All I Want for Christmas is Yo-Kai
The snow was falling over Sakura New Town in Japan. The people were busy with their last-minute shopping before the holiday. Some of them were shoveling snow and finishing up decorations. At the same time, others were singing in a caroling group to the passerby on the streets.
"Ah, Christmas has come again," Yuray happily commented.
"Yeah, I guess so. Of course, everybody is busy with the holiday," Ken noted as he and his Yokai maid walked through the street.
They stopped to see something special going on at the town's most giant pack as they continued walking. People were setting up some stage.
"What's going on over here?" Ken asked.
"I have no idea, Master Ken. Let's check it out," Yuray suggested.
They went into the park to get near to see what the people were making. Then, Ken noticed a familiar face.
"Huh? Hey Ken!" a familiar voice shouted at the name.
Ken gasped. "Minnie? What are you doing here?"
Minnie approached Ken and began explaining. "Well, the townspeople are helping to set up a special stage for a special Christmas concert."
"A concert?" Ken repeated.
"Oooh! That sounds like a wonderful idea!" Yuray intrigued.
"Yeah!" Minnie nodded. "Everybody is doing their best to set up, and some of my friends from NyaKB will be at the concert."
"That's cool," Ken said.
"Not only that, but we are bringing a special guest for this concert, too, to make all my Christmassy," Minnie cheekily said.
"Special guest? Who is this special guest?" Yuray asked.
"Yeah, like I was about to say. Who is it?" Ken asked, too.
Minnie showed a poster of the concert in front of Ken and Yuray. "Ta-da! The special guest is the one and only Mariah Carey! The town managed to make a deal with her agency, and she is coming to sing at this concert!"
"Oh my! Mariah Carey, DE Mariah Carey is coming to Sakura New Town?" Yuray looked excited as her eyes sparkled.
"Yeah! There will also be foods, games, and a lot of fun stuff!" Minnie exclaimed.
"That sounds amazing! We will be here for it! Right, Master Ken?" Yuray said excitedly.
"Um, yeah. Sure," Ken said, sweat-dropping a bit from Yuray's over-enthusiasm.
"Also, since you are here now, Ken." Minnie took something out of her pocket. "Here you go! I meant to give this to you. These tickets are for the concert. I have enough for your friends from school. Of course, you can also invite your Yokai pals for free of charge."
"Oh my! This is even terrific! Thank you so much, Miss Minnie!" Yuray said joyfully.
"You know I'm the one who got the ticket, right," Ken glared as Minnie smiled warmly.
The next day, Ken went to school like usual. It was a day before Christmas Eve. During the lunch break, Ken talked with his friends and explained the special concert.
"Wow! That sounds awesome, Ken!" Keita exclaimed.
"A special Christmas concert! I am going as long as there is food!" Kuma stated.
"You always think about food, Kuma, but I agree. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun," Kanchi noted.
"Thank you for the ticket, Ken. I am definitely going to the concert!" Fumika declared.
"This concert is going to be probably the best thing to happen in this average town, minus us the Yokai, of course, whizz," Whisper commented.
"Yes indeed! I can hardly wait!" Yuray said over-joyfully.
"NyaKB! NyaKB!" Jibanyan cheered as he was jumping excitedly.
Ken grinned to see his friends looking excited and happy. Finally, the school ended, starting the official holiday break for the students and teachers. After that, everybody went home as the weather got colder than ever before. Ken and Yuray watched the temperature on the TV to check it.
"Tonight will be a little flurry of snow, but we don't expect it will be more than a foot by tomorrow morning. Later tomorrow, it will be a clear sky mostly. The road will have a little bit of snow, but nothing troublesome for travels," said the weatherman.
"Here you go, dear," Ken's mom handed Ken a cup of hot cocoa. "I can't wait for tomorrow's concert in the afternoon. I heard it all from your old friend, Minnie."
"Me too," Ken replied as his mother sat next to him.
Ken and his mom went to sleep for the night. Yuray tried to sleep, but she was too excited about the special Christmas concert. Finally, after drinking a cup of warm milk, she went to sleep peacefully.
"Master Ken! Master Ken!" Yuray yelled at Ken, which woke him up abruptly.
"Woah! Woah! What's going on, Yuray? What's with the shouting?" Ken asked.
"Come and take a look, Partner!" Lasagnyan pointed to the window.
"Hmmm, what about it? All I see is…. white? It is just snow," Ken said. "Wait… snow?"
Ken went over to the window and attempted to open it. It was hard to open it, but he managed to slide it open and then…
"Bah!" A pile of snow crashed through the opened window, covering all over Ken's room.
"Master Ken! Are you alright?" Yuray asked.
