A/N: In this story Peter Parker (The Amazing: Spider-Man) had his powers naturally as the Mutant Type Quirk: Human Spider. It gives all the powers of both the original Spider-Man along with organic webbing like in the Toby McGuire movies. After years of fighting crime as a hero in NYC he chose to start a support and research company called Parker Industries and married Mary Jane who as per in the comics did not have powers. They later had two children, first May Annibelle Parker and second Benjamin Kaine Parker (who is the central protagonist of our story). Peter and M.J. are both 40 years old at this point. If you want to know what they look like just imagine a slightly older looking version of them from the 90s Spider-Man cartoon. Ben will have Peter's powers and Miles Morales's powers both due to Quirk Evolution through being passed down throughout the generations and because I want him to.

A/N: What should his Quirk Awakening be? I'm open to suggestions.

A/N: OC X Melissa Shield (Melli) She will be joining the Support Course with a recommendation from Peter. Also she will be aged down so she will be 14 until shortly before entering U.A. as a student.

Warning!: I am not a fan of Mineta. Don't expect Mineta to stay after the Quirk Apprehension Test. That being said Ben won't be too out there in terms of power when compared to people like All Might, but do expect him to be on par with a mid 20s Peter Parker. So able to finesse villains like Rhino, Green Goblin, and Doc Ock with little issue.

STORY START!:

I-Island, Parker Industries CEO Office: 10 Months Before First Day Of UA

A rather tall boy dressed in a blue turtle neck sweatshirt, black dress pants, black dress shoes (slip and oil resistant of course), and a white lab coat was heading to the office of the CEO of the famous Parker Industries Hero Support Equipment building with a smile on his face. Now, most wouldn't be smiling when headed to the office of Peter Parker himself, but this young man wasn't most people. This young man was none other than Benjamin Kaine Parker the son of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Parker, so any chance to sit and chat with his father was a good thing. Right? Well, maybe not if his Spider Sense tingling was any indication. As he approached the door to the office he noticed it was already open, his father sitting in his chair behind his desk looking rather pleased with himself if the smug grin on his face was any indication. Ben closed the door as he entered the office knowing this was going to be a private conversation between father and son as was tradition among Parker men.

"Have a seat son. This is going to either be a long and annoying conversation or a short and happy one depending on your response to my request." Peter said this with as much care as he could in his smooth voice.

Ben did as his father instructed and sat directly across from Peter. The black, padded leather of the chair sinking in as he did so. "What's up Pops? You're being unusually formal today. Is something wrong?" Ben asked with both interest and a bit of worry in his voice.

Peter for his part just smiled at his youngest child. This boy was damn near his intellectual equal and every bit the smooth talker he was at that age. If it wasn't for the fact he had his mother's hair and eye color Peter was sure he'd be accused of cloning to make this one. 'Kind of ironic since he is named after both of my clones and my uncle.' Peter thought remembering his deceased brothers "Nothing's wrong Ben, I just had a request for you. I want to know if you plan to be a hero."

Ben became shocked! Not because he wasn't planning to be a hero. Oh! No! He was shocked that his dad would even bother to ask such a rhetorical question! "Of course I'm going to be a hero! What kind of stupid question is that Dad? I was honestly thinking of going to Japan." To be honest Ben's sense of responsibility was just as strong as his father's and his older sister's.

Peter's smile widened. If there was anything he was sure of it's that this kid would one day surpass him as a hero. He had already taken the boy out on many patrols and even had him fight a few of his rogues gallery by himself. His youngest was a prodigy in science, engineering, and heroics. "Japan? Yeah, you could go to UA. May is in America, so they've got Spiderwoman. I can get you in through recommendations too, so you don't have to show off before school starts. I'd even let you go a few months ahead of time to get familiar with the city you'll be living in."

With everything Peter said he was sweetening the deal, what he didn't know was that Ben already had a couple friends in Japan he had met online and was now making plans to meet them for real.

