Yo yo yo! What's good my peeps?! We're back with another installment of Mobian Huntsmen! I'm excited to get into the next portion of the journey of the Sonic (Archie) and RWBY Cast! By the time that this book is completed, Volume 9 will be started! Or maybe not. Who knows. But let's get into this! Hope you'll enjoy this book!
And before we begin, by the time that this chapter goes up, yesterday was my close friend, Bluy's b-day! She's an EXCELLENT artist in the Sonic and RWBY community. She's an underrated artist! In fact, she was a fan of my Mobian Huntsmen series and to be honest, I was quite honored and excited. Bluy is a sweet person. I'm honored to be friends with her. The scene opens with hearing the birds chirping as the morning has arrived to awaken the inhabitants of Patch. A small island that is west of the continent of Sanus, where the major city, Vale is located. The city had endured a tempestuous invasion from Cinder Fall and Dr. Eggman. Thanks to the unified efforts of teams JNPR, RWBY, SSKT, and other teams & Huntsmen and Huntresses; further damage was halted. A year passed since that fateful night. Despite the hurdles, mainly the Grimm, construction of Vale was coming along smoothly thanks to teams RWBY, JNPR, and SSKT helping out when they could. Now we see the home of Taiyang Xiao Long, Yang Xiao Long, and Ruby Rose and then the scene pans to a house not too far from the Xiao Long-Rose Cabin. It was a bit bigger than the home that housed the Xiao Long-Rose Family due to having extra tenants living with them. The sound of a door opening by a mango hair-colored fox Faunus teenager that had 3 bangs, two orange colored fox ears, two orange fluffy fox tails, sapphire blue eyes, fair skin, he wore a white t-shirt with grey sweatpants, and shoes that are red from the heel to the middle and white from the middle to the toe with gray soles, each with a gray band around the ankle. He is Miles "Tails" Prower! The Brains of Team SSKT!
Tails stretched after yawning for the 4th time. "Another beautiful morning… I hope Miss Goodwitch is faring well in dealing with Professor Ozpin's demise…"
The 16 year old fox Faunus walks to the Xiao Long-Rose Cabin to see two people sitting on the steps leading to the front patio. One is a tall young man with fair skin, blond hair and dark-blue eyes and the other is a tall young woman with fair skin, vivid green eyes and who had beautiful red hair that is worn in a waist-length ponytail, curled slightly into a loose ringlet. She also wore light-green eyeshadow around the far upper corners of her green eyes. He smiled at the sight of the two as he did a gentle wave in greeting the two.

"Good morning Pyrrha! Jaune!"
The two glanced at him as they waved back at him. "Good morning Tails!" They said in unison before looking at each other and then flushed red with smiles on their faces.
"Hahaha! How did your run go?" Tails inquired kindly with a small smile on his face.
"It went swimmingly! Jaune managed to keep up with me. Your training has really helped him out!" Pyrrha Nikos states with a look of pride on her face as she turns to the Jaune. She wore an Alizarin Crimson sports bra with black jogger pants with white and red stripes on the sides, and red and white running shoes.
Jaune Arc, the leader of Team JNPR, rubbed the back of his head sheepishly with a mousy smile on his face. He wore a grey sleeveless t-shirt that showed his strong arms and shoulders, black jogger pants with a yellow stripe on the sides, and wore black and white running shoes. "It's nothing really. The training that Knuckles and Shadow got us on to control this… Chaos Energy thing… now that I think about it, is that the reason why you four could do those things?"
"Mind being more specific Jaune?" The fox Faunus inquired. Tails knew what he was referring to but knowing and experiencing how the Chaos Force works, you need to be specific since the energy itself is complex.
"Back in the Vytal Festival! Back on Shadow and Knuckles' doubles match! You know the huge pillar of light! And Knuckles was green like he was an alien!"
"Oh… that… I don't know how to explain that to you. You'll have to talk to Knuckles about that." After that was said, Tails sniffed the air, smelling the scent of pancakes. "Ah, judging by the smell in the air; one can assume that Tai is awake making breakfast. You two are going to join us for breakfast when the others are awake?"
