He didn't mind, he always wanted to have a big family. His grandfather and grandmother Charlus Potter and Dorea Potter nee Black are still alive in this world, he has one uncle and one aunt named Aiden Potter who married Manami You and has a son named Shindou Potter. The residence is located on a hill that has been purchased and has the name Midoriya as the owner, the residence has a lake that is quite large although it is still relatively small compared to the lake in the Potter residence. Nonetheless, this Residence is the perfect abode to find peace and thought.
During his life, Midoriya Izuku only had one friend, Kaminari Denki, who was a victim of abuse from his parents who often beat him for injuring himself due to the use of his electric-type Quirk. They met by accident when Midoriya saw Kaminari being beaten by his father and humiliated by his mother, Midoriya saved Kaminari and threatened Kaminari's parents to stop harassing him. Since then, Izuku and Kaminari have become close friends, and Kaminari spends more time at the Midoriya Residence than his own home.
