Hello dear readers!

I suddenly have in mind to make my own version of Tournament of Power Crossover after re-watch Dragon Ball Super and reading the Tournament of Power Crossover by raptor10. There'll be some similarities with the latter but on my story, instead of eight universes, all twelve universes will participate, adding total of 120 fighters on the arena. Each universes will also allowed to have 2 substitute members, which will be explored after all the recruitment chapters are over.

Here's my own Tournament of Power version team:

-Universe 3: High School DxD {Waiting for vote, but this most likely be the winner in vote}

-Universe 4: Bungou Stray Dogs

-Universe 5: Naruto

-Universe 9: Akame ga Kiru!

-Universe 10: Fairy Tail

-Universe 11

-Universe 12: Kimetsu no Yaiba

I know that the OG team that I add won't be able beat the mighty Universe 6, Universe 7, and Universe 11. Not even the mighty one like Luffy, Issei, Madara, Akaza, Irene, Esdeath, Sailor Galaxia and Sesshomaru can beat the best warriors of the three mightiest team in the Tournament of Power. However, what fun came if the winner already obvious?

To make the other universes besides those three even, there'll be training for them before the tournament, and even unlocking new abilities. This is to ensure that the battle in my story is enjoyable as possible. Also, weapons are allowed on my version. And for the four universes with the highest mortal level, there will be some special privileges for them.

Before you get upset about the top four universes, it is said in the Dragon Ball Wikia that it is important to note that a universe with higher Mortal Level does not necessarily possess stronger fighters and vice versa, since strength represents only one of many measured mortal aspects. Mortal kindness to others also taken into consideration.

Like raptor10, I'm a bit disappointed on the other teams besides the three most significant universes in the original Tournament of Power. I also cooperate with him to write these stories, so there'll be some similarities with the latter.

Without any more words let's begin the stories. This will follow-up the Manga, so there's no Trio de Dangers nor Gohan and Mr. Satan on Zen-oh's Palace but with some Anime dialogue as well.

/N: Dragon Ball Franchise belongs to Toei and Akira Toriyama. Other franchise on this story all belongs to their respective owners.

Chapter 1

The Ruthless Rule of the Tournament of Power

It was Age 780 in the Dragon Ball Multiverses.

Inside the Zen-Oh's palace, all of the gods didn't believe by what they just heard. There's a proposal from one mortal of the Universe 7, Goku about a multiverse tournament, then dubbed the Tournament of Power by Grand Priest that will be held in the Null Realm. However, since Future Zen-Oh, the one that Goku take from Future Trunks timeline, doesn't know what martial arts tournament look like, there's an exhibition tournament called Zen-Oh Expo to introduce him to the tournament. However, both Zen-Ohs are disappointed because the fight between the twelve Hakaishin from the multiverses battling at one arena is too intense and thus makes the fight on the eye of the Supreme Ruler of the Multiverses boring.

Because of it, the Grand Priest decided to cancel the tournament, but Goku manage to convince both Zen-Oh that his battle will not be like that. Since there's another mortal, the leader of the Universe 11 Pride Troopers Top in the Zen-Oh's Palace, the Grand Priest decided to hold another match with some added rules: No killing, no Flight, and to win the match, each of them must make their adversary out of bounds.

And like what Goku said, both Zen-Oh enjoy the battle between their best friend and the candidate for Universe 11 God of Destruction, since Belmod plan to retire from his position. The fight later ends with Top become the winner by kicking Goku upward out of the fighting arena. More to the shock of the other universes, Top reveals that he just the second strongest of his universe despite being a Hakaishin Candidate while the strongest is called Jiren the Gray, whose power even exceeded those of the God of Destruction.

After Top return to his seat of the Universe 11, the Grand Priest beginning his speech.

"After this Zen Exhibition Match, Zen-Oh-sama really pleased that mortal able to give such a good fights. Because of it, I already prepare the rule of how Tournament of Power will go. First, each universe must prepare ten of their strongest warriors while I build the Tournament of Power arena. The ring will be finished in 5 tik (40 hours in earth's time), but all of you have ten days to prepare and train all of you best warriors to give more pleasant views for Zen-Oh-sama. All of you are free to recruit who, if you want to recruit those who're deceased, you can semi-resurrect them." He explains the first rules.

"In other words, for this tournament we're allowed to recruit the deceased strong fighter then. I'm glad." The God of Destruction of Universe 5, Arak sighs in relief.

'Hmph. There's no need for that. We have Jiren on our side.' Belmod thought, believing greatly in Jiren strength to win this tournament. There's no need for him to go to hell or heaven searching for any deceased warriors.

"Wait a minute!? That's allowed!" Sidra, the Hakaishin of Universe 9 can't believe that Grand Priest and Zen-Oh allows such rules.

"The second rule, to win a fight, one must make the others out of bounds. If your opponents still on the ring, that mean they're active despite being unconscious. For the time of the tournament, it will be 200 taks." Grand Priest explain his second rule.

"200 taks?" Goku tilt his head in confusion.

"If on Universe 7 Earth, that's equal to 96 minutes." Whis give the explanation before look at his father. "Isn't that too long? Counting all of the warriors, we can't count how long each fight will be."

"That's not true. Each fighter will try to knock each other out. In other words, there'll be only one match in 200 taks." Grand Priest explains to Whis, revealing that the Tournament of Power, instead of one on one match, is a battle royal.