"We'll be waiting for Ren and Nora to return. Oh, do you mind giving us the time please?" The red-headed Spartan asked the twin-tailed genius.
Tails grabbed his Scroll and powered it on from sleep mode to show him the clock. "It's 7:56 am. So the majority of everyone should be waking up soon. I'll see you both inside."
And with that, Tails enters the cabin with his ears perking up to the sound of someone cooking on the stove. He sees a man with blond hair that has two small strands sticking out from the top and blue eyes. His facial hair consists of a soul patch and small stubble along his jawline. On his right arm is a tattoo of his emblem, which resembles a heart. His hair was once a bright shade of gold, but in his older age, it has notably grayed somewhat still blond, but far more subdued. He wears brown cargo shorts with a dark brown belt, black shoes, a red bandana on his left arm and a brown leather vest over a tan dress shirt with the right sleeve cut off. He is Taiyang Xiao Long, the father of Yang Xiao Long and Ruby Rose.
"Good morning Tai! See you're already working on the most important meal of the day!" The twin-tailed genius said in a joking tone.
"Heh, when your daughters bring their teammates and friends to the house, gotta be prepared. Everyone else should be awake soon." Taiyang said with a chuckle as he sat another plate of pancakes down next to 8 other plates with varying amounts of pancakes. Then he turns to see one of his daughters, who was a fair-skin young girl with silver eyes and neck-length black hair with red tips. She wore a matching dark-gray long-sleeved shirt and pants with faded-red polka dots and a white lining at the front and the collar. Her name is Ruby Rose! The leader of Team RWBY!
Ruby yawns and then rubs her eyes. "G'morning dad…"
"Good morning pumpkin. Breakfast is almost done. Now I gotta make a big stack for Nora since she has a liking for pancakes."
"Liking is a grand understatement… more like an obsession." Quipped Tails making himself and Ruby giggle.
"I just wanted to thank you Tails and the rest of the boys." Taiyang said while pouring more pancake batter on the pan.
"What for?"
"Everything. Since that night when Beacon was attacked, I was beyond petrified on what my girls would be going through that night. It took everything that I had to prevent myself from going over there and help but you four reminded me that they'll guide everyone. That gave me some peace of mind due to the amount of experience you lot have." He explained with a smile on his face as he placed the sixth pancake on the plate. "From our first meeting and everything you told me and the girls; you four had experienced things that a veteran Huntsmen like myself and Qrow had seen and endured and you're just teenagers. And now, you're teaching them and their friends to do the things that you can do. It's extraordinary."
"He's right, you know." Another voice chipped in. A young woman with fair-skin with wavy black hair and amber eyes. Wearing a black bow covering her black cat ears on top of her head. She wore a black, long-sleeved, Yukata style shirt with white edging over a purple undershirt and a matching skirt. A black obi is wrapped around her waist and tied with a black and white string. She is Blake Belladonna! The Faunus of Team RWBY! "Yourself and the rest of the boys have noble qualities that anyone would want to imitate. If it wasn't for the experience you four had, the attack would've been worse."
"We can't take ALL the credit for that. It was a group effort Blake." The fox Faunus says with a shake of his head.
"Blake has a point Tails. The reason why we won is because of you guys. You kept us united. Even those other students from the other academies. We were fighting as one!" Ruby chimed with a happy smile on her face. Making the room feel brighter.
"We are baaaaaaack~" Sang a girl who had fair-skinned young woman with orange hair and aqua eyes, she wore a white and pink V-neck T-shirt, which has a pink heart with a white thunderbolt on the chest, pink gym shorts with white stripes running down the sides, matching pink wristbands and sweatband, white knee-high socks with pink stripes near the top, and a pair of pink converse-style shoes with white laces. She is Nora Valkyrie! Powerhouse of Team JNPR! "Are the pancakes ready?!"
