Farewell Monsterified Friends
In the Goblin castle's dungeon, Shaggy and Scooby were chained to the wall for trying to steal the Goblin King's scepter. Unlike many others who had tried to steal the scepter to gain the dark powers of Halloween, Shaggy and Scooby were trying to prevent it from ending up in the hands of the evil magician Krudsky and from their friends being turned into monsters.
"Boy, Scoob, did we screw up this time. Like, game over." Shaggy said glumly.
"Reah. Rame rver." Scooby said sadly.
"Now we'll never make it back before sunrise, and be trapped in the spirit world forever." Shaggy said. "Still, we gave it one heck of a try, didn't we, Scoob?" the green shirt wearing man said trying to lighten up the mood.
"Reah re rid." Scooby said with a sad smile.
"I just wish we had one more chance to save the day." Shaggy said with a sigh.
"Did somebody say "wish"?" a voice said.
Shaggy and Scooby looked up and saw the three fairies flying into the room through the window.
"Lucky for you, granting wishes is what we do best." Tiddlywink said.
"Hey. Our fairy friends. Like, we're saved." Shaggy said with a joyful voice.
"Rippee!" Scooby said.
The fairies unlocked the chains and the man and his dog got up from the floor. Then Broomy flew in.
"Broomy, like you're back." Shaggy said as he and the Great Dane got on the broom. "Thanks for everything guys." Shaggy said to the fairies.
"Don't mention it." Tiddlywink said.
"Shaggy, Scooby be careful that you don't get hit by any of Goblin King's magic." Sparkplug said.
"Once magic is casted on a mortal then the spell is permanent." Honeybee said.
Shaggy and Scooby looked at each other with a worried expression. Then they looked back at the fairies.
"Ron't rorry re ron't" Scooby said.
"Goodbye and good luck." the fairies said as the duo flew out of the dungeon into the night sky. Once they had gotten a few miles away from the castle, Scooby spoke.
"Rhat rf re ran't rave rhem rn rime?" Scooby asked in a sad tone.
Shaggy thought for a moment then exhaled before he spoke. "If can't save them then we'll do are best save the rest of the world." he said in a sorrowful tone. They flew as fast as they could back to the mortal world.
Meanwhile, Fred, Daphne and an unconscious Velma drove away as fast as they could from Krudsky. Their trap had failed and now Krudsky was the new king of the goblins and had turned the former king into a goose. Krudsky saw the van and chased after it, blasting his dark magic at it.
"What's happening? Where am I?" Velma said, finally regaining conscious.
Suddenly Krudsky flew in front of the van. "Not so fast."
Fred quickly applied the brakes and the vehicle came to a screeching halt.
"Jinkies." Velma said in horror.
Krudsky smirked "Ladies and gentlemen, I present..." he blasted a spell onto the vechile. "The Monstrous Machine." he laughed curly.
"Look out. The van's coming apart." Daphne shouted. The three of them got out just as the van transformed into a monster with sharp teeth.
"Whoa. Now, that is something you just do not do to a guy's van." Fred said in anger with Daphne and Velma holding him back. They screamed and ran away as the van began to chase them.
"Head for the carnival!" Fred yelled.
The gang entered the empty carnival. The van crashed through the ticket booth. The Monster Machine chased them all round the carnival, breaking a stand with several Scrappy plushies in the processes. Finally the three humans got on the ferries wheel which stopped once it reached the top.
Jeepers! We're Stuck!" Daphne said with panic in her voice.
The trio looked down to see that their recently turned monster van was holding the Ferris wheel in places with shark-like teeth.
That was when the amazing Krudsky flew up to them. "THIS SHALL TEACH YOU TO MIDDLE IN THE AFFAIRS OF MAGICIANS!" he shouted.
"Do something, Freddie" a worried Velma said. His reply was less than encouraging.
"I am doing something. I'm panicking!" the blonde said as
"Oh, Scooby-Doo. Where are you?" Daphne asked herself out loud.
