Chapter 1
Manta took a breath as he arrived in portorosso . He walked to the docks and took a seat . He was glad to have a break from spirits and shamans after somehow getting involved with Hao . He noticed it started to rain and was shocked as one boy fell on top of him becoming a mermaid and one turned into a sea monster . He screamed " All right sea monsters are real as well what the " he was about to scream as both boys covered his mouth . He took a breath and calmed down . " please get off of me " he said as the rain stopped and the boys dried off . " Manta is my name what's your names " he asked slightly annoyed .
Chris mermaids and Luca Paguro gave each other's looks and sighed . " What crap was tossed at you to make you such a jerk " he said noticing Manta chuckled . He noticed Manta stood up and started shouting in Japanese . He noticed after a few minutes he calmed down . He noticed Luca got the three of them some ice cream . He nodded thanks and took a bite of his ice cream . He noticed Luca and Manta did the same . " Chris mermaids , is my name manta and this is Luca Paguro " he said as Manta nodded .
Manta looked down " sorry it's just I turned against all my friends and joined up with this villain Hao since he saved my life and somehow fell in love with him " he said as Chris and Luca ate thier ice cream . He paced around the two . " if that's not bad enough he told me to have some fun in portorosso since I screamed I am not sure if I made the right choice siding with you Hao " he said . He noticed Chris and Luca hugged him . He felt calm " so mind helping me find an inn " he asked as Chris and Luca nodded sure .
Luca walked to Massimo Marcovaldo fish shop slash house . " we were watching the place while he is away and our families are busy on trips and we are running the shop since we stayed behind " he said . He noticed Chris chuckled " by running an inn temporarily since the main one is booked up " he said . " so you can use Massimo room while me and Chris are sleeping outside under the stars " he said as Manta headed upstairs and smelled the food as Chris started cooking some lunch . He noticed Chris grabbed a fish " no cannibalism unlike the time we by accident ate sushi in Japan on a school field trip with Giulia who is with Alberto right now checking on your family's home since our families are on a trip " he said as Chris nodded . He looked at the fish and sighed adding it to the pan . " no one can know " he said as Chris nodded hearing a cough behind them . He turned and saw it was Giulia holding a flyer for the temporary inn . " We asked your dad and the inn that was booked up and they said it was fine " he said .
Giulia took a breath " it's fine but no eating fish again you promised your parents " she said taking the finished food and making a plate for the guest and one for herself . She noticed Chris and Luca took seats as Manta joined the table . She nodded as he started eating as did she while Chris and Luca just ate some pasta . She then saw a group outside of her dad's shop . She noticed Manta smiled and looked away .
Hao walked inside and kissed Manta on the cheek . " what an interesting human town of sea monsters , half sea monsters and humans living together " he said as Giulia made him a plate of food . He took a bite and smiled without a word . He looked to Manta " have you made your decision " he asked . He noticed Manta sighed and ruffled his hair " take your time how about we go for a swim after we finish eating " he said . He noticed manta turned red as a cherry . " I will take that as a yes " he said eating a little more pasta .
He looked to Luca and stared at him in the eyes . " I think you have the potential to be a shaman " he said . He noticed Luca sighed and looked to Chris mermaids . He chuckled " I see you both had some training as shaman's when " he asked . He noticed both continued to eat their pasta . He noticed Giulia write a note and took it . " I see when Your school was on a trip to Japan you stayed at a shrine and had some training as shaman's and Luca and you Chris were the top students in training " he said as both nodded and left after finishing eating .
Manta looked at his food " this will be an interesting vacation " he said as Yoh , Tao , and Anna walked in . " great this is war " he said aloud without realizing it and noticed looks from the groups . He got up and scratched his face " I'll see you later Hao " he said taking his leave . He saw Chris and Luca staring at the stars since it had gotten late . He joined them " hope Yoh and Hao don't kill each other " he said as Chris and Luca scratched thier faces . " let me guess your both participating in the shaman war as well " he said as both nodded . He laid down on his back and looked at the stars . " I am telling Hao " he said as both sighed .
End of chapter just felt like writing a Luca and shaman king crossover . Where manta is on hao side but still not sure if that's the path he wants to be on and meets Luca and my oc Chris mermaids who in this have some training as shaman's and manta sides with Hao in the end since in this he falls in love. with him till next time later .
