The sea train conductors were now closing down the sea train and were now rushing towards Galley Law, where the Dragon Riders party was still in full swing.

"The whole town is missing. They must be partying without us."

"I know, I know, but someone had to take care of the station. I don't want to miss out, but I think I might be too old for this. I can't run anymore, let alone go to a party."

He then immediately collapsed, panting for breath.

"What?" said his colleague. "But you can't give up now; we have to be there to support Palmer. Let's do this!"

"That's what this is about? Palmer, huh?"

"It's obvious, isn't it? Everyone is coming out to celebrate the union of the Galley Law company and the Dragon Rider Pirates. You remember the girl, don't you?"

He, of course, was referring to Astrid, still under the impression that Palmer and her win love with one another.

"But they're in love."

"Yep, and you know what that means."

They were under the notion that Palmer had proposed Astrid, and the party was celebrating that.

"Now that you mention it, I suppose it does make sense. In fact, I should have realised it sooner. How could I forget that day? We were the only ones to witness that tearful scene at the train station."

"Exactly, and that's why we're obligated to be there."

"You think so?"

"I know so."

"I'll give it my best," he said, standing up.

"That's the spirit. Onward, let us make haste!"

Everyone who was anybody was at the party dancing, drinking and eating. Ragnar was rather enjoying himself as he demonstrated his cooking skills to all the children that had gathered around.

The twins and Snotlout were dancing around joyously with many of the townspeople, along with Fishlegs and Chopper. Astrid and Heather were drinking together at a nearby table. Hiccup and Toothless were drinking with the Galley Law foremen.

At the same time, alone pirate ship had completely decimated a Navy blockade, and the Five Elders had just been informed.

"Elder Stars, this is terrible," said a Marine. "It's an emergency!"

"Well, speak up," said the young elder.

"In the New World, one of the four emperors has broken through our lines. Stoick the Vast has crossed paths with a second Emperor Alvin the Treacherous, and they seem to be paired with some sort of meeting as we speak."

"What?"

It was now morning at Water 7, and quite a number of people were completely worn out from the party, including the giants. However, Iceberg was still wide awake and was drawing blueprints for his plans for Water 7.

He then looked at the window and smiled before getting to his feet and grabbing his tools.

Elsewhere the Hairy Hogan Pirates, whose ship was as big as a Navy battleship, could see the Outcast Pirates sailing towards them. They then saw them signalling at them, much to their surprise.

"Alvin?"

The pirate then immediately made his way down the crow's nest to inform his captain.

"Captain! Alvin ship's here; he wishes to have a meeting!"

"Fine then, let him," said Stoick. "I doubt that he would come all this way to cause trouble, though I hope you have a pretty good reason if he knows what's good for him."

At Navy headquarters, everyone was completely on high alert; the fact that two emperors were now in talks was enough to make even the toughest marine shutter.

"He tore through an entire fleet?"

"Yeah, that's what they say."

"Stoick the Vast and Alvin the Treacherous, huh?"

"Attention on!" their commanding officer yelled. "From this point forward, we don't know what might happen. All men standby on high alert!"

"Yes, sir!"

"We're almost there," said the helmsman on Alvin's ship. "Raise the sails!"

Alvin's pirate ship was completely dwarfed by the sheer size of Stoick's ship. However, in terms of strength, one could say that they were evenly matched. Stoick's ship lowered a gangplank to allow Alvin to board their ship.

"Captain, Alvin is now boarding!"

A stern-looking pirate named Silent Sven looked at Gobber the Belch, Stoick's first mate. Gobber was missing an arm and a leg, but anyone could tell that he was a veteran of renown.

"You ready?" Sven passed with a voice that could shatter glass. "Here he comes."

"All you newcomers should stand back," Gobber advised rising to his feet. "You'll get knocked out."

"What do you mean we'll be knocked out? How?"

"Don't ask; just go inside."

Too late, a number of the pirates then suddenly collapsed. It happened every single time Alvin took a single step onto their ship.

"What's going on? Why you're all falling over?"

"I warned ya," Gobber sighed. "I tried to at least."

"This is bad, Gobber. You've got to do something!"

"Don't panic; they're just passing out, that's all," said Gobber calmly.

"Those who have a weak will cannot withstand the aura that surrounds that man's every step," said Sven as Alvin began to approach them. "The power of his Haki is impressive."

Then suddenly, a massive shock wave struck the side of the ship, splintering the wood as Alvin approached Stoick, who was sitting on his throne-like chair in the very centre of the ship.

"You must excuse me," Alvin smiled. "It's hard to stay calm when I'm on an enemy ship."

"You're hardly making our stay calm," Stoick pointed out.

"Then how about I offer you some booze, but I brought," Alvin Arthur gesturing to the barrel he was carrying. "I came here to talk, not to fight."

Stoick raised an eyebrow. "You knocked out half my crew with your Haki, and then you offer me a drink. You're still the same as ever, aren't you, Alvin?"

