Hey everyone. I was so busy with my assignments since October and I unable to update Ultimate Darkness anymore due to my old phone, where I saved all the chapters I did for Ultimate Darkness, was lost in my university and I'm so lazy to rewrite the entire chapter that I decided to just remake and skip it to Post Chūnin Exams era. I hope you enjoy it and I will list the difference at the end of this chapter.
Tsukigakure.
One of the villages that was founded immediately after Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara made peace and founded Konoha.
The village itself have many histories that some of them were considered as dark memories to the Yamikage.
It is also recognized by every Shinobi across the vast world as a village that produced powerful Shinobi such as Kagami Mizuki, the Yondaime Yamikage and also known as the Immortal Silver Demon, Uchiha Obito the Lone Sharingan Warrior, Marida Kuruzu the Emerald Kshatriya, Mikhail the Nameless Warrior and Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto, the Dark Knight.
Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto…
Born on a fateful night 20 years ago on October 10.
Growing up with his siblings who were chosen to become the jinchuriki of Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, Naruto never experience love from his family.
His parents, Namikaze Minato aka Yondaime Hokage and Yellow Flash of Konoha, who strangely sparred by Shinigami after summoning the Grim Reaper, and Namikaze Uzumaki Kushina aka Crimson Demon of Konoha, abandoned him at a very young age to focus on his siblings; Mito, Menma and Natsumi.
Their reason was because they want their three children to tame the power of the beast so that they could protect Naruto. The Legendary Sannin who are their godparents too agreed with Minato and Kushina. This caused a rift between Naruto and his family. From forgetting his birthday to leaving him alone at house for vacation and finally forget that he is exist.
At the age of seven, he left the house and sleep behind a trash can in an alley. Sometimes he has to search food in trash can because he has no money to buy food. Due to him sleeping in the alley, he is so dirty and smelly that the kids of his age will run away from him or throw rocks at him.
One day, on a fateful night, as Naruto enjoying gazing at the sky in Konoha's Park, someone discovered him and that person was no other than Senju Tobirama, the retired Nidaime Hokage who survived fighting Kinkaku Force.
After hearing to his full story, Tobirama decided to take him as an apprentice so that he can pass his knowledge to Naruto since he has no child. A year after meeting Tobirama, Naruto encountered Uchiha Shisui who became his first friend and a brother figure.
However, on the night of his tenth birthday, Shisui died. Prior to his death, Shisui requested Naruto to keep his eyes and died in his arms. Since that day, Naruto didn't talk to anyone and spend most of his time with training while grieving over Shisui's death.
At the age of twelve, he was placed with Team 12 that consisted of Uchiha Satsuki and Kurama Yakumo and his sensei was Uchiha Obito who had just returned to Konoha after staying at Tsukigakure for so many years after he was presumably killed in action during the war.
Despite being in a same team, Yakumo and Satsuki treat Naruto terribly due to his status as the dead last of the academy (which he purposely did to keep his abilities secret). Obito tried many times to make sure Yakumo and Satsuki treat Naruto nicely but to no avail.
During the second phase of Chunin Exams which is the survival test, Yakumo and Satsuki snatched the scroll that Naruto kept and left him alone, intending to complete the exam by themselves and left Naruto alone to die. Their action nearly cost their life as Kumo squad who worked together with Iwa squad ambushed and almost killed them but Naruto appeared just in time and brutally beat them especially the jinchuriki and the granddaughter of Tsuchigakure.
Satsuki and Yakumo were so shocked with that they just witnessed. Naruto, who's terribly injured and losing a lot of blood, defeated six genin that nearly killed them with ease.
After that, Team 12 managed to enter the semi-final match which will be held in next month. Surprisingly, Minato offered to train Naruto but he rudely rejected it since he already accepted Obito and Tobirama's offer.
A month later, Naruto undoubtedly became one of the strongest genin in Konoha or perhaps the strongest. He effortlessly defeated Yugito and Kurotsuchi. Then, he fought Menma and almost lost to him due to his brother using the fox chakra until Naruto reveal his trump card.
Mangyekō Sharingan.
This made everyone stunned, shocked and confused with what's going on except for Minato, Tobirama, Obito, Fugaku and Mikoto who revealed that Namikaze clan is a long distant cousin to Uchiha clan but the chance for a Namikaze to awaken the Sharingan is one in a million.
With Mangyekō Sharingan, Naruto easily defeated Menma and Kagami MIrai during the final battle. Although he won the exam, Naruto unknowingly caused Tsuchikage, Raikage, and Hoshikage to target him for their own reason. Before he could celebrate his victory with his sensei and Tobirama-jiji, Konoha was invade by the newly Otogakure that led by Uchiha Izumi and its allies; Kumo, Iwa and Hoshi.
