Hello and welcome to my second-ever experimental fanfic of Boku no Pico, in which a new inspiration popped into my head in an unexpected way, though making this fic isn't easy…for a few reasons…
This all started after reading some spam posts about Boku no Pico on Facebook, which many FB users respond in jest while other had ANNOYING emoticons posted, and out of curiosity I checked it on Wikipedia and found out that it was a shotacon OVA, and, again out of curiosity, I watched it on the internet and I was somewhat…stunned at seeing the hentai scenes.
Still, having watched STRAIGHT hentai anime, I guess I had to steel my resolve and watched the other two OVA episodes, and though I'm not really into Yaoi stuff, I still felt inspired to try something to make a fanfic.
While listening to my MP3 player, a theme song was playing, and after seeing the title, that's where I decided to make a Boku no Pico fanfic, which will be a PG-13 level, and Kamen Rider The First comes into mind, and after re-watching the movie, the rest is history.
This fic will be a bit drama-driven, but will be sci-fi and full of actions, so there won't be anything ECCHI here since there's no ROMANTIC pairing here.
Chico, on the other hand, will play a secondary role, which you'll find out soon.

Ch. 1: Natsuyasumi to rachi
The scene shifts at a country side where a blond-haired individual, who is a 12-year old boy, is traveling via a bicycle, and he finds the place quite relaxing after spending most of his time working at his grandfather's bar at the beachside, the Bebe, and though Bebe started to kick off as the bar is beginning to attract customers, it made him, identified as Pico, start to get busy as well due to the influx of customers who happened to pass by after spending time at the beach area.
It was a few days ago when his grandfather was able to afford hiring additional help, and there Pico recalled having a conversation with his grandfather about something, which made the 12-year old mentally look back at the events taking place before passing by the countryside.
It started about four weeks ago, as the scene shifts at Bebe, where Pico was visiting his grandfather and is quite worried that the bar hasn't been getting any customers lately and felt that his grandfather might consider closing it down, but his grandfather smiled and assured to him that things will be okay and that the bar will go on despite the perceived TRYING TIMES.
Pico just stared and wondered if things are going to be okay, and his grandfather smiled as he tells his grandson not to worry about him, saying that this is the way life goes, and said that there is no room for regrets and is happy to at least enjoy what he loved most.
"…and that's how it is, Pico-kun..."
"Oji-san…"
"What's important is that you are healthy and free from misfortune."
"…"
"So there's no point in regretting things you haven't got."
"I…"
"I am sure something good would come."
"Really…?"
It appeared that Oji-san's words ring out as suddenly, two groups of customers (consisting of five in each group) entered and asked him if they serve food and drinks that would quell the summer heat, which Oji-san nodded, and there the customers said that they would like some cold beverage.
"We would like some cold drinks, please."
"With a lot of ice."
"Yes, yes…what would you like…? Pico...take their orders…
"Ah…yes, right away…"
"We'd like a pitcher of Sprite…"
"And make sure they're cold…"
"Five bottles of Gatorade, please…"
"And be sure they're cold…"
Oji-san nodded and told his grandson to assist him as he said that they are about to get busy and said that it looks like the bar's luck is now on their side, which Pico nodded, and as Pico began to take orders from customers by writing the order on a pad paper, he noted that the customers are usually ordering soft drinks and juices that are cold.
Some even ordered food that serve as a quick snack, which fortunately the bar have some and the customers told Pico their preferred order which the younger boy nodded as he writes down what the customers ordered.
"We like this one…"
"…and that one…"
"Make sure they're not overly hot…"
"Yes…right away…"
"Oh…please add this one…"
"And a little extra…"
"And we like this one as well…"
"Yes…right away…"
By then more beachgoers came and flock the bar and Pico noted that his grandfather looked pleased, and within days the bar began to thrive, and in the succeeding days (about 14 days), his grandfather decided to add some additional errands that would help the bar, and assigned Pico to do some deliveries.
Pico asked his grandfather if he is sure, which his grandfather smiled and nodded, assuring his grandson that he will be just fine as he tells Pico that he would get to travel somewhere and all he has to do is go to a certain place to deliver an item as well as it would also make him enjoy the summer experience, and there he got a call from someone, and after a few minutes he told his grandson that he is going to visit a place within the countryside area he heard of, saying that a customer is awaiting a package and Pico would deliver it and receive the payment.
"…and that's all you're going to do…"
"Really?"
"Yes. Just deliver and receive the payment."
"Um…where is it located…?"
"Here is the address…"
"Okay…got it…"
"Then all is ready."
"Yes."
Nodding, Pico received the package and boarded a bicycle before heading off, and there his grandfather resume in overseeing the bar as more customers are starting to flock and order some food and drinks.
"We would like some cold drinks, please."
"With a lot of ice."
"Yes, yes…what would you like…? Um... please take their orders right away…
"Ah…yes, right away…your orders please…"
"We'd like a pitcher of Sprite…"
"And make sure they're cold…"
"Five bottles of Gatorade, please…"
"And be sure they're cold…"
However, as Pico's grandfather and his hired assistant are busy attending to the customers, and pair of eyes is seen watching Pico leaving, which a sinister smirk is seen which went unnoticed and stepped outside, and there the unseen person picked up a smartphone and contacted someone, telling the other that he has found the PERFECT GUINEA PIG and told the person where Pico is heading.
"Yes…we found a NEW ONE..."
"Are you sure…?"
"Yes…"
"Send me the picture and follow him."
"Yes of course."
"And let me know of any new developments…"
"I will."
"Good."