Shin, the Kaioushin of Universe 7 can't hide his shock. 120 fighters at once? "A battle royal of 120 warriors!? That many in one match…"

"No need to worry Kaioshin of Universe 7, we'll prepare a huge ring for it. The winner is determined of how many of each universe warrior on the ring. The universe with the most survivor till the end will be the winner. However, if only one warrior from one universe is still standing, that universe will be the winner." Grand Priest assured while explains how the winner is determined. "For the fight inside the arena, here's the rule. First, weapons are allowed for fairness since Zen-Oh-sama sees that many other universe mortals use weapons in combat. Second, killing and healing item except for techniques are forbidden."

"So this not just about the strength. Teamwork also important." Beerus hummed while frustrated, knowing that the likes of Goku and Vegeta won't allow such strategy to happen.

"That means tactics are the most important while carelessness is unforgivable." Whis supported. "Goku-san, seems you must work on that."

"Okay okay!" Goku said while doing his usual smile.

"Don't give me that crap! If you ever fall because of your carelessness, I'll destroy you!" Beerus yelled at him.

"That's for the rules. We can't wait to see the battle royal between the Twelve Universe." Grand Priest said.

"Um… Grand Priest-sama. Can I ask something?" Eyre, the Kaioushin of Universe 3 raises his hand for question.

Grand Priest looks at him and nod. "Allowed."

"For the Universe that becomes the winner of the Tournament of Power, what prize that awaits us?" Eyre asked in curious tone.

"Nothing. However, the best fighter or the last one that still stands on the ring will get the Super Dragon Balls like I said before." Grand Priest replied.

"Huh? Then, something like honor then…" Eyre tried to guess with a sheepish smile.

"No. What the winner will get that we won't do anything to their universe." Grand Priest explains.

'Something is not right here.' Beerus thought at Grand Priest's words while glanced at Goku, as it was his idea to propose this stupid battle royal in the first place.

"We won't do anything to the winner. However, the universes that lose in the tournament will get erased by Zen-Oh-sama." Grand Priest said, revealing the dire rules of the Tournament of Power, make it sounds like a battle of survival rather than exhibition.

"WHAT!?" All of the participants, except for Goku can't hide their shock from what they just heard.

"ERASED!?"

"BUT WHY!?"

"Zen-Oh-sama always said that the universes already too many and this is the good chance to decrease it due to not showing improvements. We actually plan to do it without your concern, but I think you should thank Goku-san for this." Grand Priest explain the reason with a normal expression despite the erasure means loss of a tons of innocent lives just because a universe lose a tournament that style almost like an exhibition.

"Eh?" Goku confused once again.

'Now I see.' Anato, the Kaioushin of the Universe 1 understand what Grand Priest means. 'That means this Goku individual save us from immediate erasure by proposing this tournament. Thus, by our mortals fight for survive in the Tournament of Power will determine it. It's hard but I think I must thank you for it.' He thought while glance at Universe 7 Saiyan.

"Does that mean… Goku saved all of the universes from immediate erasure?" Top wondered.

"For the one that loved to fight, I can see that his heart didn't expect any of these outcomes." Sidra mumbling to himself.

"So… That means from the twelve universes, only one universe that will be spared from erasure?" Belmod asked.

"No. Universe 1, Universe 5, Universe 8, and Universe 12 are an exception. You see, Zen-Oh-sama always keep watching the mortal level of each universe and he decided to erase the weaker ones." Grand Priest replied. "Since those four universes mortal level is above 7, they're free from erasure penalty. But they must send their ten best warriors as well or will be erased for not participating in the tournament." This earn a shock from the deities of Universe 1, Universe 5, Universe 8, and Universe 12, since they thought they won't participate in this battle of survival.

'Tch. Although we're spared from erasure, we still must gather the best warriors of our universe?' Liquiir, the Hakaishin of Universe 8 wondered.

"W-Wait a minute!? Mortal level!" Beerus yelled, didn't expect that his universe are get the penalty of erasure.

"Yes. The mortal level of the Universe 7 is the second lowest at 3, 18. That's no good; you're between Universe 6 and Universe 9, the one with the lowest mortal level." Grand Priest said to Beerus.

"WHAT!?" Roh, The Kaioshin of Universe 9, didn't believe what he just heard.

"If our universe is erased, what'll happen to us gods?" Rumshii, the Hakaishin of Universe 10 asked.

"Of Course the Gods will be erased as well except for the Angel." Grand Priest said.

"WHAT!?"

"WHIS!? YOU!" Beerus didn't believe that his attendant is safe from erasure penalty. Whis just chuckling.

"My position is different than you Beerus-sama." Whis replied.

"So then, while I make the Tournament of Power ring, all of you are free to gather your ten finest warriors. We'll meet again ten days from now." Grand Priest said as he spread his hands, making each god return to their respective universe.

"I can't wait for Tournament of Power." The Present Zen-Oh said in joy.

"Me too. Tournament of Power is so fun!" The Future Zen-Oh said before laughing childishly.

That's for the prologue of this story. I had my own reasons for the four universes with the highest mortal level to participate, since I feel it's not fair that what they do is only observe while also mocking the low-rank Universes. I also decided to add 100 taks more to the tournament time.

I won't portray the recruitment of Team Universe 6, Team Universe 7, and Team Universe 11. Their recruitment will be the same as in Canon Anime.