Then the newly turned goblin king blasted his stolen magic at the trapped mystery solvers which cast a truly horrific spell on them.
They groaned in pain as the magic took hold of them, changing them. Mentality and physically.
Velma felt her teeth grow sharper, as brown fur grew all over her body. Her ears became more canine whilst her hands were turning into hand-like paws. The magic disintegrated her shoes which were already too small for her new back paws. Her face began to stretch into a muzzle, her vocal cords changed to that of a wolf and finally, she grew a wolf tail.
Fred saw his skin turn pale blue as his hair became spiky but well-coned. His upper canine teeth grow long and slimmer, his fingernails morphed into claws and his clothes became that of a well dressed up class Victorian gentleman, with a red cape. His eyebrows became permanently arched as his groans turned to that of evil European laugh.
Daphne put both hands on her head. She groaned as her nose grow elongated, with her nostrils widening and a wart grew on each side of her nose. Her hair became longer now going over her shoulders and became scruffy and unkempt. As her metamorphosis continued she bent over to ease the pain. Her fingers lengthen as her nails became sharp and pointy, her eyebrows grow longer and were permanently arched and her chain pointed outwards with a wart on the left side. Her skin turned green and her modern purple outfit also turn into a black victorian, whilst her hair banded became a long, pointy black hat with an indigo strip around it.
With their transformations complete, Daphne unbent herself and cackled in delight as Velma jumped onto the sit in front of them and began to howl in the light of the full moon. Their friends were too late. Fred, Daphne and Velma were monsters forever. Gone were their past memories now replaced as them always being Supernatural world and gone was their friendship with Shaggy and Scooby.
Krudsky chuckling to himself. Delighted with the results.
"AT LAST, MY MAGIC POWERS ARE COMPLETE IN MONSTERS!" the evil magician yelled. "WHO DARES TO STOP ME NOW HAHAAHHAA... WHO?!"
"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!" a voice said.
Krudsky looked to see Shaggy and Scooby flying on a broom heading towards him.
The two looked down, seeing it was too late to save their friends from their dark fate, but that didn't mean that they wouldn't try and stop Krudsky from doing the same to other people.
"Take that!" Krudsky said in frustration. He blasted his dark magic at the two.
"Hang on. We're coming around." Shaggy said as he and Scooby dodged the spells and flew around a tent. They quickly flew down near the van causing it to chase them. As it did the ferries wheel began to move again. Velma jumped down and made her way to a hot dog stand and feasted on the meat. Fred got off the wheel and helped Daphne off it, although the two no longer had memories of Velma, Shaggy and Scooby they still had memories of each other, albeit altered in them being a vampire and witch.
"So my dear, what shall do next?" Fred asked with a new Transylvanian accent.
"How about we go in the tunnel maze. It a dark attraction." Daphne said in a new slightly higher pitch, scratchy voice. She flicked her arched eyebrows, Fred smiled knowing exactly what she meant. The two walked to the attraction and had some fun.
Meanwhile, Shaggy and Scooby were still being chase by The Monster Machine, with Krudsky no far behind, blasted at them. They saw a stand selling pumpkins and an idea came to them. Quickly they flew to the stand and grabbed a pumpkin. Then they flew high into the air. Once they were high enough Scooby throw the pumpkin at Krudsky. It hit him causing him to drop the scepter. Scooby caught it as he did it turned him into a goblin dog.
"Oh. I've had it up to here with you... meddling meddlers. The Goblin Scepter is mine. Let me have it." Krudsky said in frustration.
"You heard the man, Scoob. Like, let him have it." Shaggy said.
"Rkay." Scooby said then blasted Krudsky with a spell turn him back into a human although with only his shirt and underwear.
"I hate you." Krudsky said before falling from the sky. Screaming in fear until his shirt got caught on a tree branch.
"Like, who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?" Shaggy said as Scooby used the scepter to undo all of Krudsky's spell, with the exception of the that couldn't.
At the Clock Tower the true Goblin King was reverted back to his normal form and flew off to get his scepter back.
