Inside the Headmaster office in Hogwarts…

"Albus!" yell Deputy headmistress Minerva McGonagall (a fair-skinned, long grey-haired (that's tied up into a bun style behind her head), blue-eyed elderly woman wearing a long sleeve black robe with a circular-shaped brooch on it under her chin and with a long sleeve forest green robe over it and a black pointy hat on her head) as she barged and sprint into the Headmaster's office before stopping in front of a desk with shock and panic look on her face.

"Professor Minerva McGonagall? What, may I ask and know on the matter and your reason for suddenly barging into my office now?" asked Headmaster Albus Dumbledore (a fair-skinned, long white-haired (moustache and beard), blue-eyed elderly man wearing a long sleeve purple robe with white stars and moons on it and a matching hat on his head) in surprise and confusion at Minerva for barging and sprinting into his office.

"I'll tell you what's the matter and reason for my action then! It's Lucerne Potter but that's not her name anymore, Albus!" replied Professor McGonagall.

"Miss Potter!? What has happened to her and what do you mean by it's not her name anymore?" said Headmaster Dumbledore as he stood up from his seat with a worry look on his face.

"I just received the Hogwarts letter that she sent back to me together with a note saying that she refuse to attend Hogwarts school since she's already attending another magical school in another country! Albus, can you believe it! The daughter of James and Lily Potter, Lucerne Potter, refusing to attend Hogwarts and is already attending another magical school in another country!" said Professor McGonagall with a sad look on her face.

"What did you just say? Miss Potter refuse to attend Hogwarts and is already attending another magical school in another country!?" gasp Headmaster Dumbledore with a shock look on his face at what Professor McGonagall just told him.

"Yes! That's exactly what I just said to you earlier, Albus!" said Professor McGonagall in irritation at Headmaster Dumbledore.

"That can't be! How could Miss Potter be in another country when she's supposed to be with the Dursleys family here? I need to find out and know why." thought Headmaster Dumbledore concernly in his mind about Lucerne Potter in another country instead of with the Dursleys family. "Don't worry, Minerva. I shall deal with this predicament." added Headmaster Dumbledore reassuringly to Professor McGonagall.

"And another thing. You told me that you placed and left Lucerne Potter at the Dursleys 11 years ago so why and how is it that she's in another country now, which is Japan and that she change her name!?" snapped Professor McGonagall as she take out and slammed the letter on the desk and showed Headmaster Dumbledore the address on the letter and Headmaster Dumbledore glance down and read the address on the letter with a shock look on his face.

We're going to Japan to see and talk to Miss Potter." said Headmaster Dumbledore as he take out and used his wand to wandlessly change his and Professor McGonagall robes into suitable Japanese muggle clothes before he and Professor McGonagall apparate from the office to Yongen-Jaya, Japan.
