Jack opened his eyes and found himself standing upon Cybertron, with its towering structures and metal ground. Another thing he noticed was that he was in full armor and in front of him was a large table with different sort of weapons.
There were two blasters similar to Bumblebee's, two blades that could be placed on wrists and the Star Saber.
" Welcome, Jackson Thomas Darby. " a deep voice greeted
Jack whirled around, looking for where the voice had come from. "Who are you? Show yourself!" Jack demanded.
" I am Prima, first of the thirteen Primes and first wielder of the Matrix of Leadership and the Star Saber. " Prima answered, though still not showing himself
" Why are you speaking to me ? " Jack asked
" My weapon bonded to you when your blood landed on its blade, making you its true owner. And I trust it to help you when the autobots darkest hour will come. " Prima answered
" What do you mean ? What will happen ? " the now worried Jack asked
" I would tell you if I could but Primus forbade us to reveal the future. Take these weapons and return to the Real World, Optimus has finished listening to Alpha Trion's message. Never forget that you are not alone, Jackson Darby. " Prima answered before everything went dark.
( autobots base )
Jack came back and saw that everyone was turned towards Optimus and him.
" What happened ? " Ratchet asked
" Alpha Trion revealed to me the last and most important relics of Cybertron : the Omega keys. " Optimus said
" And what are they ? " Bulkhead asked
" The mean to the restoration of all of Cybertron. " Optimus answered
Everyone was shocked but it soon turn into joy.
" You heard that Bee ! We are going back to Cybertron ! " Bulkhead said
" Thanks the allspark. " Ratchet added
But someone wasn't really happy, even if he wasn't showing it. Jack quietly went towards the hall, but Optimus saw him.
" Jack, where are you going ? " Optimus asked
" Training with the saber. " Jack simply answered
The others perceived the sad tone in the usually hopeful and/or snarky teenager.
" What's wrong with him ? " Bee asked
Arcee's optics widened in shock when she understood what her best friend was feeling : He was sad that the autobots would leave him, his mother, Miko and Raf.
" Jack, wait ! " Arcee called in vain
" What's the matter, Arcee ? " Ratchet asked
" Don't you understand ? If we go back to Cybertron, we'll leave our friends behind. " Arcee responded
Any feeling of joy was gone with those words.
" Now, I'm not sure I want to go back. " Bulkhead admitted
" Me neither. I don't want to lose Raf. " Bumblebee added
" We could always send them, how is it called... Post cards. " Ratchet insensitively said, making everyone glare at him
" Doc, I'm on Earth since only a few days and even I know that it's not something that you say in front of friends. " Smokescreen said
" I'll talk to Jack. " Arcee said, before following Jack's path
She found him in the training room, shooting at moving targets with his wrist blasters.
" Hey Jack. " She said, making him turn around
" Oh, hey Arcee. " Jack answered
" Where did you find those ? " Arcee asked
" When the saber glowed, I was sent on a represantation of Cybertron and I met someone called Prima, who gave them to me." Jack answered
" Guess that make sense. " She admitted " Jack, please, tell me what's bothering you. "
She already knew but she wanted him to talk to her about it.
" It's nothing. " Jack dismissed
" Jack, you listened to me when I was talking about Tailgate and Cliffjumper, let me be here for you. " Arcee insisted
Jack sighed and answered. " All right : I am really happy that you have a mean to restore your home but at the same time, I don't want to see you leaving us. Miko won't have anyone who shares the same tastes as her. Raf will never have someone to talk to. And I won't be able to see you again. You've always been the closest friend I ever had. "
Arcee was touched by his words. She picked Jack up, sat on a box, placed him on her lap and hugged him against her belly.
" My home isn't on Cybertron, Jack, it's here on Earth : It's here I knew peace for the first time, where I saw beautiful natural environments, discovered new species and, most of all, where I met you. I'm here Jack, and I'm not going anywhere " Arcee explained
" Do you mean it, Arcee ? " Jack asked
" Yes, I do, Partner. " She answered, before the two hugged each other
They decided to return to Jack's house to tell his mother about what happened. She arrived one hour after them.