Back at the carnival, the Mystery Machine was turned back to a normal van and Mr. Gibbles was turned back to his regular self.
Shaggy caught Scooby just as the latter was turned back into a normal dog. The two looked down in sadness as they watched Velma finish wolfing down the last of the hot dogs. They still regretted not being able to save her and Fred and Daphne, which they had a pretty good idea on what the latter two were doing at this time.
Just then, the Goblin King arrived to retrieve his scepter, as spell on the princess was broken.
"The spell is broken. I'm free." Princess Willow said with joy. Then she looked up and saw her "Uh-oh. But not for long."
"You ham-fisted hecklers." Krudsky said in anger. "Just wait until I- I-" he looked up to see the real king flying down towards him.
"Trick or treat." The Goblin King said before casting a spell.
"No!" Krudsky yelled as he engulphed in a golden ball of magic.
"Princess Willow..." The Goblin King said to daughter. Willow flew up to her father. "...the trouble you have caused this night is inexcusable."
"I know. And I'm sorry, Daddy." the princess said.
"Huh? Daddy?" Scooby and Shaggy said in surprise.
"I shouldn't have snuck out early, and I'll never do it again, I promise." Willow said with guilt.
"As of now, you are officially grounded for one year." The king said in a stern tone "But I'm awfully glad to have you back, my little princess." he said in friendly tone.
"So...all's forgiven, then? Huh?" Krudsky said, hoping to get out of his punishment.
"You know, Krudsky. You really are my kind of guy." The Goblin King said, bending down to met Krudsky in the face.
"Really? You mean, you'll help me with my career?" Krudsky said hopefully.
"Let's just say, where you're going, you'll have lot of time to practice your act." The Goblin King said with a smirk. Then the king used the scepter's magic and transported the goblins back to the spirt world.
"Looks like our time is up. We'd best say our goodbyes now." Mr. Gibbles said.
"Goodbyes?" Shaggy and Scooby said.
"Come along, Broomy. It's time we got you home." the old man said jumping onto the broom. "Great job, my young wizards. Be sure to stop by the magic shop next year." he said.
"Don't mention it." Shaggy said with a hint of sadness.
"Re rill." Scooby said with the same tone as his friend.
"I'm sorry for happened to your friends." Gibbles said with remorse.
"I just hope they'll be ok." Shaggy said.
Mr. Gibbles looked away in sorrow then he flew off back home.
"Don't worry bravest of mortals." The Goblin King said to the man and his dog. "They shall indeed be safe." the king said just as Fred and Daphne came out of the tunnel maze. "And as a reward for save my daughter, you shall be the mortals to remember the nights events." He then flew up the portal with his daughter and Krudsky to return home.
"I want my mommy!" Krudsky cried just before he disappeared for good.
Shaggy and Scooby watched from a distance as their former friends where taken back to the spirt world by the recently arrived ghost train. The locomotive left just as the sun began to rose. Shaggy and Scooby made their way to the Mystery Machine.
"Looks like it's just me and you now buddy." Shaggy said in a sorrow tone.
"Reah, rust rs rwo." Scooby said in a sad voice.
Shaggy drove the van back as Scooby looked out of the van towards the sky with tears in his eyes.
FIVE YEARS LATER
A deer grazed in a fog covered meadow near a dark forest. Every now and again it checked for signs of danger. In the forest something watch the animal, wait for the perfect moment to strike.
As the deer lowered it's head a flash of brown burst out of bushes and tackled the deer to the ground. Using it's powerful jaws the creature bit the throat of deer and the herbivore slowly died. Once the deer was dead the creature ripped opened the underbelly and began to feast on the carcass.
The creature was Velma. Since her transformation into a werewolf her life had changed. She lived more like an animal then a person, hunting for food, howling at the moon and protecting her territory. Her clothes were nothing more then rags with rips and tares. She rarely spoke, mostly she communicated with wolf sounds.
