She was born in the year 1670 in Salem Massachusetts. Her parents had been murdered when they tried to protect her from the witch hunters. You see, Bella had been different when she was human. They burned her as a witch because she had the power to move things with her mind, and she knew how to blend into her surroundings. She hadn't been a witch, but she did have a vampire ancestor somewhere in her bloodline. Bella's full name was Aileen Isabella Swanne, but she goes by Bella. No one has called her Aileen since the death of her parents.

Anyway, after Bella was changed at the age of twenty-five, she killed everyone that had been involved with her parents' murders. They thought she had been a ghost upon seeing her. Bella has been alone since her change and has been feeding on humans. The dregs of society. Murders, rapists, batterers, child molesters, and anyone else involved with crimes of that nature. Hell, the Government has been calling on her help when they didn't what to deal with them. That's how she made a living.

The Volturi has called her for help with those that break the law in the United States and Mexico. She was known as the Goddess of Justice due to her morals. Bella has wiped out the southern wars, which included the Warlords. Maria, Boris, and Benito.

Bella didn't even know if the Major, the Captian, or the Lieutenant knew that they didn't have to worry or look over their shoulders any longer. She has been trying to find them but they don't seem to stay in one place for long. She couldn't say that she blamed them.

Bella was on her way to a small town by the name of Forks. It's in Washington state. She had no idea why humans thought that naming a town after an eating utensil was a smart idea, but she couldn't do anything about it. She was going to Forks because the Volturi wanted to know what they were up to, at least that's what they say. The Cullen coven was the second-largest coven after the Volturi, and Bella thought that they were threatened.

Bella was beginning to wonder if the ones she shouldn't be taking out are the Volturi. They were power-hungry, and it showed. There were hundreds of covens that have been destroyed by the Volturi with the gifted being forced into their guard. Bella was very tempted to declare war on them and she knew thousands of vampires would be on board because the Volturi were tyrants. There were very few vampires in the Volturi coven that would join.

Demetri, Felix, Marcus, Afton, Corin, and Heidi. They were the only members of the Volturi worth saving. They were good people but they were forced to stay with the threat against their former covens and their mates. Aro and Caius didn't know that Bella knew what they were up to and that's just the way she wanted it.

They thought her only gift was a shield and tracking, but she was a Sponge. She was able to copy any gift she comes in contact with, and once she does, she's able to use it to its full potential. No one knew what she could do except for the guard members that wanted out. The only reason they know is that one, Bella trusted them, she viewed them as her brothers and sisters, and two, she was able to shield their minds from Aro.

Bella knew the Romanian coven would be on board. Hell, the vampire ancestor in her bloodline was Vladimir. She hadn't known it until a year after her change after he trained her in everything that she needed to know of the vampire world in her Newborn year. He taught her territory markings, hunting grounds, anything, and everything. He also taught her how to fight. He was the best mentor is could have asked for. He was like a father to her. She loved him.

She was brought out of her thoughts when she pulled into a long driveway. As she parked the car, she noticed seven vampires on the porch looking at her wanting to know why she was there.

"My name is Aileen Isabella Swanne. You can call me Bella," she greeted not coming any closer until she was given the okay.

"Hello. My name is Carlisle, this is my mate and wife Esme. This is Alice and her mate and husband, Jasper. Beside them are Emmett and his wife and mate Rosalie, and Edward," Carlisle introduced everyone.

"May I ask why you are here?" Esme asked from behind on Carlisle. They could sense how powerful she was and they were nervous.

"Of course. I'm not here to cause any harm. The Volturi sent me to find out what you are up to but I think they feel threatened at how large of a coven you are. You are the largest after them, and I think they want to take you out because they view you as a threat to their power. I have seen them do it a thousand times. They are power-hungry," Bella explained trying not to look at the handsome bear of a man and his drop-dead gorgeous mate. She felt a pull towards them, and she knew it was a mating pull and by the look on their faces, they feel it too but they looked confused. She was going to take a wild guess and say that they didn't think it was possible to have more than one mate.

Jasper felt her emotions and knew she was telling the truth. He gave his family the all-clear to stand down.

"Come on into the house," Carlisle invited.

"Thank you," she said smiling.

"Thank you for the warning," Jasper said.

"No problem. I make my living by going after the lawbreakers, but it seems to me, it's the Volturi that are the ones that are breaking the laws. I'm friends with only six members of the Volturi Guard. Demetri, Felix, Marcus, Afton, Corin, and Heidi. They are being forced to remain because the Volturi threatened their mates and their former covens," Bella explained.

"That's terrible," Esme muttered as the mated men growled at the thought of being kept away from their mates.

"Yes, it is. And I'm going to do something about it," Bella promised as her eyes turned solid black.

"A rebellion?" Jasper asked as he felt the Major stir in his cage.

"Precisely," she said smirking watching as the coven exchanged looks before nodding in agreement. It was time their kind had freedom.
