Chapter 4: Recruits and Tenko 'The Hero'

"Rise and shine Tenko!" Tenko, 18 years old with his hair dyed a light-blue color, groaned as he stood up.

He groggily walked where his Gramps was serving breakfast and sat down to eat his toasts with scrambled eggs. Izuku smiled at him "So, your last year of school is ending." He sighed dramatically "And your new life in University is about to begin. I feel so old."

Tenko rolled his eyes "I can't imagine you being young."

Izuku laughed at his remark making Tenko smirk. 14 years has passed since... that day, and he learned to live his life again.

But even though... he will never forgive himself...

"So," Tenko looked at his Gramps "Have you thought of what studying?"

Tenko ate a toast "Don't know." He swallowed "I'll join an Art School probably."

Izuku nodded "Well, you are great at it." He smirked "After all, the drawings of your girlfriend are great."

Tenko almost spit out his coffee as he blushed "I-I don't even talk to her... I doubt she knows I exist."

Izuku chuckled "Well, if that's the case, there is a simple solution." He grinned showing his sharp teeth "Talk to her."

Tenko looked to his food "It isn't that easy."

"Yes, it is! We are talking right now!"

Tenko rolled his eyes as he stood up "Whatever, I have school now. See ya Gramps."

Izuku chuckled as Tenko left. He took out his pocket watch and hummed. He also has to work now.

*British School in Tokyo*

Tenko ignored the world around him as he drew his crush. Inuko Inuyama. (A/N: 13's Voice Actor Name)

She is a well-mannered girl, with light brown hair made into a ponytail, round cheeks and blue baby eyes.

She was busy talking with her friends, to notice him starring at her. He finished the sketch as someone hugged him. "Yo! Another great drawing!"

Tenko growled and glared at his friend "What do you want Tensei?"

Tensei Ilda laughed "You know; if you actually talked to her, maybe... just maybe, she might be your girlfriend."

"I bet she already has a boyfriend." Tenko said back "Besides, there is nothing special about me."

"You kidding? Let's do this!" Tensei snapped the sketch book from Tenko's hand and started to look over his drawings "This will work!"

Tenko raised an eyebrow "What are you doing?"

Tensei didn't answer, instead rushing to Inuko as Tenko was filled with dread. The last thing he saw before covering his face, was Tensei showing his drawings to Inuko.

He felt an eternity pass as someone shook his shoulder "Tenko?" Dammit! It's her angelical voice!

"Y-Yes?" Tenko answered looking at her, she was smiling her beautiful smile.

"Did you draw this?" She asked, pointing to one of his drawings in his sketchbook. It is of a bird taking a bath in a fountain.

Tenko nodded, defeated "Yes. I know it isn't good..."

"Are you kidding!? It is great!" Inuko exclaimed and Tenko gasped "The details, the shadows, the colors! They are all great Tenko! Tenko?"

"I-I am Tenko!" Tenko automatically said and Inuko giggled.

"I know that silly. Say, do you have more of this?"

Tensei grinned "He has more at his place. Some are even better than that one."

Inuko eyes shone "Is that so!? Tenko, can I see them after class?"

"S-Sure." Tenko answered while he screamed in his head.

'She talked to me!'

*Black Ops HQ*

Hellsing puffed her cigar as she read the reports. "All of the former members of the Public Safety Commision had either been arrested or eliminated. Good work, Alucard, Walter."

Walter adjusted his bow tie, his hair reaching his shoulders "It took some time, but we can say proudly, mission accomplished, Sir."

Izuku chuckled "It might had been easier if we were more."

Hellsing nodded "I know and I agree. I have a file with potential members. I will study them and then I will make my choice. In the meantime; I want you two to look for potential members. Dismissed."

As Izuku and Walter left, Izuku hummed "I believe I already have a potential candidate."

Walter smirked "Lucky you. Well; if that's the case, I am going to take a day off."

Izuku chuckled "Well, then I will be on my way to Tartarus."

Walter lighted a cigar as he processed the information. He smirked "Good thing I am not involved."

*Tartarus, Level 2*

Kaina Tsutsumi was sat against her cell as the lights flickered "The hell?"

"Miss Kaina Tsutsumi, been a while since we met." Sweat started to ran down her forehead and fear filled her. That voice... it was him.

She immediately turned around and saw Alucard, dressed in a red coat, black vest, black pants and black shoes. A red hat on his head and red round glasses. He was grinning at her, showing his fangs "How has been your stay here? Is the food alright? Are the guards treating you with respect?"