Their intention? To destroy Konoha and kidnap Kushina and her children, Mikoto and her daughter and the children of Hyuuga's head clan to breed them. While the low-ranking shinobi fighting the enemy and at the same time protecting the civilians, the jonin fought more powerful enemies and at the same time preventing the enemies' backup from entering the village.
As for the Kage, Minato, Rasa, Mei and Mizuki fight A, Onoki, Hiruko and Hikari. They almost win until Izumi arrived and reincarnated Hashirama. With the immortal God of Shinobi on their side, they overwhelmed Minato and his allies and about to kill Minato until the sudden appearance of the retired Sandaime Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen. He sacrificed his life to seal Hashirama as Naruto and Obito appeared at the same time.
Naruto and the others fought the enemies of his age and saved many civilians. He even saved his siblings and their friends and killed several chunin and jonin to protect them, showing them his true abilities.
Seeing Hiruzen lying on the ground lifelessly, Naruto berserkly attacked the enemies with his Mangyekō Sharingan but was brutally defeated by Izumi who revealed that she's the one that caused Nine-Tailed Demon Fox to appear and cause chaos and destruction ten years ago as well as responsible for Shisui's death.
This enraged Naruto so much that he activated an incomplete Susanoo but still defeated by Izumi. Tobirama, despite his old age, fought Izumi to save his apprentice but was defeated by her. She then forced Naruto to watch her killed Tobirama. At his dying breath, Tobirama told Naruto how he loves Naruto so much and considered him as a son. He even called Naruto as the Legacy of Nidaime and passed away in his arms.
His death snapped Naruto, causing the child to fight Izumi with the anger consume him to the point he manages to brutally injure Izumi and kill her. Before he could fight the other Kage, Izumi mysteriously appeared and beat him into bloody pulp while covering her right eye before ordered to retreat with the others.
Due to his injuries, Naruto was in coma for a month.
When he woke up, he was so devastated and heartbroken for not attending Tobirama and Hiruzen's funeral. He spent days grieving their death and blamed him for not saving them and requested Mizuki to take him to Tsukigakure.
This caused his family to plead him to stay and beg for second chance. Even the villagers, his teammates and the rest of Konoha 18 begged him to stay.
Naruto then coldly told them how he hates them so much for treating him badly and declared that he will never return to Konoha. He then slashed his hitai-ate and threw it at Minato's feet, stating that he has no family and the only people that he will consider as family were Tobirama, Shisui and Hiruzen.
Seeing that his student is in pain, Obito did the same thing too as he had made a promise to Tobirama that he will take care of Naruto. They both departed to Tsukigakure with Mizuki, Marida, Mikhail, Mirai and Minami.
Four years after Naruto left Konoha, he mysteriously vanished after having an argument with Mizuki.
No one knows where he is, not even Mizuki herself.
But they need him right now.
They really need him right now.
Difference :•
Story takes place eight years after Naruto left the Konoha, making him as 20 years old in the story.
• The Uchiha Massacre never happened because 20 years ago, when Minato fought Izumi, she didn't reveal her Sharingan and lied to him that she casted a powerful genjutsu at the bijuū.
• Naruto met Tobirama at the age of seven instead of five (I guess?) in previous story.
• Naruto didn't have special powers (summoning crystalline weapons like Final Fantasy XV or Hinokami Kagura of Kimetsu no Yaiba) like in the previous story however he still retains Mangyekō Sharingan although the ability is still remain mystery. But he possesses power that similar to Izumi and will be explored in the future chapter.
• Most of the events that happened during the eight years gap will be explored such as Pain's Assault but in a different way due to the Akatsuki's members are a bit different.
• Other characters will be different for example Mizuki and Mikhail. They both still have the same appearance but different history compare to my previous story.
• Uchiha Izumi's interest on Naruto will be explored and it heavily ties to the ancient prophecy and their ancestors. She also will be more sadistic, cruel, powerful and evil.
• For the first five chapters will heavily focus on the eight years gap, Naruto and his disappearance, why Naruto is considered to be the only person capable of defeating Izumi and his relationship with Mizuki.
• Some Naruto's movie characters will be or may not be make an appearance in the story.
• New OC's characters with far more powerful abilities.
• Naruto will be far more colder to anyone in Konoha especially his family. Will he forgive and give them a second chance? We see about that.
Uishaaaa! That's it and I really need some sleep. I've been in trouble for several weeks after I returned back to home and now I'm struggling to keep myself together. This is the only way that I can relieve myself and I hope you enjoy it. I will try my best to keep the story alive.
Regarding the drafts of Ultimate Darkness, I wrote it on notepad app. When my phone was lost, I lost the drafts and that's the reason why I can't continue Ultimate Darkness anymore. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience.
