Castiel found Christmas very confusing.
He failed to understand how dragging a tree into the bunker and dressing it with sparkly baubles was relevant for Christmas.
To be fair, he found a lot of things the Winchesters did confusing, but it didn't seem to do any harm so he just ran with it.
However, he did find the whole idea of decorating the top of the tree with an angel rather worrisome; and perplexing too … Why was Dean was yelling at him when he'd only been trying to help?
It wasn't his fault that the tree collapsed when he sat on it.
