10 years after surviving Ben Willis' killing spree, Helen and her friends return to Southport to celebrate their first high school reunion, which happens to fall the same week as the 4th of July. However, they're about to find out that time doesn't heal all wounds.

They receive frightening letters telling them that their crime was seen.