"He's not kidding, Alvin," said Gobber narrowing his eyes. "Look at this mess you've made!"

"Well, Gobber, perhaps I can offer you a drink to calm your nerves," Alvin offered.

"I can tell you where you can stick that barrel of yours," Gobber growled and then looked at Stoick. "You want us to stick around, Stoick?"

"It's fine," Stoick assured him. "He knows better than to pick a fight with me; you can go."

All of his crew then left the two emperors to talk alone. Alvin started by pouring them each a drink from the barrel he brought.

"Never knew you were such a cheapskate," Stoick noted as he examined the brew.

"I sailed all the way around the world, but the first drink I had still tasted the best from me," Alvin smiled. "It's a speciality for my hometown; give it a shot."

Stoick then drank of the sample, and he had to admit that it did taste rather good. "Not bad."

He then placed the tankard down and sighed. "Roger, Wrinkly, Sander… there aren't many left who remember the ocean the way it used to be."

"It's been 22 years; what did you expect?"

"You made quite a leap since then, haven't you?" Stoick noted. "I remember when you were simply Roger's helmsman. Roger and I locked horns so many times back in the day, after a while, I started to remember all the faces on his crew."

He remembered Alvin and Buggy challenging him during one of their raids.

"Whatever happened to that guy with a red nose?" Stoick asked curiously. "He didn't seem too bright. Did he wind up dead or what?"

"Oh, Buggy? That brings me back," he smiled. "When the Captain was executed, he and I parted ways at Louge Town, never met again." He remembered trying to convince Buggy to join his crew, but he declined and said he would never work under him. "I heard rumours that he was still a pirate, but who knows."

"The young ones may forget, but it's still fresh in my mind. No one talks out the old legends anymore these days, but if they had seen your duel with Hawkeye as I did, they would be yapping about it until the end of time."

"Speaking of the young, it would seem our boys have got into trouble," Alvin smiled.

"I admit I was surprised that my son's crew attacked Enies Lobby. Why Hiccup attacked, I don't know; the newspaper was roughly vague on that front. However, I'm confident that he had a jolly good reason."

"My sentiments exactly," said Alvin.

"I might pay him a visit and find the real story behind that siege, but one thing is certain he had put together quite the motley crew."

Alvin nodded and then looked at him seriously. "You know Stoick, I have fought against countless battles against countless scars. But the only one that is aching right now is right here." He then gestured to the scar over his left eye. "I didn't get this car from an adventure or in my fight with Hawkeye. No, this one came from someone who was obviously on your crew… Drago Bludvist."

Silence immediately fell. You can cut the tension with a knife, but Alvin pressed on regardless.

"And this didn't happen because I was careless either. You know exactly what I'm talking about, don't deny it. He laid low and waited for his chance; he never became a Division Commander, he never tried to make a name for himself. All he did, was hide himself behind your gigantic shadow, and what he had enough power, he finally made his move. A man like that would never be satisfied, he'll use all of his will to reach the top, and that means he'll come after you as well."

"Get to the point, Alvin; what do you want from me?" Stoick asked impatiently.

"I want you to stop Ace," said Alan bluntly, and Stoick's eyes widened. "He's young, and he's more than good enough to be the leader of the Second Division. Don't get me wrong, I know how strong he is; you did raise him, after all. Still, no matter how much you trust him, I think that this is a big mistake. Now is simply not the time for those two to go head-to-head."

Suddenly the entire ship shook violently caused by Stoick himself. However, despite this intimidation, Alvin continued. "I want you to keep your distance from Drago; that is what I came here to ask of you."

Stoick then immediately laughed.

The rest of his crew had put some distance between the two emperors still remained in earshot.

"He's laughing? What's going on?"

"Do you have any idea what you're asking of me!" Stoick roared. "Drago killed a member of my crewmates, one of his crewmates. That is the one rule that can never be broken. Every pirate in the world knows that. When a pirate joins my crew, no matter how stupid they are, they are like family to me. So what am I to say to the soul of my murdered friend? You can't live in this world without a code of conduct; if Drago doesn't realise that on his own, then it is my responsibility to drill it into his thick head."

"Ace is your son, your actual son. Don't you want to keep him safe?"

"You make it sound as if I didn't try to talk him out of it in the first place; that boy is more boar headed than Hiccup." He then tossed his empty tankard at Alvin. "Have I made myself perfectly clear?"

Alvin then finished his own drink and rose to his feet. "Then this era will end in chaos, and no one will be able to stop it."

"Is that supposed to frighten me?" Stoick roared.

The two of them then immediately drew their weapons, and they clashed, sending a massive shock wave across the entire ship.

"Damnit, what's going on? Maybe we should go and help him?"

"No, wait it out," said Gobber. "Alvin is not stupid enough to start a fight here."

"True, but either way, looks like that talk has come to an end," said Sven as he looked up towards the sky. "Look at the sky."

