This is an idea I thought of recently and I thought it'd be a fun Danny having to go toe to toe with a famous figure

This story takes place between seasons 2 and 3 so don't ask about ice powers
This story has nothing to do with the Many Dates of Danny Fenton by Flower Princess 11 so don't expect Supergirl or Kim Possible to make any appearances
Obviously I don't work at Nickelodeon which means I legally have no rights to Danny Phantom
If I did I probably would have created a new season of the original show or maybe a new series
Also due to how my brain is wired I don't register punctuation baffling humans and machines alike
Turn back now if you are one of those people and or machines
Like with Danny Phantom Norway there will be no romance in this story so do not ask me about who Danny will be paired up with

Living Legend
Prologue
Danny was enjoying a moonlight flight
The ghost boy enjoying the chance to fly through the cool summer just for fun and not fighting a ghost things had been pretty quiet since last month when Freakshow had nearly turned the world into his own twisted funhouse with the Reality Gauntlet
A mystical artifact with power to shape the world in any way imaginable like turning a bunch of comic book geeks in costumes into actual supervillains or bringing a space shuttle to life
And that was just the mess Danny and his friends had to clean up before Freakshow had gotten his hands on the gauntlet and its full power
After putting the world back to the way it was before Freakshow had escaped his prison cell Danny had destroyed the gauntlet
It was just too much power for anyone person to have
Ever since Danny and his friends have had a pretty laid back summer hanging out playing videogames and occasionally dealing with an ectopus or the Box Ghost trying to steal bubble wrap again for his 'Bubble wrap of death'
Danny stopped flying to catch his breath looking up at the full moon peeking out from behind a cloud
Danny let out a yawn starting to feel a little bit tired
Turning in the direction of Fenton Works he started flying towards home as Danny was three blocks away his ghost sense went off Danny stopped flying hovering im the air
"Ok where are you" Danny asked out loud just wanting to get this over with quickly
Especially if it was just the box ghost
ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR
The buildings around him rumbled and shook Danny looked down and saw a ghostly lion that was taller then the Fenton Family Ghost Assault Vehicle with a mane of green flames and razor sharp fangs in its mouth
The lion looked up at glowing red eyes stared up at him before unleashing a stream of green flames from its mouth that Danny made a shield to block sweat poured down his face making the ghost powered teen feel like one of his moms cookies baking in the oven
Danny pushed his shield out dispersing the fire harmlessly into the air
ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR The lion roared
"Hey keep it down Simba" Danny quipped firing a blast at the ghost lion in the eye "people are trying to sleep"
The lion snarled leaping at Danny swiping at him with a massive claw Danny swerved out of the way of the claws the lion landed with a thud turning his massive body he swung his tail hitting Danny in the chest sending him flying back
Danny corrected himself in the air firing blast after blast at the lion
The lion roared showing again charging at Danny barreling down the street straight towards him
With another roar the lion pounced claws out and covered in fire
Phasing through the street Danny came out of the ground behind the big cat
Firing another blast at its leg before the massive cat could get back on all fours knocking the giant cat over
"And who says cats always land on their feet" Danny quipped while the lion was slowly getting back up onto his feet
Danny quickly pulled out his thermos and firing the lion ghost went inside
Seeing that the ghost was gone and that this lion didn't have a pride with him Danny let out a tired breath
"I'm glad Simba didn't have any friends" Danny said tiredly flying home
Unknown to Danny he was being watched through a small portal by a woman with long black hair braided with gold in a white dress
'Very impressive' she thought he defeated her pet faster then she had predicted he would
Her lips curved into a cruel smile
"Yes he'll do nicely" she said approving of the ghost boys skills watching him fly home to his dwelling going to bed in his human form
'Oh yes' she thought waving her hand closing the portal
Danny Phantom
The boy who defeated Fright Knight Pariah Dark and he even overcame the full power of the Reality Gauntlet
He was powerful incredibly so
All of the ghost zone knew about the halfa of Amity Park the boy with all the powers of a ghost on the mortal plane
Oh yes
He would make a most excellent pawn
From another portal she watched as a bus pulled up to a bus stop a single rider stepped off walking off into the city
Her cruel smile grew even larger
It seemed her other pawn had also arrived
"Good" she said waving her hand letting the other portal vanish
The battle would soon begin
Well this was the prologue
Short but sweet with a set up of the main villain