"Nora. It's too early for all the noise." Said a young man who had long black hair that ended midway down his back. There is a magenta streak on the left side of his hair. His eyes match the streak in his hair. He wore a Hunter Green long sleeve t-shirt, Fern Green joggers pants, and black sneakers. He is Lie Ren!
Taiyang chuckles in amusement at Nora's energetic behavior. "Well young lady, breakfast is served. Enjoy kids! I'm going to wake up Yang."
"Thank you again Mister Long. I appreciate your hospitality for the past year." Pyrrha says gratefully as she poured some syrup on her pancakes.
"Call me Tai Pyrrha and you're welcome. Thank you for being friends with my daughters. I am proud of what you all accomplished. I am sure your parents are too. Keep up the good work kids." The older man said with a smile as he climbed up the stairs.
"I wonder what we are going to do today." Said the silver-eyed girl as she ate her pancake that was on her fork.
"Probably more Chaos Energy training. I feel like I am getting the hang of it. Getting stronger." Jaune stated while looking at his hand as a faint white glow appeared. "I can at least keep up with you all."
"You put in as much work as the rest of us do Jaune. Don't downplay your progress." The twin-tailed genius states looking at the blonde boy with a thumbs up. "And to answer your question Ruby, we'll have to see when Knuckles gets back."

Speaking of him. Deep in the woods of Patch, in a clearing near a lake, sat a tall young man with tan skin, red dreadlocks with bangs and the rest of the dreads were worn into a ponytail. He had a white crescent mark on his chest, a necklace with Beowolf teeth, he wore dark green pants that reached down to his ankles, he wore white fingerless gloves with two small spikes, and wore red and yellow shoes, each with green cuffs and a gray, sextuple-bolted plate on top. He is Knuckles Kaji! The Fighter of Team SSKT! It seems that he is in a deep meditative trance till the scene flashes white.

Knuckles' eyes snapped open as he looked around him to see that he was in a white void as he tried to calm himself. "W-Where am I?!"
"Calm yourself Guardian." Said a tall figure wearing deep blue robes with beads, who had light blue eyes, grey hair with orange edges, a brown tail, a grey Napoleon III Imperial style beard, and holding a long stick. He is Merlin Prower! The uncle of Tails and a Neo Walker! "I've come to warn you that the dark forces are beginning to plot their next move."
The echidna Faunus narrowed his eyes a bit after hearing that. "Cinder… what's her objective this time?"
"I'm afraid that this is not the doing of Cinder Fall. She's only the puppet." Merlin says. "Her mistress is the REAL threat. She was the one that caused the attack at Vale. But this won't be an attack this time."
Knuckles arched a brow. "What do you mean Neo Walker?"
"Give these riddles to my nephew. He's intelligent enough to decipher them." The Neo Walker said firmly while disregarding Knuckles' inquiry.
"Hang on a moment Neo Walker! Before you continue, you must answer some of my questions! First of all, what's going on with the others back on Mobius? And lastly, who is pulling the strings?!"
Merlin exhaled through his nose due to how pestilent the Guardian of the Master Emerald is being. "Very well… when Snively sent you five to Remnant, he began his reign of terror by allying himself with the Iron Dominion. A former branch of the Eggman Empire before detaching itself from his influence. Their queen, Regina Ferrum, an Overlander that helped establish the Iron Dominion by the former king, Jun Kun. Due to her romantic connection with Snively; the both of them usurped and took over the Eggman Empire along with Mobian Clans in the Dragon Kingdom, even including the Shinobi Clan, where Espio hails from joining them as their minion. And judging from your expression, yes, he did join his clan."