Ken popped out of the snow and coughed out some of them. "Bleh! What's up with all this snow?! I thought the weatherman last night said we would only get a flurry of snow and not more than afoot. If the snow manages to get into my room, then that means…."
Ken quickly changed his pajama to a much warmer outfit, including a jacket. He promptly walked downstairs and opened the front door. In front of them was a white wall made of snow.
"Oh my! It seems like we can't get out of here until we shovel through the snow!" Yuray exclaimed.
"Then let's get shoveling!" Lasganyan declared.
"I want to check the weather first!" Ken went to the living room and turned on the TV.
"Good morning, Sakura New Town. We have breaking news going on. It appears that Sakura New Town is taken over by an unexpected snowstorm that's affecting not just the town but also multiple places in Japan and other places around the world. We are getting reports from Paris, New York City, and even Cario, Egypt getting major snowstorms. It is very bizarre and freezing!"
"Oh my! It seems like the entire world is in trouble, and at this rate, the special Christmas concert cannot start with all these snows!" Yuray said sadly.
Ken pondered deeply to himself.
"What are you thinking, Partner?" Lasagnyan asked as she noticed Ken in deep thought.
"With how snowstorms are going on all over the world, even at places that seem odd to get snow, I can think only one person or be behind this," Ken stated.
"Who would that be, Master Ken?" Yuray asked.
"The one and only Snow Miser," Ken answered.
"Snow Miser?!" Yuray and Lasagnyan gasped. They remembered Snow Miser and her sister, Heat Miser. They had to deal with them affecting the weather across multiple worlds because their grandmother, Mother Nature, had trouble convincing them to stop fighting.
Suddenly, the sound of thunder and a flash of light blinded the trio. They realized they weren't in the living room when they recovered their vision.
"Where are we, Y'all?" Lasagnyan asked as she looked around to see a beautiful garden around them.
"I know this place," Ken said.
"Hello, Young Ken Aichi," said a female voice. They turned around to see a woman in a green dress and white dress, flowing green hair, and a green Holly crown appeared before them.
"Speaking of the devil," Ken noted.
"Mother Nature!" Yuray gasped. "You have summoned us?"
"This time, yes, and I cannot get anyone else available, so I summoned you three for your world," Mother Nature admitted, which Ken, Yuray, and Lasagnyan pondered with their eyebrow raised.
"Anyway, I'm sure you're all aware of what's going on in your world," Mother Nature said.
"Yes, we are," Ken replied. "Is it your granddaughter, Snow Miser, again? Is she in a fight again with Heat Miser?"
"Not quite this time," Mother Nature said, which made the trio more curious. "For you see, my dear granddaughter, Snow Miser went berserk."
"Berserk?" Yuray looked worried. "What do you mean?"
"She lost her cool?" Lasganyan joked a bit but was silent when Ken glared at her. "Umm, heh, heh. Sorry."
"Not exactly," Mother Nature noted. "She was fine mostly, but then one day, she just went berserk and started causing the problem. I tried to convince her to stop, but I could not seem to communicate with her for some reason. I even tried asking her sister, Heat Miser, but I cannot reach her, too."
"That's strange," Yuray said, looking concerned.
"And you summoned us so that we can go and check on Snow Miser and find Heat Miser," Ken said.
"Exactly," Mother Nature nodded. "I am counting on you, Young Ken Aichi."
Mother Nature waved her long wand to teleport Ken, Yuray, and Lasagnyan to Snow Miser's domain.
Thunder roared, and now the trio was standing near Snow Miser's fortress of ice and snow.
"Well, here we are, again," Ken stated as they approached the front door made of an icicle.
"Miss Snow Miser, are you available?" Yuray called out to her.
The door suddenly opened, causing some snow to fall off. Ken, Yuray, and Lasagnyan calmly went inside the icy fortress. They walked down the hallway of ice. It was a bit slippery, but as they reached the end of the hallway, they could faintly hear music.
"It looks like we are getting close," Ken announced as they approached closer to the end. Once they reached the end of the hallway and entered a large ballroom, they soon realized the music source and started hearing someone singing.
A familiar, young, slender woman appeared out of the corner as she twirled and danced around. Unlike two years ago, she wore a long blue dress skirt with snowflake patterns, a white sleeveless dress shirt, blue fingered gloves, and a blue cape with an oversized neck collar. Her snowy white hair had a long braid for style. Her eyes shined like sapphire, and her skin was blue as a blueberry while her lips were dark blue.