" Hey mom. " Jack said
" Hi Jack, hi Arcee. How was your day ? " June asked
" Mom, I have to show you something. " Jack answered, before invoking his armor.
June was speechless, until Jack and Arcee explained everything to her.
" Jack, promise me you'll always wear that armor and stay with Arcee while on mission. And Arcee, promise me you'll always defend my son. "
" I promise mom/June. " The two partners said at the same time.
( one day later, Egypt )
Optimus had decoded the first coordinates to the Omega keys. It was in Egypt. Jack and Arcee volunteered to go there.
" Aren't you bothered with the sand, Arcee ? " Jack asked
" Yeah, I'm fine, don't worry Jack. " Arcee reassured him
They soon arrived in front of the entrance of some underground ruins.
" Be careful where you walk, Arcee. There must be traps to stop defilers to go into the treasure room. " Jack warned
" You watch too much movies. " Arcee teased him
They walked into the ruins for 15 minutes until Arcee walked on a flagstone that was a little above the others and fire got out of the wall on the right. Fortunately, they jumped back.
" There, I warned you. " Jack said
" Okay, I'll be more careful. " Arcee conceded
They continued their walk, taking care of leaving marks on their way until they entered the pharaoh's crypt, that was filled with gold, jewelry and other ancient objects. And on the sarcophagus, there was the omega key.
" There she is. " Arcee said, taking it off.
They returned to the entrance of the ruins but a bad surprise was waiting for them : Megatron, who now possessed a right arm that clearly wasn't his and he had a giant saber made of dark energon.
" Well, well, thank you for retrieving this relic for me. " He stated
" And here Ratchet thought you would never steal parts of other cybertronians. But then again, no crimes is too big for you. " Jack responded, with disdain
" This ? It allow me some advantages, such as the use of the Forge of Solus Prime. " Megatron explained
Arcee took out her blasters and pointed them at him while Jack invoked his armor and took the Star Saber. Megatron unsheated his sword.
" My first creation, fashioned from the very blood of Unicron! I call it the Dark Star Saber. Slayer of primes, if you will. " He said, before charging at them
Jack sent him a wave of energy but Megatron cut through it with his saber and sent a wave of his own at the two partners, who jumped above it.
Jack fell on Megatron and tried to strike him, but he parried with the dark saber.
" Can't you see that I took my rightful place, Jack, As a god ! Wielding the power of the cosmos ! " Megatron madly boasted, before trying to crush Jack with his foot, but the teenager stopped him, with his new strenght given to him by his armor.
" There is only one god, Megatron ! And that's not a insane monster like you ! " Jack retorted, before shoving Megatron back.
Using his enemy's stumbling, he quickly sent another wave of energy that hit Megatron, sending him far away, on the side of the pyramid.
" Ratchet, we need a groundbridge, now ! Megatron's here ! " Arcee yelled in her radio
The green vortex opened while Megatron was freeing himself.
" No ! " He yelled as Jack and Arcee ran with the Key into the groundbridge
When it disappeared, the warlord laughed evilly.
" Run, Jack, run. Those trinkets of Iacon will not protect you and Optimus forever. Not while I now possess the power TO TEAR THIS WORLD APART ! " he yelled

Arcee and Jack came back into the base and were greeted by everyone.
" Arcee, Jack, what happened ? " Optimus asked them
" Megatron defiled the tomb of a Prime. He took their arm to use the forge of Solus Prime and created another star Saber with dark energon. " Jack explained
" He dared ? " Ratchet gasped
" Wait a minute, Dark energon ? " Smokescreen asked, shocked
" Yeah, he brought some from his travels in space. " Arcee answered
" Well at least, you found the key and you came back in one piece. " Bulkhead said
" Autobots, We must absolutely find the rest of the Omega keys before Megatron. " Optimus reminded them
" Hum, Optimus. If Megatron have all the keys, he will use it to restore Cybertron, won't he ? " Jack asked
" There is more than the restoration of our planet, Jack : with the four keys, Megatron could rewrite History and describe himself as the leader of the side who always wanted to save Cybertron. Which would prevent every autobots to come back to our planet. " Optimus explained

I will skip until the moment where Team Prime goes to Cybertron for the Omega lock because that's where things will truly change.