The echidna Faunus' right eye was lit in green fire in fury but he took a deep breath calming himself. "Continue…"
"Guardian, have peace of mind, he did return to aid the Freedom Fighters against the Iron Dominion. It was a lengthy battle but your friends and allies came out victorious. Just barely. Right now, with the Iron Dominion being no more, the Raiju Clan takes the Iron Fortress for themselves. Once the reconstruction of New Mobotropolis is completed, Princess Sally will focus her efforts to bring the four of you back to Mobius." The Neo Walker said before smirking at the breath of relief that Knuckles had done. Then he frowned when answering his next question. "All I can tell you is that she is the personification of everlasting darkness. She's on the hunt for the Four Maidens. She already has the Fall Maiden via Cinder Fall; she's currently hunting down Spring will bring into my second riddle. That is if you don't mind if I should proceed since this connection will end soon."
"That puts me at ease. A bit. Speak the riddles Neo Walker."
"You must liberate the haven of knowledge from the lion of cowardice that aligns himself to the darkness. The gates to the land will be opened by the isle of the descendants of the light. And lastly, Spring's dark wings will rebel against the fallen flames." Merlin cryptically states and of course this confused Knuckles greatly. Then his body begins to fade. "A sign for when you should contact your allies on Mobius is when you feel warm wind blow once you and your allies have set the stage. Keep the Chaos Emeralds safe and away from the eyes of the Goddess of Darkness. You have 4 days to prepare and don't worry about Shadow and Weiss, they're important to these events. May the Ancient Walkers be with you Guardian…"
The scene fades to black to the sound of vibrating that causes Knuckles' violet eyes to open and to gaze at the lake before him. Realizing that the vibrating hasn't ceased, he reached into his left pocket to pull out his Scroll to see that Tails was calling him. He pressed the "Answer" button and held the mobile device to his ear.

"Yo."
"Knuckles! Where are you?"
"I'm at the lake meditating."
"Oh, well come on back. Tai made breakfast. Also, what is on today's agenda for training?"
The Guardian of the Master Emerald closed his eyes for a moment before opening them. "Today will be the last day for training."
"What? What do you mean Knuckles?"
"I'll explain later tonight after dinner. Get everyone to meet at the lab at 7." He stood up and grabbed his neon red shirt. "Once everyone is asleep, myself, you, and Sonic will discuss more of what I just learned."
"Oh uhhh okay then Knuckles. Cya when you come back."
Knuckles ended the call as he placed his Scroll in his left pocket and proceeded to the trees where his figure vanished within the forest.
The day came and went. Everyone did their last bits of training. Both physical and Chaos Force related all day till the sun began to set, whereas Ren ended his training a bit early due to helping Taiyang to prepare for their last homemade meal. Once everyone had finished eating their food and had their showers done, JNPR, RBY, and SKT made their way to the bigger house so that they could learn on their new upcoming adventure. The scene transitions to Tails' Laboratory where everyone is present so the echidna Faunus, who stood in front of everyone, could relay the plans to stop Cinder Fall and her mistress that Merlin warned him about.
"Okay Knux, we're here. So what's going on?" Inquired a young man who had fair skin, emerald green eyes, small, triangular ears on top of his head, blue hair that was shaped as six long quills on the back of his head, two spines protruding from his back behind his shoulders, and a short tail. For attire, he wore a dark blue tank top, azure pants with yellow circle patterns, white gloves, and light-weight, hyper friction-resistant red sneakers with white cuffs around the ankles, gray soles, and white straps across the top; the latter of which are held down by a golden buckle on each foot. He is Sonic Takamaki! The Leader of Team SSKT and the Fastest Thing Alive!
"We need to prepare for our next move. Because… whoever Cinder has allied herself with is planning their next move as well." He said getting shocked looks and reactions from everyone.

"WHAT?!"
"Cinder is planning her next attack?! Where?!" Asked a tall young woman with fair-skinned young woman with lilac eyes and bright golden hair that fades to pale gold at the tips in a messy ponytail with a purple hair tie. For her attire, she wears a gray jacket over an orange tank top that bares her hips, the jacket's left sleeve bears her father's emblem, indicating that it may have formerly belonged to him. Completing her attire are gray-brown cargo pants, which have ribbed knee paneling and show the rim of her dark undergarments. High on the left leg of her pants is a red shield-shaped patch with imagery of three Ursa masks, and her emblem is stitched on her right thigh. And she wears white sneakers with purple laces. She is Yang Xiao Long, the older half sister of Ruby!
