Mina hopped off the bus, and walked to the park to find the entire class, plus a few others.
"What's going on?" she asked Shouto, who was talking to Yaoyorozu about something.
"We're planning to join the heroes' raid on LoV headquarters." he said, and Yaoyorozu handed him two swords.
"These are perfect! Thank you." he said, and swung them through the air before sheathing them. Shinsou walked over.
"Hawks says everyone's nearly in position. We should get there before we can't." he said.
"Eraserhead says if we go, he'll expel us." Izuku says.
"[Bleep] him!" Katsuki shouted, writing something on Kirishima's arm.
"Oh! I have Nomu blood!" Himiko said suddenly, and Uraraka grinned.
"You could use that and then Sato and I could launch you through the wall." she said.
"They won't expect that." Asui said.
"A raid? But that's illegal!" Mina said.
"That's what I'm trying to tell them." Nejire said.
"What are you three doing here?" Mina asked.
"Not sure." Tamaki replied. "I know! We could have Bakugou attack Dabi, and then they travel into the hideout and destroy the machine while fighting." Tokoyami said.
"What--you can't do that! He'll die!" Mina shrieked.
"Not a problem." Bakugou grinned.
"Nope. Very big problem. Our main goal for today is nobody dying." Mirio said.
"I wonder how Shouto's doing at the Western Air Temple." Shouto said suddenly.
"What?" Tenya asked.
"Nothing." Shouto replied, looking incredibly evasive.
Sometime after, Himiko, Katsuki, Denki, Izuku and Zuko were in one group, sneaking with magic past the heroes and into the fortress while a visible Hagakure distracted Eraserhead.
"Miss, you really need to leave. This is going to be a danger zone soon enough." he said, exasperated.
"Mic, come help me deal with this." he said, and Hizashi walked over.
"Is that a UA identity card? And a quirk-repression bracelet?" Hizashi asked.
"Ah, frick." Hagakure said, and turned to run, but Aizawa grabbed her with his capture scarf before picking up the dropped card.
"Hakagure?" he asked.
"Surprise?" she said, and pulled off the bracelet.
"Okay, as much as I like being visible, this feels a lot better." she said.
"What are you doing?" Aizawa asked.
"Distracting you. Please don't expel me!" she said.
"Distracting us? Why?" Hizashi asked.
"Oh, no. They're inside already, aren't they." Aizawa realized.
The second team consisted of Kirishima, Tenya, Mirio, Yaoyorozu, Tokoyami, and one very confused Mina. They climbed into a window, and into a mostly empty room.
"You're late." Touya said. Mina started to scream, but Kirishima covered her mouth.
"I've broken some parts of the machine, so it shouldn't work until it's fixed. Also, All for One is aware of the raid and will literally crush the heroes, which is a problem." Touya said.
"I should have gone with Katsuki." Mirio said.
"Come on." Touya said.
"What did I miss?" Mina asked, as everyone followed a known villain without question.
"Quite a bit." Tokoyami replied. They walked through the empty halls, but then Touya walked into a broom closet to enter a code. While the group waited for him to finish, a team of villains exited from the darkness.
"What do we have here?" one asked. He was wearing blue and purple armour.
"Hero students. Die!" another shouted, and waved his hand; the stone walls turned to slime, and began crawling at them. Miro phased through it, Mina melted it, Tokoyami flew up on Dark Shadow, Kirishima hardened himself and the slime shredded on him, Yaoyorozu created a chemical to make the slime not sticky, but Tenya--Tenya's engines were clogged, and he was stuck. The villain in blue and purple armour walked towards him, and touched him on the head. At the same time, Tokoyami dived down with Dark Shadow, whose flickering energy got in the way of the shining purple glow coming from the villain's hand. Touya slammed on the closet door, but it was slimed shut and made of metal. He started to melt through it, but was too late. The villain touched Tenya's head, purple energy spotted with black spread through the air, and Tenya collapsed as the villain jolted backwards.
"What did you do to him, Bruce?" the slime villain asked his companion, who was shaking his head.
