The age old advice of not messing with canon to ensure the usefulness of ones knowledge is decidedly more difficult when it forces you to be cruel. Dumped in a new world, I had hoped to avoid canon events. That plan was shot to hell when I found a black haired child in a ruin. My life just got even more complicated than it already was, didn't it?

Jaune Arc is your average high school student attending Beacon Academy. He plays baseball on the varsity team with his best friend, and he fantasises about his high school crush during class. When Jaune is asked to check on another student after he disappeared from class. Jaune's life changes forever, and he must do everything to make sure he, his friends, and his family survive.

"A simple huntsman was all they wanted to be, all they planned to be. Life, unluckily, decided to play." Now hear me out about the OCs. There are only three, and only two of which that is considered important. Follows the main plot, with my own spin, but the main focus is on the main cast and the moments between them. POV is from an OC, but I needed it that way for story reasons.

(And I Feel Fine) Short story that preludes to an AU within RWBY, connecting with LVDR. Honestly if you can read the story and guess what is happening, congrats. Was gonna be a reveal later but since I procrastinated on the main storyline, I figured why bother keeping it a secret.