Kaina gulped as she took some steps away from the glass "What do you want?"

Alucard hummed "I have an interesting proposition for you."

"I already told you all that I know."

Alucard chuckled "Oh, don't worry about that. We already sorted out that topic." He said as he phased into the cell as Kaina paled. She... she is going to die... isn't she?

"Stay away." She said as the monster in front of her approached her.

"Why? You can't be scared of your coworker. That will cause a toxic work environment." Alucard said and Kaina blinked.

"What?"

Alucard smirked as his hand went into his coat, where his guns are and Kaina closed her eyes waiting for the incoming bullet, but instead listened to her... resume.

"Kaina Tsutsumi, Former Pro-Hero Lady Nagant, became a villain after leaving the Public Safety Comision, quirk being Rifle, the ability to extend a sniper rifle from your elbow." He chuckled "Tell me, do you regret anything?"

Kaina growled "I regret becoming a hero for this broken system!"

Alucard nodded "If I was in your position, I would regret that too." He mused as he placed the documents back into his coat "That's why I want to give you a second chance. Because I know, that when you were captured, you could have killed Walter."

Kaina looked away "I... he is too young to die."

Alucard smirked "That he is. But I saw you. You never harmed civilians, and even helped them. You are not a villain, but neither a hero. Then become a force for good."

Kaina closed her eyes as she stretched her hand "Just... promise me I won't do anything against innocents."

Alucard shook her hand "You have my word."

*Train station*

"Thanks for walking me here, Tenko." Tenko rubbed the back of his head as Inuko smiled at him.

"It was nothing..." He gave her a glance "You think... we could hang out again?"

Inuko nodded "Hm! I was going to ask you that!"

They kept walking as they heard a muffled voice. Tenko raised an eyebrow and went to the voice as Inuko looked confused. Tenko moved the trashcan and his eyes widen "The fuck?"

It was a kid. A purple-haired kid that was gagged and tied.

Tenko untie him quickly as the kid looked terrified "Calm down, I won't warm you." The kid looked at him warily "My name is Tenko. Tenko Shimura, and you?"

"Tenko?" Inuko asked and he turned to her.

"Call an ambulance, okay?" Inuko nodded and he went to the kid.

The kid gulped "...Hitoshi."

Tenko smiled and lifted Hitoshi up "Well, we are getting you help to the sicko who did this to you."

"I deserve it." Hitoshi muttered "I am a villain..."

Tenko raised an eyebrow "Why?" He asked not understanding why he would say that.

Hithoshi hesitated "I... can brainwash people..."

Tenko nodded, understanding how some people could treat dangerous quirks, he lived it "Don't worry, unless you use it to cause harm, then you are no villain." He said as the ambulance arrived.

*Hospital*

"...And that is what happened." Hitoshi explained to Tenko, the doctor and a detective. Tenko was furious. His own parents... did this!?

The detective nodded "I see. I am sorry for all that you went through and we will make sure your parents are dealt with." He turned to Tenko "Do you know him from before?"

Tenko shook his head "No."

The detective nodded "Then I must ask you to leave-"

"Tenko!" Izuku phased across the wall "Are you okay!? I was so worried when they call me you were here! Oh." he saw and analyzed the scene "What happened?"

The detective glared at him "Sir, I don't know who you are, but you must-"

"I'm Izuku, I work for the government, directly under the prime minister orders, I'll be taking care of this now." Izuku said taking out his ID and the detective blinked.

"I-"

"Don't worry." Izuku grinned "I am very good with my job."

The detective nodded hesitantly as he left. Izuku made a sign to the doctor to leave. Once they were alone, Izuku sighed "So, evil quirk I imagine?" Izuku asked and Hitoshi nodded.

"I guess."

Izuku nodded and smiled "Well, me and Tenko here have 'evil' quirks. Tell me everything, and by tomorrow it will be solved."

Once Izuku took note of all the abuse, names and directions, he nodded "Well, now you will go to a foster care home until someone-"

"Can he stay with us gramps?" Tenko asked and Hitoshi looked surprised and he smiled at him "I was in your place before. I know how it is."

"You... you really don't mind?" Hitoshi asked and Tenko nodded.

"Not at all. Do you Gramps?"

Izuku huffed "I don't. But in the end, this is his descicion."

Hitoshi gulped and nodded. He will stay with his hero.