"Uh. I knocked him out. We can, uh, take him hostage." Bruce said. Touya burst down the door, and blue flame roared into the room--but the instant it touched the slime soaked in Yaoyorozu's chemical, there was a massive explosion. Touya was slammed into the wall and Tokoyami, Mina, Kirishima, Yaoyorozu and Miro were blown out the window. Touya stood up a few seconds later, blinking.
"What happened?" he asked.
"What was that for, Dabi? We could have caught them all, but no, you had to burn them. Now we've just got one." the slime villain said. Bruce was holding Tenya, a confused look on his face.
"When will he wake up?" Touya asked, worried.
"He won't. Not until I let him." Bruce said.
Himiko, Katsuki, Zuko, Denki and Izuku walked up a stairwell.
"I hope the other team is doing okay." Izuku said. Two people were waiting at the top of the stairs; Kurogiri and Shigaraki.
"Well, if it isn't the miniature raid team. The sister of a broken hero, the mod-using cheater, a crossover event, our traitor, and All Might's successor." Shigaraki sneered.
"What?" Katsuki asked, because Shigaraki did not just say what he just said.
"The time for deception is over. Why don't you help us out a bit, Denki?" Shigaraki said. The others looked at Denki.
"OH no." Zuko said, remembering what had happened with the device. Was it possible he'd completely misunderstood the event?
"In the other reality..." Katsuki said, remembering that in the one most similar to their current one, Denki had been the traitor. He'd dismissed it instantly.
"Denki? You're not, are you?" Himiko asked. Denki was everyone's best friend...the guy who said all the wrong answers, charged everyone's phone, and was inseparable from Shouto.
"They know about our raid, and about All Might and I. How?" Izuku asked, glaring at Denki with a terrible, sorrowful gaze. And Denki--Denki smiled.
"All of you are SUCH idiots." he said, taking a step towards Shigaraki.
"Denki, no!" Zuko cried.
"I'm the UA traitor. Oh, Shouto? I have to thank you, for lightningbending. It'll be so much easier to kill people now." Denki said, and spun his arm, pointing a finger gun straight at Izuku. Zuko threw up an ice wall, diving in between Izuku and the bolt. The electricity blasted through the wall, and Zuko pushed Izuku behind him, as he absorbed the lightning up his cold side, eyes flickering to orange. Then, he jerked backwards, a corona of lightning exploding from his chest as he fell to the ground.
"SHOUTO!" Izuku screamed, but Shouto's body, motionless and surrounded by shards of ice, was unresponsive. Gray and blue eyes stared, half-closed, as smoke rose from Shouto's shirt.
"I wasn't aiming for him, but good riddance." Denki said, a hand covering his face.
"No! Shouto! Wake up!" Izuku screamed.
"Who's next--who wants to die?" Denki yelled, speaking in a strange tone of voice, and Katsuki teleported everyone out of the building before the electricity stuck. They appeared in a green flash at where the Pro-heroes were--and the second team was already there.
"They have Tenya!" Tokoyami shouted.
"We have to go back and save him." Mirio said, standing next to Tensei.
"Oh my God, Shouto! Is he okay?" Mina yelled, running over. Izuku just cried.
"Oh, no." Yaoyorozu gasped.
"It--it was Denki. He's the traitor. I'll kill him." Katsuki said. Aizawa and Hizashi hurried over, but there was nothing they could do. Nothing anyone could do. They brought Shouto into a tent, and Katsuki was hating himself, because if he'd jumped in front of Izuku instead of Shouto, Shouto would still be alive.
Of course, just then, a car drove up to the hero camp, weaving between tents.
"HEY!" Natsuo shouted. He and Fuyumi leaped out of the car.
"We're here to help, we are not letting our brothers deal with this alone--WHAT HAPPENED?" Natsuo screamed, seeing Shouto.
Far, far away, at the Western Air Temple, a boy with a scar blinked, looking into a mirror with surprise as his eyes flickered colors for a second.
