Murasaki Yatsu has other important things to attend to other than gushing over her idol, Asagi Igawa. Her duty as a teacher and a Taimanin. She does her duties as a teacher as professionally as she can and then help with missions if she is able to.
Right now, her duty as a Taimanin is at hand when she and Asagi are tasked to slay a huge mutant that is attacking the city. And so far, both of them are gaining the upperhand as this demon is huge and slow. It does incredible amount of damage due to it having huge claws. It almost destroyed a tall building with those things. But Asagi and Murasaki won't let it attack any more buildings.
Asagi uses her ninja speed to confuse the creature, allowing Murasaki to run toward it and start slicing it to bits with her huge battle axe. Back and forth and then downward. She jumps away as it struggles to attack, but Asagi slashes it with her sword to weaken it and then jump away to allow Murasaki to finish it. The pony-tailed bluenette rushes toward it jams her axe at its stomach. She slices it upward, lets go and then swings her axe like a bat to the left, beheading it for good measure, having blood splatter all over. The creature is dead before it hits the ground. Asagi lands next to Murasaki, both of them standing guard to make sure it's really dead. When it's confirmed, Asagi and Murasaki relax their stances. Victory is theirs once again.
Asagi turns to her comrade with a smile and nod. "Nice work, Murasaki. I couldn't have done it without you."
"W-well….it was just one enemy." Murasaki blushes at this. "It was a piece of cake."
"Sure that enemy was a bit tough, but yes, we indeed defeated it easily," Asagi says. "Something like this won't happen twice though. Who knows what evil will cook up this time?"
"You're right," Murasaki says.
"Anyways," Asagi holds out her hand with a beautiful smile. "Let's go back, shall we?"
Murasaki nods as she takes a step forward. All of a sudden, she begins to feel dizzy and then collapses on the ground on her belly, startling the leader of all Taimanins.
"Murasaki!?" Asagi cries out in alarm as she rushes to her aid. "Are you alright!?"
"I feel….so light headed…" Murasaki lifts her head up a little.
"What could've happened…" Asagi thinks for a moment until it hits her. "Oh no! Don't tell me you've been overworking yourself!"
"Y-yeah…maybe…" Murasaki breathes.
"Haaah…I told you it's dangerous for you to do that," Asagi sighs. "Especially when it comes to training and teacher duties."
"Yeah…" Murasaki breathes again. "Can I just lay here for a bit….?"
"On the hard pavement? You're going to get dirty," Asagi says.
"Just a little bit…" Murasaki starts to close her eyes. "I'm so tired now…"
Asagi shakes her head in dismay and smiles. "Just a couple minutes. Then I am carrying you to your room, you hear?"
"That would…be lovely…" Murasaki immediately dozes off.
Asagi gives a nervous chuckle and pets her kouhai. "You silly, silly woman. But overall, you are a good comrade. I am proud of you."
A blush comes over Murasaki's face and she smiles while drooling.
"Asagi-samaaaa….~" she says in her sleep.
Asagi gives another nervous chuckle. "Haaaah…are you really asleep or are just talking in your sleep?"