"That's where I was gonna go anyway Dad, but thanks for giving me permission before I could ask. There's already someone I know to ask to be my guide around town too. How soon can I leave?" Ben was calm on the outside, but inside his head a chibi Ben dressed in his Spidersuit (It'll be revealed later. You'll be shocked by the costume choice.) was jumping for joy.

"You can leave whenever you're ready son. Just stay safe, you know how much your mother worries about the three of us being heroes despite all our power and training." It was true M.J. worried about her husband and kids, but she knew that being heroes and protecting the innocent was what they loved doing and if she was honest with herself she wouldn't have them any other way.

Ben sat and chatted with his dad for a bit longer about trivial things like the latest additions to his Spidercycle and Spiderjet, even about what his living situation and allowance was going to be like while attending U.A.. With their talks done for the day both father and son left the office and headed home for the night.

I-Island, Parker Residence (Night Time):

Peter and Ben entered through the front door of their penthouse apartment. Both Parker men could already smell the scent of Mary Jane's pot stickers coming from the kitchen and hear the sound of the red-headed Parker matriarch humming a soft tune as she cooked her son's favorite food. Peter made for the kitchen to let his beautiful wife know they had come home while Ben went to his room to call his best friend and let her know he wasn't going to be around for a while.

Ben entered his room and sat at his computer before booting it up and starting a video call. As soon as the call rang for the second time it was answered.

"Hello~!", Said the Blonde haired teenager as her smiling face appeared on the screen.

"What's up Melissa?", Ben said as he took in the face of his childhood best friend and the smile that adorned her beautiful face. Ben had known Melissa Shield their whole lives and he knew that both of them had a mutual attraction to one another, but he was too afraid of ruining their friendship to try pursuing a relationship with the blonde bombshell.

"Okay, something's wrong." She quickly replied, a hint of worry in her authoritative tone.

Ben quietly cursed himself under his breath for his slip-up before recollecting his composure. "Nothing's wrong Melli." He replied as calmly as he could be while trying to hide the fact he avoided eye contact with her.

"Yes it is or you wouldn't have started with my real name instead of my nickname you gave me and you would have made eye contact with me while you spoke. What happened?" Melissa replied, now more upset at the fact that her best friend and crush would try to hide something from her.

"Fine, you win. I can't hide stuff from you or lie to you, so I'll just come right out and say it. Dad and I had a talk today and I've decided I'm going to U.A. High. I'm leaving on Friday so I can get acquainted with the city I'll be staying in." Ben said while looking down, unable to look Melissa in the eye while telling her he's leaving I-Island in about three days.

Melissa wasn't too surprised to hear this. Outside of his dad and Stars And Stripes, All Might was Ben's favorite hero. The two had met a few times through her and her father David Shield when her overly buff uncle had visited them. He even sparred with her Uncle Might a few times over the years and though he would never admit it due to his Parker Pride she knew he had held back a bit in the last spar so it would come to a draw. As strong as Uncle Might was he couldn't hit a member of the Spider Clan as they called themselves unless they ignored their Spider Sense and let him, that draw was the only time he let All Might hit him when he could have avoided it. So her crush going to All Might's alma mater was pretty much expected.

What surprised her was the fact that the Benjamin Kaine Parker was so guilt ridden over leaving her to further his education that he couldn't look her in the eye. Her. Melissa Shield, quirkless, nerdy, Melissa Shield. The girl very few people wanted to associate with due to her lack of a quirk and Benjamin Parker felt guilty. She decided to voice her thoughts on the matter. Brutal honesty was the best way to get through to a Parker and Ben was no exception to this rule.

"You're an idiot. If I was there in your room with you I would punch you in the face for being such an idiot." Melissa said this with a calm tone and neutral expression on her face.

"What?! I tell you I'm leaving in three days and you call me an idiot and say you want to punch me?!" Ben exclaimed while glaring at Melli.