Friends call me Snow Miser.

Her minions began dancing as they also joined in the song. The trio just watched and waited for them to finish.

The trio looked at each other for a second before they returned to focus on Snow Miser.
I never want another day where it's over 40 degrees.
I rather have at 30, 20, 10, 5, and let it freeze!

There was a moment of silence while Snow Miser and her minions posed at the end of the lyrics until Ken coughed.
"Ah, what do we have here?" Snow Mister gleamed suspiciously.
"Snow Miser, we're here to talk," Ken said as he was about to say the reason, but Yuray jumped in.
"Ms. Snow Miser, would you please kindly stop with the snowstorms?" Yuray demanded.
"Snowstorms?" Snow Miser asked, looking less caring as she looked at her nails.
"Like what Yuray is trying to say, you are causing a huge mess in our world with all the big snowstorms going on, and your Grandma Nature told us that you are the one who's causing it," Lasagnyan added.
"So, please, Ms. Snow Miser, would you help us? For you see, we have a special Christmas concert with an exceptional guest who I, ah I mean, a lot of people expecting to listen to at the said concert," Yuray demanded.
'Yuray!' Ken and Lasagnyan stared at her with a sweat-drop.
Unexpectedly, Snow Miser laughed, which confused the trio. "You want me to stop my little parade of snow? Ha! I don't think so."
Suddenly, she waved her hands, shooting lightning of ice in front of Ken and the others and summoning a thick cage of ice that trapped them.
"What the?!" Ken gasped.
"Oh my!" Yuray gasped, too.
"Hey, what's the meaning of this?!" Lasagnyan shouted.
"Sorry, but I won't allow anyone to get in my way," Snow Miser announced.
"What do you mean?" Ken asked.
"I am going to turn all worlds into my snowy, icicle paradise! That way, everyone I go to will always be snow! Kya, ha, ha!" Snow Miser exclaimed as a dark aura enveloped her.
"Oh my! It appears that the Dark Energy corrupts Ms. Snow Miser!" Yuray exclaimed.
"How could this all happen?" Lasagnyan questioned.
"Let us out of here, Snow Miser!" Ken demanded.
"No way! Unless you want to be like what I did to my sister?" Snow Miser warned.
"What do you mean?" Yuray asked.
Snow Miser showed them what she meant. She snapped her finger, telling her minions to pull down a curtain which revealed Heat Miser frozen in an ice block. Ken, Yuray, and Lasagnyan gasped at the sight.
"Holy cow! Heat Miser turned into a popsicle!" Lasagnyan exclaimed.
"Not if I have something to say about this!" Ken took out a medal from his pocket. "Calling my ally! I summon Blazion! Yo-Kai Medal, set on!"
He inserted the medal into his Yo-Kai Watch, causing the hands to spin rapidly as a beam of light shot out from it.
"Summoning Brave!" The Yo-Kai Watch stated that a fiery lion Yokai was summoned.
"Blazion!" Blazion roared as a fire burned.
"Urgh! I hate the heat!" Snow Miser complained. "Minions, stop that beast!"
The minions jumped on Blazion to attack, but Blazion spun himself fast that melted some of Snow Miser's minions.
"No! My minions! You will pay for your insolence!" Snow Miser began attacking Blazion by shooting electrical ice energy. Blazion counter-attacked with fireball punches.
"Blazion! Use your fire to melt and release Heat Miser!" Ken called out.
"Blaze!" Blazion agreed as he used his fire to melt the ice trapping Heat Miser.
