I know the title sucks but Merry Christmas everyone. I didn't have a lot of time so this so it might be short. Very short.

It was that time. The most wonderful time of the year. You know what I'm talking about.

Christmas.

It was one of the, if not most celebrated holiday in the Smash Mansion. Who could blame it? Christmas was a time where families, friends, and even enemies spent time together.

And when the Smash Mansion does Christmas, they do Christmas.

Lights were already set up, the tree was almost done being set up, and there were so many decorations everywhere. As pretty much everyone was in high spirits. Some more than others, but still many people were happy.

So on the day of Christmas Eve, they were finishing up everything.

And Lucina was sitting at the dining room in one of the chairs, finishing up her gift to Inigo.

Lucina wished to give her husband a very special gift. Something she had been hiding from him since Thanksgiving night.

Lucina had put the gift in a small rectangular box. As she was wrapping the rest of it in the dining room.

Lucina had finished her gift as she put it in her pocket. She stood up and yawned as she walked away from the table.

And saw her husband Inigo and it looked like he was holding something behind his back.

"Merry Christmas honey." Lucina greeted him as she kissed him on the cheek.

"Merry Christmas Lucina." Inigo smiled as he kissed her on the lips. Still holding something behind his back.

Lucina smiled as she knew he was hiding a gift for her behind his back. He possibly just got done wrapping it. Given that it wasn't hidden.

"I say, Christmas is pretty crazy around here. Lots of lights." Inigo stated as he looked around at the decorations and Christmas lights in the room they were in.

"I believe the gift exchange is tonight." Lucina smiled as she whispered in his ear. "I got you something Inigo."

Inigo blushed. "I-I got you something as well Lucy."

"There's something important I also need to tell you." Lucina explained to him as she secretly rubbed her stomach. "But I will tell you during the gift exchange."

"Alright." Inigo nodded. "Sounds perfectly fine."

That's when the two walked away and chatted while doing so.

Hopefully it'll be shown what they got for each other later.

Mythra was standing nearby drinking a cup of coffee as she was just minding her own business.

Pyra walked to Mythra and smiled. "Merry Christmas Mythra."

"You too Pyra." Mythra nodded as she showed zero interest in speaking with Pyra.

Pyra noticed this and then asked. "Mythra, what's wrong?"

"I don't know. I just bet that everyone's gonna give me the same thing as last year." Mythra shrugged.

"Well it's the thought that counts."

"Everyone gave me swimsuits, perfume, and a hair brush." Mythra listed as Pyra quickly quieted down. "And Nia gave me mouth wash because she said my breath smells bad."

"That um. Well. Maybe it'll be different this year!" Pyra told her counterpart. "We'll see tonight."

Later that night….

The gift exchange had finally started. And everyone was giving each other gifts.

And Ophelia had a gift for Soleil.

"Here Soleil!" Ophelia exclaimed as she handed her cousin a gift box. Soleil looked at it with caution as she accepted Ophelia's present.

"Um..what is it?" Soleil asked.

Ophelia simply smiled in response. "Open it."

Soleil nodded as she took the lid off of the box. Inside was a dark blue book. One that appeared to be a picture book.

Soleil took it out and looked at it.

Soleil was confused until she opened it. And the first thing she saw caused her to stop.

It was a picture of her mother on a hospital bed, she looked tired but also extremely happy. Lucina was holding a bundle of blankets with a small baby in them.

She flipped the page and saw another image of her father with Lucy. Standing right next to her holding the baby.

Soleil kept flipping pages. Multiple pages of her as a baby. And pictures of her parents, her grandparents and her other family members, and her growing up.

"O-Ophelia…is this?" Soleil asked as tears were forming in her eyes.

"Merry Christmas Soleil." Ophelia hugged Soleil. As the two kept looking at the pictures. Now there were a bunch of pictures that had both Ophelia and Soleil on them. "These are all of your memories. And some of mine."

Ophelia then pointed to certain pictures. "This was our first play date. This was when we were older, we bathed in a hot spring together. This was when we rode that horse together when you were seven. And this is when we cooked that apple cake when you were ten. That stove was burnt for weeks."

Soleil then started to cry as she sat the book down. She then turned to Ophelia and hugged her cousin.

"Thank you Ophelia." Soleil cried.

"Merry Christmas Soleil." Ophelia softly smiled.

And now it was time for Lucina and Inigo to give each other their gifts.

Chrom was watching as the two as he wished to see what Inigo had gotten the Exalt's daughter and what his daughter had gotten for her husband.

Inigo went first as he handed her a small rectangular box.

"Thank you Inigo." Lucina said as she accepted the box and opened it. Snd it revealed a silver necklace.

Lucina took it out of the box and marveled at it. It was silver and beautiful. And there was also a heart shaped locket connected to the chains.

Lucina curiously opened it and gasped. Inside of the locker was a picture of her and Inigo. Both smiling brightly while Inigo wore a black suit and Lucina wore a white wedding dress. It was the day of their wedding. The happiest day of Lucy's life.

"Oh Inigo…it's beautiful…" Lucina started to cry as she hugged Inigo and kissed him on his lips.

"Merry Christmas Lucina." Inigo told her as he hugged her. "I love you dear."

"I love you too honey, now open my gift." Lucina stated as she put the necklace on and handed him a the small rectangular box.

"Thank you dear." Inigo stated as he lofted the top and took something out.

It was a pregnancy test with a plus sign on it. As others around them gasped and Chrom was wide eyed.

But Inigo was confused as he didn't know what it was. "L-Lucy? What is it?"

Tears then started streaming down her face as she had a big smile on her face as well.

"Lucy, why are you crying dear?" Inigo asked as Lucina walked closer to him.

"Inigo, remember Thanksgiving? And how I've been feeling sick for the past couple of weeks?" Lucina asked.

"I…I suppose so but…." Inigo stopped as he looked at the pregnancy test again. And then looked at Lucy. "W-wait…Lucina you don't mean…are you?"

Lucina then spoke these words.

"Inigo. We're going to be parents."