"Why do you care so much that you're moving to Japan? It isn't like I expected you to stay with me forever. 'Not that I don't want you to' If you want to go to U.A. then go. I can't stop you and I wouldn't even if I could. You're too much like your dad for anyone to stop you from doing something you feel is your responsibility. Plus I'm nobody special. I'm just a quirkless techno geek who likes making stuff to help the heroes who can actually make a difference! Nobody else would have even bothered to care they were leaving me behind! Why do you care at all?! It isn't like you love me or anything!" Melissa ranted before realizing what she had just said and quickly ducking under her desk.

As soon as Melissa had finished her rant that last part had Ben frozen in shock for only a second before he processed it fully, he wasn't a genius for nothing after all. "Of course I do! That's why this is so hard for me! Do you honestly think that you being quirkless matters to me in the slightest?! You know damn well that my Mom is quirkless!" Ben yelled back. He took a few breaths to calm himself before continuing, "As for you being a 'techno geek' that's one of the things that drew me to you in the first place. You have an amazing mind and an even more amazing personality. You're one of the most caring people I've ever met despite the way most people treat you. Besides that to me you're the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen. With how long we've been friends I didn't want to ruin that by telling you my real feelings, but with that outburst you left me with no choice." Ben said, then waited for Melli to get back in her chair and look at him.

Melissa peaked over her desk to look at Ben and they locked eyes. "Really?" She asked, her face completely red from the blush she now sported at his confession and her own admission of her feelings. Melissa knew that her relationship with Ben would never be the same after tonight and surprisingly she was happy about that.

"Yes, really. I've had a crush on you since we were like eight, but I only realized that I loved you when I was twelve, but at the time I also realized that with how close we were if I told you I might lose you." Ben replied, finishing just above a whisper still afraid he might lose his best friend due to his confession. He would never admit to anyone that her next words almost caused him a heart attack.

"I'm coming over." Melli told Ben. She left no room for argument in her tone or statement. "We're going to finish this discussion in person." With that said she hung up the call.

Ben sat at his desk in stunned silence. He knew he should go tell his parents they're about to have a guest and considering that said guest lived only two floors below them and was undoubtedly already in the elevator heading to him he was too stunned to move. That is until he heard the doorbell chime. "I've got it!" Ben exclaimed while bolting out of his room like he had Rhino hot on his heels.

"Who would be showing up at this late hour?" M.J. asked while exiting the kitchen with the tray of pot stickers followed closely behind by Peter with enough plates and cutlery for four people as if already expecting the guest to stay for dinner and a hot wok full of fried rice.

"It's Melli. We have to talk about something that is best discussed in person." Ben replied to his mom a bit too quickly if the curious look she was now giving him was any indication. Peter just grinned at his son in his typical fashion.

Once Ben made it to the door he opened it only to be takled to the ground in a hug by a pink and blonde blur on the other side. He fell to the ground with an "Oof!" while wondering why his Spider Sense didn't go off. As this thought went through his mind he quickly realized his shirt was becoming damp. Thinking he did something wrong he put his right hand under Melli's chin and lifted her head to look into her teary, aqua-blue eyes before saying "Melli, I'm sorry if what I said upset you, but-"

Ben was cut off by a soft feeling pressure suddenly being placed on his lips. It only took him a second to realize what that pressure was. Melli, his childhood best friend and the girl who had stolen his heart was kissing him! Ben did the only thing he could in that moment and returned the kiss with equal passion. Both teens were lost in their own little world for what felt like an eternity, but was really only about two minutes before the sound of a throat being cleared broke them of their trance.

Their eyes shot open and they quickly split apart while blushing heavily and looking towards the source of the noise that had interrupted their moment only to see both Parker parents grinning at them.

"Son, when were you planning to tell us about your new girlfriend?" Peter asked, a smug tone in his voice.

