Naruto was with Toph at the Cranefish Town Police Station, seeing her with the new Metalbender cop recruits.
"So, Toph." Naruto asked. "Are you ready for a life changing field trip?"
"You bet I am." Toph answered. "For so long I have been a rebellious child, running away from home, breaking rules, but now I am done breaking rules and now it's time to enforce some laws."
"I used to be a bit of a prankster myself back in the day." Naruto mentioned. "I once vandalized a historical monument to my village's past leaders, played jokes on my Ninja Academy instructor and even mocked my exam proctor. Now those days are over, it's time to enforce the laws."
"How about we take my Ostrich horse wagon and bust some criminals?" Toph asked.
"Sounds like a plan!" Naruto answered. They took the wagon and proceeded to search for crime in Cranefish Town.
Toph was slapping the reins of the Ostrich horse to gallop down the road, in pursuit of crime. There was a purse snatcher that stole a blue purse from a hapless young lady.
"Purse snatcher spotted at 12:00!" Toph said. "Naruto, do your stuff!" Naruto jumped from the wagon."
"Hold it right there!" Naruto said. He punched the purse snatcher, knocking him out. Toph came to the snatcher and cuffed him, loading him into the wagon. Naruto took the purse and handed it to the lady.
"Thanks for returning my purse, young man." The lady in the blue dress said. She handed him a reward of 50 Yuans.
"Take this as a reward." The lady said. Naruto accepted the money and jumped back to the wagon. Naruto and Toph continued on their crusade against crime. Naruto and Toph found some Earthbender juvenile delinquents having an asphalt fight, tearing up the city.
"Break it up!" Toph shouted.
"We're not afraid of you!" A delinquent in a green shirt said.
"Perhaps this will convince you otherwise." Naruto said. "Sexy Haired Jutsu: Swimsuit Edition!" Naruto turned into Naruko, his Sexy No Jutsu counterpart, now with an orange bikini. The juvenile delinquents stopped fighting, paralyzed by love. Toph was cuffing them while they were falling in love with Naruto's female counterpart. Toph loaded them in the wagon and proceeded onward. There were some police steam wagons that were held up and what appeared to be a gang attack. Some black and yellow clad gang members were beating up an innocent old man, kicking him in the crotch.
"That's why you don't cross the Golden Sun Triad!" A man with a black vest with a yellow sun logo on the back said.
"Please help us!" A Cranefish Town police officer said. "Those guys are Firebenders, and fire melts steel!"
"Stand back, we got this!" Toph threw some metal cuffs at the Firebenders. She bended the cuffs causing the Firebenders to fall over. A Firebender was going to Firebend at Naruto but Naruto countered with a Water style jutsu. The gang lieutenant, seen in a black trench coat with a golden sun on the back had challenged Naruto.
"You wanna fight, you little bastard?" The lieutenant threatened.
"WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?" Naruto shouted. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
"Naruto, try to go non lethal so you don't destroy any of the city." Toph advised.
"No problem!" Naruto answered. "Na-Ru-To, Uzumaki Barrage!" Naruto chanted, throwing the lieutenant down on the ground.
"They're all yours, officers." Toph ordered. The cops arrested the Triad members while Naruto and Toph carried on for the day.
Back at the station, Naruto and Toph had got settled in after a long day of busting crime.
"I think you're a really cool woman, Toph." Naruto admitted, blushing. "The thing is, I already have a girlfriend named Hinata."
"Forget about her, kiddo." Toph said. "You deserve a real woman, like me." Toph and Naruto went to one of the prisoner holding cells and rolled around in the bed, tossing and turning. Suki had saw Toph and Naruto and caught them in their act.
"Toph, are you seriously having sex in the prisoner holding cells?" Suki asked.
"Yes." Toph said.
"I am calling for your resignation at once." Suki said. "This is unacceptable."
Meanwhile, at the Jasmine Dragon, Zuko had checked in with Iroh.
"Zuko, it seems we have got some competition across the road." Iroh explained.
"This should be interesting. "Who is it?" Zuko asked.
"It is a tea shop known as Matcha Green Paradise, owned by a man named Jiraiya."
"I will investigate." Zuko said. Zuko went across the road to investigate. As he entered Matcha Green, he was met with the warmest of welcomes.
"WELCOME TO MATCHA GREEN PARADISE!" Jiraiya shouted. "The new kid on the tea block ready to boogie to the east of Eden oh yea!"
"I will have your rose tea." Zuko said.
"Can I have a name with that?" Jiraiya asked.
"Zuko." Zuko said. He sat down with a black haired ninja that wore a black cloak and black pants with a purple belt.
"Hello, Zuko Here." Zuko said. "What's your name?"
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha." the black haired ninja said. "I came here to finish what I started with Danzo."
"Danzo?" Zuko asked. "Who's that?"
"Raiden's father." Sasuke answered. "Danzo and the Root Ninja oversaw the Uchiha Clan Massacre and was fighting the war overseas for the Fire Nation after Lord Third had died."
"So is Raiden working with Azula?" Zuko asked.
"Indeed." Sasuke said.
"How about you come over and see my uncle and he will sort things out." Zuko and Sasuke went to see Iroh.
"Zuko, did you find any intelligence on their recipe?" Iroh asked.
"No." Zuko answered. "But I had a great Rose Tea and I poached one of their customers."
"Hello, Sasuke here." Sasuke said.
"Sasuke." Iroh questioned. "That's an unusual name for a young man." Tsunade came into the Jasmine Dragon, as she caught Iroh's attention.
"You are looking very fine today." Iroh said to Tsunade. "Your large bust gives a proper stance and physique, so you are ready to take on the world."
"I haven't heard that one before." Tsunade replied. "Normally it's more obvious, but I like the poetic nature of it all." Tsunade introduced herself. "I am Tsunade by the way."
"I am Iroh." Iroh said. "Nice to meet you." Iroh looked at Tsunade's facial expression and saw that she wasn't in a good mood. "It seems you have some problems you would like to address."
"First off, I found out that Jiraiya is still alive due to him using an Oil Clone Substitution during his fight with Pein, and now he is getting very creepy with me. When I was the Hokage, I had a temper, gambling addiction, and alcohol addiction, and to some regard, they still persist within me."
"You can't just force your problems away with anger, that only creates more problems, and can be dangerous to others." Iroh explained. "Also if you keep pursuing slim chances of success by gambling, what is the point of trying if the most likely result is failure? Trying the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is insanity."
"And the alcohol?" Tsunade asked.
"To force your problems away with alcohol does not calm the mind, it only stimulates the mind, so it is preferred to calm the mind with some tea." Iroh answered.
"Two jasmine please." Tsunade said. Tsunade sat at a table to wait for her order. Hinata was sitting at a table, catching Zuko's attention.
"Hello, Zuko here." Zuko said.
"Hi, it's Hinata." Hinata said, sipping her bubble tea in a rather seductive manner.
"So, you want to hang out sometime?" Zuko asked.
"Sure." Hinata said. "The thing is, I already have a boyfriend named Naruto."
"Forget him, you deserve a real man, like me." Zuko said. "Come on, let's go!" Sasuke came along.
"I don't mean to be a third wheel, but I am going with you!" Sasuke went with Zuko and Hinata on their date.