She had joined a pack of five, who she offend helped in hunting food. Her pack shortly arrived and joined in with eating the deer just as Velma had finished swallowing the liver. As the pack began to eat, a werecat appeared and challenged the five werewolves for the kill. Velma bared her teeth at feline as did the rest of the pack. The werecat ran towards the carcass to steal some meat. Velma tagged it down and bit it's leg. The werecat roared in pain and scratched the werewolf which only angered her more making her bite harder. The rest of the pack joined in, attacking the cat creature until at last Velma broken it's leg with her powerful jaws. The werewolves returned to the deer as the werecat limped away.
In another part of the spirt world in a small house lived Daphne and Fred. For them life was somewhat the same, Fred drank the blood of mortals and often flew around looking for tings for his new home, whilst Daphne mostly made potions and casted spells on people. However the one thing that remained the same was their love for each other and last year they had gotten married.
Fred had just arrived home. He took off his cape and hanged it on the coat hanger next to Daphne's witch hat. He then went into their room to get changed. Their house had an outdoor swimming pool with a small outdoor bar. They often ended their hard days with a swim. Daphne was outside in a black bikini. She was on the diving board when Fred came out wearing a pair of black swimming shorts. The Vampire watched as the witch jumped of the diving board and cannonballed into the pool, causing a splash.
"Beautifully done my dear." Fred said as he walked over to the bar.
"Thanks." Daphne said after she surfaced. "How was your day?" she asked as she began to do laps around the pool.
"It was fang-tastic. I found the perfect frame for a picture for are front room." Fred said as he made them two drinks. "Yours's?"
"Wonderful, I managed to curse a particularly rude woman. She won't stop whining, an so I made it that every time she speaks then a spider pops out of her mouth. She better how she does have cobwebs in her." Daphne said as she finished the last lap and rested on the side of the pool with her arms out of the water. She cackled after she had finished her story.
Fred came over to her with their drinks. His was Bloody Mary and hers was a Byrrh with a fat green worm in it.
"You're drink my green skinned wife." He said as he entered the pool next to her.
"My favorite. Thank you Freddy." Daphne said. She picked up the worm and ate it like spaghetti. She took a sip of her Byrrh as Fred did the same with his Bloody Mary.
A sly grin came to Fred as he took a peak at his wife's cleavage. Daphne looked just as Fred turned to put his drink down. Daphne also put down her drink as a smirk appeared on her face.
"Tag, your it." She said as she touched her husband whilst his back was turned with her finger. She quickly swam just as he turned around. Fred looked to see Daphne with a wicked smile.
"Come here." Fred said with a grin as he chased her. Daphne and Fred laughed as they played their game and splashed each other.
As the spirt world was in a permeant night, then one would think that the inhabitants didn't need sleep, but the did and usually it was when daylight came to the mortal realm.
Velma and her pack returned to turned to their den, which was a dark cave. The cave floor was covered with bones from their previous kills with blood staining the floor and lower parts of the walls.
Velma walked towards the spot she usually slept in. She chowed a bone to clean her sharp teeth then let out a yawn went to sleep.
Meanwhile in Fred's and Daphne's house, the vampire and witch were in their bedroom. Their bed was a coffin, large for both of them. Daphne, who was wearing black nickers and a black bra, got into the bed on the left side as Fred, who was in black pants, got into the bed from the right side and they got under the covers. The witch put her head on the vampire's bare chest as he played with her scruffy hair.
"Thanks for a wonderful evening Freddy." Daphne said, slightly looking up.
"You're the reason why it's wonderful my love." Fred said as he moved his hand down to her back.
Daphne smirked and moved slightly to look Fred in the eyes.
"There's a bat in your pocket." she said in a lusty voice.
"Would you like it to return to his cave?" he asked in an equally lusty voice and devilish grin.
"I think it's time I show you how..." Daphne leaned in closer until their faces met. "...wicked I be." she finished with a seductive whisper.
Fred grinned as Daphne flicked her arched eyebrows. The two began to kiss. Daphne turned off the lights as Fred pulled down the coffin's door. The vampire and witch spent the next two hours making love before they fell asleep.