"Hold on everyone! How do you know this?" Pyrrha inquired, feeling a bit uneasy by his proclamation.
"Tails' uncle told me while I was meditating at the lake this morning." He answers with closed eyes. Then his violet eyes focus on Tails. "We need to use the remaining 4 days to prepare for the journey ahead of us. And before I forget, he told me to tell you the three riddles for you to decipher."
"Alright. Lay it on me." The twin-tailed genius said feeling a bit confident in his ability to solve them.
"First one: "You must liberate the haven of knowledge from the lion of cowardice that aligns himself to the darkness". Second one: "The gates to the land will be opened by the isle of the descendants of the light". And last one: "Spring's dark wings will rebel against the fallen flames."" Knuckles repeated the three riddles to Tails with crossed arms. "Let us know when you figured them out. The sooner, the better. And we can plan accordingly."
Tails nods as he sits at his chair where his supercomputer is and begins opening different pages to help figure out his uncle's riddles. "Right. By tomorrow evening, I'll have them figured out and have a plan together!"
"I'll help you little brother." Blake says as she grabs a spare chair next to him.
"What about Shadow and Weiss? Will they join us?" Jaune inquired.
The Guardian of the Master Emerald nods, answering the blonde's question. "They'll join us when things are almost set up for this endeavor. And the Chaos Emeralds are involved too."
Sonic looks at the container where the seven gems are held and then back at his teammate. "How come?"
"I'm not sure. But let's do our parts. Once we get-"
"Mistral. Haven Academy is located at Mistral. So, Cinder's next target is Haven." Tails states, interrupting Knuckles. "And the headmaster there is Leonardo Lionheart."
"Hmm… hence the phrase of the passage: "lion of cowardice"... wait! The passage also said that "aligns himself to the darkness"! Does that mean-"
"Much as I like, I have to have a full knowledge of what we're doing but we should prepare. Knuckles, we have four days right?" Ren asks, getting a nod of confirmation and also interrupting Pyrrha's realization. "Tomorrow, we should prepare the essentials and when the four days are up, we should be ready."

"That means SHOPPING!" Nora chimed happily. Enjoying the idea of shopping for new clothes for the coming adventure.
"I agree with Nora." The Blue Speedster turns to everyone with a smirk on his face. "Let's get ourselves some new looks!"
"What should we do after we get done shopping Knuckles?" The redhead inquired trying to take her mind off of what she just realized of the fate for Haven's headmaster.
"You can do whatever you want. I wouldn't advise any heavy training. You can do physical conditioning if you wish to but don't overdo it. We need everyone on deck." The echidna Faunus said to her and then gazed towards everyone else in the room. "We'll fill Shadow in since he and Weiss are involved."
"I wonder how she is doing… she really didn't want to go." Yang says while frowning reminiscing about what went down.
"Yeah… our team feels empty without her with us…" Ruby added with a forlorn look on her face.
"Where is Shadow?" Blake asked Sonic without withdrawing her look from the book that she is looking at.
"I sent him after Weiss." He answered with a grin after seeing some surprised looks come his way. "Y'all forgot what Shad's Semblance is. Meiton."
Pyrrha arched a brow at the strange term he used to describe the Ultimate Life Form's Semblance. "May I ask, what does that mean?"
Tails took the opportunity to stretch his arms. "It means Dark Release. His Semblance can be used to absorb, manipulate, and release other mediums or alternatives that are taken from an opponent that is compatible with his own."
"Mainly, his abilities are good for recon, spying, and assassinations. That's why Sonic sent Shadow when Weiss' father came for her. The three of us saw him enter her shade. I bet he's training her when the opportunity comes to him." Knuckles continues Tails' explanation with crossed arms.
"I think we should rest up and start preparing for our upcoming adventure. Goodnight everyone!" Jaune says heading to the elevator before yawning. "Pyrrha? Are you coming?"