Everyone looked up and saw that the clouds had parted as if the giant blade had cleaved the sky.

"The clouds… no, the heavens themselves have been divided," said Sven.

Meanwhile, in Water 7, the Eret Family was busy rebuilding their house. Sadly since all of them were demolition workers, none of them really knew how to build things.

"Forget it, let me take care of this," said Teeny as one of his men failed to draw a straight line on a piece of wood.

"Hey, guys!" said one of his men, waving a newspaper. "Look, it's today's newspaper! They have a big report on Enies Lobby!"

"Come on, don't leave us hanging," said Teeny anxiously. "Quick, tell us what it says. That article is going to decide all of our fates!"

"Well, about that…"

"Yeah, go on."

"There's nothing much to say, really; it doesn't mention us at all."

Teeny then began panicking. "I was afraid of this! We'll have to pack our stuff and leave Water 7." He then stopped when he realised what he had just said. "Wait, it doesn't mention us? Really?"

Upon hearing this, the entire Eret Family cheered with relief.

"Not a single word?"

"Nope."

"We're saved! I thought I was going have to live the rest of my life as a fugitive."

The Dragon Riders were also reading the paper, and the perplexed that the Eret Family hadn't been mentioned.

"I don't get it; the Eret Family really wrecked up the place," Toothless frowned.

Ragnar turned to Hiccup. "You don't suppose your grandfather pulled a few strings saying they were innocent bystanders or something?"

Hiccup frowned. "I don't know. It doesn't sound like my grandfather."

'It must have been Asmund,' Heather as he was the only naval officer to pull something like this. 'What a strange man.'

"Whatever the case, it's good for the Eret Family," said Fishlegs. "I mean, obviously we're criminals, but I would hate to see anyone getting wrapped up in this mess and have the whole lives ruined."

"Good thing you feel that way because they have plenty to say about us," said Toothless going over the newspaper. "'A declaration of war on the World Government.' They even blame us for burning down the island; I guarantee bounties are going to go through the roof after this one."

"Additionally, those of us who don't have bounties will probably find themselves receiving one," Astrid added.

"Oh, my gosh," said Chopper excitedly. "Does that mean I'll finally get a bounty?"

"You'll probably get something as were all of us," Ragnar assumed.

"I wonder how much I'll be getting," said Tuffnut.

"Whatever I'll be getting will be more than you," said Ruffnut.

"Dream on."

"I wouldn't be so excited about it," Fishlegs moaned.

At Scrap Island, Eret was now hard at work building the Dragon Riders new ship, and then Iceberg appeared.

"Hey, bro," said Kaley. "Iceberg is here to see you."

"Right over there," Kalena pointed.

"So you're really doing it," said Iceberg.

"So what? You wanna fight about it?" said Eret as he carried on with his work.

"No, but if you like, I can help you out," Iceberg offered.

Eret immediately stopped and stared at him. "Yeah, right. You're probably here just to mess with my head."

"You been dismantling for so long I'm afraid your skills have doled," Iceberg smiled. "Show me your blueprints."

"A reunion for Tom's Workers, huh?" said Palmer as he, Lasse and Tilestone showed up. "I hope you old pros have room for a couple of rookies."

"Galley Law Company is ready to go!" Tilestone yelled. "Let's build the Dragon Riders ship!"

"They're probably itching to get off this island, so we figured you could use a little help," said Lasse.

"I thought you were repairing the city?" said Iceberg.

Palmer merely smiled. "We were, but when we heard you were building a new ship for the Dragon Riders, everyone packed up their stuff and ran here as fast as they could."

Eret shook his head. "Well, I'm not gonna turn away some help."

"They really touched my heart," said Kaley crying.

"Me too," Kalena nodded.

"Well, better hop to it because there won't be any slacking off," said Eret.

"Let's show him what Dock 1 Foreman made of!" Tilestone roared.

At the Galley Law Company building, the Dragon Riders are just informed Hiccup that Eret was building a ship.

"Eret is building as a ship free of charge?" Hiccup stared.

"I forgot you were fast asleep when he told us," said Ragnar.

"I can't wait to see how it turns out," said Chopper.

"Then we better use the rest of our money to buy supplies for the voyage," said Astrid as she made her way to the safe only to discover that it was more or less empty. "What happened to our 100 million Gil?"

"That we spent it," said Tuffnut.

"Yeah, we need to do by a lot of food and booze for the party," said Ruffnut.

Everyone quickly backed away from the twins.

"How could you spend so much on food!" Astrid yelled furiously. "There's hardly anything left!"

"Of course, there isn't; the whole town was partying with us last night," Ruffnut reminded her.

"And they didn't go home until morning, remember," Tuffnut added.

Astrid then promptly began hounding her fists into the twins until they were black and blue.

"At least the ship is free," Hiccup sighed. "I'm guessing going to have to go to used shops to get supplies."

With that, the Dragon Riders began making their way into town, though the twins had a massive cut to their allowance.