"No! Don't do it!" Snow Miser shouted, but with just even a little bit of heat, Heat Miser's eyes began to move, and quickly the ice around her has melted as her energy burned through her body.
"Heat Miser's the name, and Green Christmas is my game!" Heat Miser shouted as she was released from her icy captivity.
Heat Miser shot a fireball at the ice cage, which melted it into the water for Ken and others to escape.
"Snow Miser, give up!" Ken stated. "You cannot stop against five of us!"
"Sorry to do this to you, sister, but why don't you just cool!" Heat Miser fired a blast of fire at her. "Hmph, never thought I would make a cold pun."
The fire blasted Snow Miser, partially melting her and the Dark Energy diminishing away.
"Nooooooooooooo!" Snow Miser cried before she turned into a complete puddle of water.
Heat Miser stopped her attack.
"Oh my! Is Ms. Snow Miser… gone?" Yuray asked in a very concerned tone.
"Don't sweat it. Dear Grandma can fix her up," Heat Miser assured.
A little bit later, Ken, Yuray, and the others went back to Mother Nature with a bucket full of Snow Miser's water. They explained to her what had happened, so Mother Nature decided to use her power to bring back Snow Miser to normal.
"Uuuuuhh, what had happened?" Snow Miser asked, looking dazed and confused.
"You went all hot-headed and berserk, Ice Queen! You caused this boy, Ken here and his world to have an eternal snow problem!" Heat Miser exclaimed.
"Now, now, Heat Miser. You don't have to yell at her," Mother Nature scolded.
"Oh. I am so sorry about that. I don't know what exactly came to me," Snow Miser apologized.
"Apology is forgiven, Ms. Snow Miser," Yuray accepted her apology.
"No, no," Snow Miser argued. "I must redeem myself. Is there anything I can repay you?"
"Hmmm, well, there is one thing I can think of," Ken said.

The special Christmas concert at Sakura New Town was about to begin. The townspeople have gathered at the park for the festivity. There were food vendors, games, and other fun stuff.
"Welcome, everyone! To the special Christmas concert!" The MC announced as everyone clapped their hands. "I am thrilled that the concert can go on when all the snow is magically gone and everything is back to schedule. So now, without further ado, the concert will begin with our very special guest, the one and only, Mariah Carey!"
The curtain slowly opened up. The piano player began the song, who happened to be Krampus in disguise, wearing a suit, tie, and Christmas-theme sunglasses.
Then, the famous singer Mariah Carey began her song.

The members of NyaKB48 came onto the stage as the backup dancer. They were all dressed up like toy soldiers and elves. Koma Trio played the tambourines, and Violeton did the violin.

Thereupon the fireplace (Heat Miser summoned a fire instantly in the fireplace on the stage)

I won't even wish for snow (Snow Miser used her power to summon snow as it started snowing over the stage)

Everyone applauded Mariah Carey and the concert. Jibanyan and Yuray cheered the loudest as they were both fans of the two idols, NyaKB48 and Mariah Carey. Heat Miser and Snow Miser smiled at each other to see that the concert went well, and everyone was happy.

Yo-Kai Watch Another Watcher returns for another Christmas special this year, with a special guest, Mariah Carey. Her lyric is belong to her, but I knew that someday I want to write a Christmas special story with Mariah Carey's song in it, so here it is.