"Yes, I'm coming Jaune. Tomorrow, after our shopping, we'll do some training with your swordplay." She told him.
"Umm… I was thinking that I can upgrade my weapon and armor. Hey Ruby, is there a blacksmith here?"
Ruby had a large smile on her face. "Of course! We can head to Signal tomorrow to Mr. Vulcan's Smithy! If you want to get a headstart on that, then you better make the blueprints!"
"Don't worry about that Jaune. Just draw a picture of what you want and go to the Full Body Scanner so IRIS can get the blueprints done and when you two get up, you can get them." The fox Faunus told the couple as he pointed to the Rust Research Table.
"That's perfect! Thanks Tails!" The blonde boy thanked him with a smile on his face.
"No problem."
Pyrrha walked alongside her boyfriend to aid him in designing his new gear. "I'll help you Jaune."
His deep blue eyes faced her vivid green orbs, they glowed in appreciation. "Of course. We'll make it look as cool as yours!"
"Don't stay up too late you two." Ren said in a joking manner with a grin on his face.
"No hanky panky!" The eccentric ginger teased making the blonde and redhead blush red.
"NORA! GOODNIGHT!" They cried in unison making everyone laugh.

Everyone began leaving the lab to rest for the next day to begin their four days of preparing and planning for the adventure of their lives. It was late in the night at the home of Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles & JNPR as the team were sleeping in their rooms while the three Faunus were in the lab still talking to another hedgehog Faunus but he had fair skin, crimson eyes, black, small, triangular ears on top of his head with a tan ear canals, he also has six quills on his head, four of which curve upwards while the other two curve downwards, two spines on his back, and a small tail. He has red stripes on each of his head quills and around the edges of his eyes. He is the "Ultimate Life Form"! Shadow Yaminagi!

"So Cinder is planning to strike at Haven this time. But for what? The Maidens aren't monitored by the Kingdoms. So what does she hope to achieve by attacking Haven?" Shadow inquired.
"Not sure yet. I have a feeling that there are more to these riddles." The twin-tailed genius says feeling unsure of the meaning that he found with Blake's help.
"If we find out more, we'll let you know. How's the babysitting coming along Shads?" Sonic asked with arms crossed and grinned.
"Bearable. This is the most dysfunctional and distant family I have ever encountered. No wonder Winter and Weiss left. The root of the problem is her father, Jacques Schnee." The Ultimate Life Form's eyes narrowed at the name that left his lips. "I would've disposed of him for the sake of my disdain for men like him…"
"Easy slugger. Just keep training Weiss and stand by."
"How is she coming along with the Chaos Force?" Knuckles inquired, this made Shadow smirk. "And judging from the look on your face, she's coming along quite well."
"She has an affinity for it. We're trying to apply the Chaos Force to her glyphs. Of course, she's still struggling but we'll see if we can work on that. Unfortunately, Jacques Schnee has her performing as of late for his "charity" events for Vale." Shadow did air quotes on the word charity.
"Is this dude that bad?" The Blue Blur inquired with an arched brow.
Shadow had a half-lidded expression as he sighed. "Faker… he's a callous, snide, arrogant, vindictive and overbearing man. He's more concerned with reputation and wealth than the people close to him, or the ethics of a situation…"
"Geez. Sounds like a parallel version of Hamlin." Sonic rolled his eyes with a frown on his face.
"So what is the plan of action?"
"Probably on the third or fourth day, I'll contact you to fill you in on the plan. Keep your Scroll handy Shadow." Tails says after yawning. "Tails out…"
The holo-screen disappeared as the twin-tailed Faunus yawned again. There was silence besides the sounds of machinery beeping. The camera pans turns to Sonic who opens his eyes with emerald orbs with the flames with excitement.
"Let's get into planning boys!" The Blue Blur exclaimed with a large grin on his face.
"Okay!"
"Alright!"

