Chapter 1
Amu Hinamori woke up and yawned and then smiled being greeted by Ran , Miki , Su , and Dia . She headed downstairs to the kitchen and saw her baby brother watching thier younger sister while playing some video games . She noticed his guardian character cheering him on . She made some breakfast eggs and bacon with swiss cheese in an omelettes . She whistled and her brother put the game down and brought their sister over . " all right Chris Hinamori we have to meet the guardians so will bring Ami with us " She said as she placed the omelettes on plates and brought them to the dinning room table . She smiled as Chris and Ami ate the food . She took a bite of her omelettes and noticed Chris give a look . " fine I had help from Su " She said as they finished breakfast .
Chris left the house holding Ami as they walked down the street and reached the royal garden and noticed it was destroyed . He noticed Amu eyes twitch as the other guardians were injured . He noticed a person with long hair . " they stole the embryo " he said character transforming and attacked with game themed attacks . He noticed Amu was checking on everyone . He noticed the person was dodging every attack . He was grabbed by the throat and smiled at Amu attacked the person with Ran help . He passed out .
Amu was shocked as the person just fled and noticed the exchanges students watching . " What do you know " She asked as she checked on everyone as a boy who looked like the one that stole the embryo . She transformed with su help and gave a glare . " Tell me what you know please " She asked as a girl and boy helped everyone come two . She noticed the three gave a look to follow them .
Manta took a seat in his room at the mansion they were renting . He turned on his computer hearing the guardians talking with Yoh and Anna . He was looking at the footage from inside the royal garden stored on a cloud server . He heard the door to the room open and saw Chris Hinamori entered . " Anna said you should all get some rest " he said as Chris took a seat on his bed . He turned and faced Chris " so what did Hao steal " he asked as Chris sighed .
Chris laid down on manta bed . " the embryo it grants any wish we finally obtained it after battling Easter for so long just for some stranger to steal it " he said punching the wall . He noticed Manta nodded and look away . " So you know who that person was " he asked . He noticed Manta nodded yes hearing the front door burst open . He saw Yoh entered the room . " it did not go well and the guardians are looking for Hao and Amu my big sis by one year asked you to watch Ami and for me to join the search when ready " he said as Yoh nodded . He looked to his guardian character . " I really rather play any video game then have to help search for Hao and the embryo so give me a rundown why you are at our school and what are you " he asked .
Yoh took a seat on the bed and looked at Chris " well I am a shaman and a descendant of Hao " he said noticing Chris nodded . He took a breath " anyway during a battle during the prelims to become the shaman king we heard of the embryo and so did Hao " he said as Chris sat up and switched places with manta taking a seat at the computer . " so we followed Hao and learned of guardian characters thanks to spirits and then transfered to your school seiyo elementary " he said as Chris nodded doing a web search of any public webcams or security cameras . He noticed Chris text Amu that Hao was at the airport and had some back up . He noticed Chris opened the door and left . He took Manta hand and quickly followed after him as Anna called him to come right back .
Hao was holding the embryo and noticed Amu and the other guardians arrived . " oh it's you non shamans I went easy on you all once already " he said . He noticed the guardians were ready to stand thier ground . " fine I won't hold back " he said allowing his followers to attack them without mercy . He then noticed Chris , Manta , and Yoh arrived . He smiled " oh if it isn't Yoh and manta " he said as Chris character transformed and knocked the embryo out of Hao hands and it went flying off . He glared at Chris and chuckled . " Smart move actually I don't know your name and thought you went to check on your other friends " he said taking his leave with his followers . He placed a note in Chris hands and left .
Yoh saw Chris looked at the note and then handed it to him . " I am not going anywhere till I get the embryo " he read and placed his hands on Chris shoulder as Did Manta . " let's get some rest and eat dinner at my place " he said as Amu nodded fine and pulled Chris ear . He scratched his face * about your baby sister amu , Anna is watching her " he said . He noticed Amu sighed in relief as they headed back to the mansion they were staying . He looked to the guardians " will help you stop Hao from getting the embryo and even easter if they make a comeback " He said as Amu nodded thanks .
Meanwhile Anna was waiting at the entrance to thier mansion . She crossed her arms but smiled at the sleeping Ami . She yawned being a little tired but woke up as the door open . " Yoh and Manta and new friend I didn't mind babysitting Ami but next time pay me " she said . She noticed Chris and Amu nodded fine and then Amu went to help Anna with making dinner . " We at least know each other's names Amu and looking forward to working with you " She said as Amu nodded seeming cold but cool .
Meanwhile Manta was siting in the living room reading a book . He noticed Chris and a few of the guardians playing rock paper scissors . He noticed Chris kept winning and took a breath . " So from the look in your eyes your going to hunt down the embryo a little on your own " he asked . He noticed Chris nodded as Amu brought some tea as the other guardians gave Chris a look . He took a sip of his tea . " I would say let's all search tomorrow for the embryo because its late and we have plenty of rooms , so after dinner let's get some rest .
Chris took a sip of his tea " that's how we got the embryo after all I found it by accident a few days ago while Amu was on a date with someone " he said . He noticed Amu give a look and sighed taking a sip of her own tea . He noticed Manta scratched his faced and looked to Yoh . " got it Yoh was thinking the same thing look for the embryo on our own and bring it to the group if we find it but Hao is probably watching us so then let's all look together for the embryo starting in the morning . " So let's eat dinner and then bring Ami home since our parents are mostly likely back " he said as they entered the dinning room bringing their tea with them .
