Who is this girl? She can't be much older than Ryuu if she even is, and her hair falls in pink perfectly curled ringlets. She's dressed as if she's off to some fancy noble meeting, and she stands rather confidently for being in the pharmacy bright and early.
"Did you sleep here?" She blinks as if just the idea of it surprises her.
"Yeah?" Ryuu has no idea why he suddenly feels nervous or awkward. It never bugs him that he sleeps rather comfortably beneath the desk he works at.
"Cool." She smiles and nods, already looking read to be on the next tangent.
"What are you doing here?" She doesn't look injured or sick, and she certainly hadn't passed one of their exams. She's not dressed the part, and Ryuu would have seen her at the exam, which was definitely too many months ago to possibly explain her presence anyway.
"This is the pharmacy?" She asks instead of answering, and Ryuu's left wondering why this apparent noble just wandered in.
"It is." Ryuu doesn't have time for this, even though his work doesn't begin for a couple hours yet.
"I'm Princess Rona of Tanbarun." She finally offers some sort of an explanation, though it certainly doesn't explain why she's in Clarines right now.
Didn't Tanbarun have a crown prince, a bit closer to Shirayuki's age than this princess was? Ryuu might have heard of him in passing once or twice before.
"Why are you here?" Ryuu doesn't really believe in beating around the bush.
"We had a meeting with Clarines. And while Brother was distracted with the tour, I snuck away." She shrugs, though Ryuu wonders why she seems so confident with herself, why it feels like she wants to hear 'good job?'
"Okay." Ryuu's not good at this, let alone on how to ask her to be responsible or return to the tour rather.
"What's your name, Mr. Pharmacist Guy?" Princess Rona asks, and Ryuu questions why he is here for the millionth time.
"Ryuu." He answers, giving up. Maybe he really should sleep in his room next time to avoid this whole mess.
"Nice name." Rona answers, and maybe there is something good about this after all.
"Will they notice you're gone?" Ryuu finally asks her.
"Probably by now." Rona shrugs and within moments is gone just as easily and quickly as she came in.