The next day, after the shopping was done, it was uneventful as the others did light training to heed to Knuckles' advice but at the end of the day, Qrow stopped by to talk to Yang on the topic of her mother's whereabouts. On the third day, which is a Saturday. The first sign of winter had shown itself in the form of a light snowfall. The scene changes to the lab again with the others wearing their winter clothes.

"Tomorrow is the last day, so have you both figured out a plan of action?" Ren inquired as he wore a Dartmouth green traditional Tang Coat with a large pink lotus on the back and a small pink lotus on the left side in the front, a white shirt underneath, black pants, and winter boots.
"Yeah. This is our best course of action for the moment is to split up on this to cover our roles." Tails states as his winter attire is composed of a yellow hoodie with a white lightning bolt on the back and white lines going down the zipper, white sweatpants, and he had ear muffs on his fox ears. "As for the first riddle, Sonic, Ruby, and team JNPR will be heading to Mistral. In two days, the ferry will be heading to Anima. "How come aren't you and Blake coming with us?" Jaune inquired as he wore his black hoodie that we always wore back in Beacon but he had grey pants and dark brown winter boots.
The twin-tailed genius chuckles sheepishly as Blake sighed as she buries her face into the book she's reading. "Which leads to the second riddle… we're heading to Menagerie…"
"My home… certainly not looking forward to it…" She muttered.
"What's the matter Blake? You're heading home! I'm sure your family will be elated to see you again." Pyrrha said while wearing an Auburn and gold colored coat with a cream colored sweater underneath, wearing brown pants, and wearing light brown boots sounding quite confused by the cat Faunus' behavior at the news.
"For personal reasons that she's not ready to share yet but the second riddle had really thrown the both of us for a loop since we had to dig deep. And I mean DEEP into the origin of the Faunus… which took us the majority of yesterday to check, double check, and triple check to see if the sources were right in which I'm not going to bother explaining the process. It seems my uncle has something in store for Menagerie. I don't know what those plans are but I'm sure he'll tell either Knuckles or Shadow and they'll inform me. But as for our transportation; IRIS is working on a LARGE project, so we'll be taking a ship to Menagerie but it'll be a 4-5 day journey by ship."
"What about us?" Yang inquired feeling a little left out which made Tails have a look of thought as he tapped his chin a few times. She wore a Golden yellow hoodie with orange flame patterns on the cuffs of the sleeves, an orange shirt underneath, onyx pants, and black and silver boots.
"There's no doubt in mind that the third riddle has Raven and Cinder involved and for Qrow to come by yesterday is no coincidence. Yang must find her mother and get her involved, and to pair up with Knuckles. Those two will handle themselves fine." Tails mentally stated as he looked at the Blonde Bombshell with a firm look on his face.
"The third riddle… indirectly involved the visit of Qrow yesterday. So, this riddle involved your mother and Cinder. Don't worry, you gotta convince your mother to join us in our fight against Cinder. If anyone asks, that's her story to tell, not mine."
Yang narrowed her eyes as she looked down with a frown that appeared on her face. Then she sighed. "Fine… what should I do if she says no?"
"Then ask her to transport you to Mistral with Sonic's group. From what Knuckles told me, by the way, he's coming with you, her Semblance is that she can conjure portals." He answered, making Yang arch a brow in confusion and a bit of disbelief and then she gazed at the echidna Faunus who was against the wall with arms crossed and listening to some music with his deep red earphones. "She'll have to fulfill her role, one way or another. So you two have the next week to prepare."
"Any objections to the plan?" Sonic asked this time as he stood next to his best friend/little brother. No one spoke which made him grin. "Okay guys. Let's finish up preparing and have the adventure of a lifetime!"
"YEAH!"
With only a day left, everyone departed to do their final preparations before departing for the journey to help protect Mistral's future from Cinder's wrath. The shifting tides of fate have begun. They'll learn revelations that will shake their foundations and question everything that they used to know. And Sonic and his friends are unknowingly in the middle of it all… the days counting down to the worlds colliding and Mistral's fate begins.
