un público familiar, aquí son más humanos y a veces las cosas les salen mal.

After the NWZ show ended Diego was in his cave with Felipe and was showing him one of his science experiments. An accident occured which propelled Diego and his horse Toronado far in to the future. He was left with the dilemma of trying to figure out a way to get back to his own time while seeing how his life had affected future generations.

Dona Corazón receives letters of people in need of advice on affairs of the heart. And now she started to receive letters from a man secretly in love with a woman. If only she can find out the identity of the man. And help the couple to find a happily ever after. Can it be true that the pen is mightier than the sword?

Love can be surprising. Sometimes it arrives under a tree in a gentle springtime shower. Sometimes it arrives on a balcony with the bold lightning strike of a summer storm. Sometimes it comes with the grand crescendo in a magnificent ballroom. And sometimes it comes where you least expect it.

Captain Stark leads the crew of the Golden Lion back to Los Angeles.

REVEAL/ I only wrote this because a scene in it entered my brain and refused to get out until I wrote the whole thing down... To be more precise, it's the scene with Zorro trying to mark a Z in Diego's jacked... You'll know which one... Hope it will make you laugh!

NWZ/REVEAL: Zorro is forced to surrender and a trial follows. Then comes the drama: a lawyer who seems up to no good, but is really up to no bad; lies and half-truths; a fiancee decided to marry the man she had waited a decade for, even if she has to do so twice; an ingenious plan; and repercussions. It all ends with De Soto deciding to clean up his act, as well as his room. Enjoy!

This is a continuation of The Best Man, a story that I began several years ago featuring the characters from New World Zorro series as well as several new characters that I have created. I apologize for the delay and hope that you will enjoy this story. Reviews and comments are always appreciated.