About 45 minutes later, the scene shows that Pico continue to travel, and finally arrived at the countryside area, in which he is marveling the scenery as it is a good place for nature lovers, as there are very few buildings and mostly trees and forests, however, Pico finds himself a bit lost and decided to look for someone and ask for directions, though he finds the road quite empty, thus he is facing a bit of a problem.
"This I didn't expect…"
Fortunately, as Pico continue to pedal, he passed by a pond, and there he saw a younger boy swimming, and out of curiosity he stopped and glanced at the younger boy, who happened to be two years younger than him.
The younger boy glanced at Pico and as the two talked, the younger boy told Pico the directions he should take, and Pico thanked the younger boy for his help.
"…and that's where you'll find it…"
"I see…"
"…"
"Thanks for the help."
"Um, it's okay."
"Okay, I'm off. Thanks."
"…"
"…"
As Pico left, the younger boy glanced at the other boy as he wondered if that boy is a resident here or just a passerby, as he had no idea that Pico is only here doing an errand, and there a person riding a motorcycle came and asked the younger boy, identified as Chico, if he happened to see a boy riding a bicycle, as well as giving the boy's description, which the innocent Chico told the stranger where Pico went.
The stranger smiled and thanked Chico for the information, and REWARDED him by giving him 2,000 Yen, which the innocent Chico was surprised, and thanked the stranger, who said that it is nothing and think of it as a BLESSING.
"Wow…"
"…"
"I...thanks…"
"Oh, its okay."
"Still I..."
"Think off it as a reward. Your help was tremendously appreciated. Okay, I'm off."
"Thanks, mister."
"…"
After that the stranger left and Chico happily puts the reward on the pocket of his shorts as he dries up before heading back to his home, unaware of what is about to happen in several minutes from now.

About 15 minutes later, the scene shows that Pico had arrived at the destination venue and gave the package to the customer, and was given the payment money which the customer thanked Pico for the delivery, which the younger boy innocently said that it is nothing.
"Yes, everything is here. Okay, here is the payment."
"Thanks."
"Its okay. Glad you delivered it."
"Its part of my job…"
"Good to see younger people are doing something productive these days…"
"Um…yeah…"
"…"
"…"
However, Pico didn't noticed that the stranger who talked to Chico minutes ago is secretly watching him, and the stranger took out his smartphone and informed a caller that he has found the target, and told the caller to take position, saying that in a matter of minutes they are going to commence their operation.
"Found the kid."
"Really?"
"Yes. And now we're going to proceed as planned."
"Really?"
"Really."
"Its about time."
"Okay…take your position."
"Right."
After that, the stranger left, which a few minutes later, Pico boarded his bicycle and leaves, which the customer went back inside his house and called Pico's grandfather, informing him that the package has been received and compliment him for having such a supportive grandson, which Pico's grandfather humbly said that Pico is really a good boy, though at times the young boy is often lonely as he doesn't have much friends.
"Really?"
"Yes, really."
"Perhaps your grandson needs to go to someplace and relax."
"I'm working on it."
"Still, I didn't get the vibes that the kid is looking miserable…I mean…"
"Pico is just lonely…but I'm sure he'll find some friends."
"I do hope so."
"Yeah…"

The scene shows that Pico is about to leave the countryside area and it is revealed that Pico uses a tunnel that connects the route of the countryside and that of the road leading back to the beach area, and Pico is glad that his grandfather will get to have additional income that would help in keeping the Bebe bar going, and hoped that his grandfather wouldn't get overworked.
As he is halfway towards the exit of the tunnel, Pico stopped when a headlight from a vehicle blared so brightly that the younger boy couldn't see and had to stop and pull over so that he won't get into a collision, but as the headlights faded, Pico blinked his eyes as he saw a person stood in front of the him, wearing a rather strange outfit, which looked like a black armor and is wearing a black cape.
Moreover, he sports a helmet that resembled a head of a BAT, and there he CONGRATULATED Pico as he is SELECTED to become their LATEST EXPERIMENT, which at this point a few men showed up, wearing black-colored hazard suits while sporting goggles and gas masks with tubes, and there Pico started to get scared as he assumed that they are members of a syndicate that preys on children and took their vital organs and sell them at the black markets.
Pico backed away as the armored person, who is identified only as Bat, GENTLY COAXES Pico to come along, which he refuses out of fear and apprehension.
"Come now, boy…we…"
"No…n-no…"
"Oh, don't be scared…we are friendly…"
"S-stay back…!"
"Oh, stop being HARD-TO-GET…"
"Don't come closer…!"
"Hee-hee-hee…"
"Get him!"
As the hazard suits-wearing goons began to charge towards Pico, the younger boy panicked and pedaled his bicycle as he went to the direction towards the countryside, hoping that there might be a police station where he could get help, as he feared for his life.
But Bat laughed maniacally as he ran before jumping, where he began to fly, his cape turned into bat wings and chased after Pico, and his speed catches up and struck the younger boy behind his neck, knocking the younger boy down and there Bat punched Pico on his stomach, which knocks him out before the goons carried the unconscious 12-year old boy before loading him inside the vehicle, which is an SUV, then sped away to parts unknown, leaving only the bicycle and the payment behind.

Hope you liked this chapter, as I borrowed portions of episode one of the OVA, but diverges and inserted some portions of a scene from Kamen Rider The First…which will set the events in motions for the next chapters…
Chico makes a small appearance here, but he would soon get a rather prominent role in later chapters…

As Oji-san starts to notice that Pico haven't return, Pico is about to undergo a rather traumatic experience…and this would CHANGE for either for the BEST or for the WORSE…