"I'm sorry Mr. Parker! I didn't notice you and Mrs. Parker were here!" Melli shouted in embarrassment at being seen kissing her new boyfriend. Is that what they were now? She'd have to ask Ben to be sure, but she hoped they were together since her papa definitely approved of Ben he had already been pestering her for a couple years now to snatch up the young Parker boy before someone else did after she realized just how deep her true feelings for him went.

"It's okay sweetie. We know what it's like to be young and in love. God knows my son inherited both his father's charm and his obliviousness to the feelings of women. I had to blatantly flirt with my Petey for years before he finally got up the courage to ask me out. If I remember right Aunt May pretty much did the same thing you just did to her Ben to get the point across that she liked him. It must be a common thing among Parker men." M.J. placated the young blonde while smugly grinning at her husband.

"When you're right, you're right." Peter said with a shrug as he smiled and shook his head at his wife. The firey redhead having not changed at all since he met her as a teen. He knew she was right and for M.J. being able to both be right and tease her husband and son at the same time was just a bonus.

"Back up a step there guys." Ben said finally out of his embarrassed state. "Melli, I just want to be sure of this so there are no misunderstandings. When you kissed me. What did you mean by it? I know what I meant when I returned your kiss, but I want to be sure we're on the same page."

Melissa looked Ben straight in his eyes at that. "I meant that I love you Benjamin Kaine Parker and I have for as long as I can remember. You were my first and best friend, you were there for me when nobody else was. You stood up for me when I was diagnosed as quirkless and the other kids picked on me for it. You encouraged me when I told you I want to make support equipment and even funded and helped build most of my ideas into a reality. If it wasn't for you being by my side I don't know what I would be doing right now, I would have most likely given up on my dream. I know you're going to U.A. and I'll only see you on holidays, but that doesn't matter as long as I know I have your heart and you have mine."

"Melli, I never knew you felt that way. I love you too. You have my heart, so please keep it safe. How about I make you a promise?" Ben told Melli, but for some reason as he asked that question in her mind Melli saw an image of a younger Ben and her both sitting on swings at a local playground.

"What promise?" Melli and her younger self asked at the same time.

Both the fourteen year old Ben and the eight year old Ben said, "When we're old enough I promise we'll get married and have a happy life together and I'll protect you with my life." This suddenly reminded both Ben and Melli of that day six years ago and they both smiled and hugged with Melli burying her face into the crook of Bens neck.

With a smile on her face Melli looked up at Ben. "You made that same promise six years ago, so I'll repeat what I told you then. I would love that Ben, but I'll make your gear so I can in my own way protect you too." Melli said while locking eyes with Ben then leaning up and giving him another quick kiss.

"If that's how you both feel then I can help." Peter offered with a kind smile.

"What do you have in mind Dad?" Ben asked curiously.

"I can't in good conscience seperate you both for three years after such a heartwarming moment. I'll recommend Melli for the Support Course at U.A. and get you both a two bedroom apartment near the campus. Of course you need David's permission too, but I'm sure that won't be too hard." Peter informed the new couple. M.J. just smiled lovingly at her husband for his thoughtfulness towards their son and future daughter-in-law.

"Will you come with us to talk to Papa after dinner?" Melli asked Peter curiously.

"Or we could call and invite him to eat with us. I know how much Dave likes M.J.'s cooking." Peter suggested, and that's what they did.

David easily agreed as he always had a soft spot for the Parkers. He was almost as big a fan of Peter as he was All Might so the fact he was offering to help Melli get into her dream school for her dream course at said school made the older Shield feel truly grateful to his hero and close friend. As for Melli's relationship and promise of marriage with Ben, David was ecstatic. He even told Ben to call him Papa like Melli does, but Ben got him to settle for Pops and he'd call Peter Dad exclusively from now on.

With that all taken care of, the next three days flew by and before anyone knew it the time to head to Mustafu City Japan was at hand.
