Izuku is now being taken to a cell within Tartarus. Many villains either looked surprised to see him or grinned evilly, knowing that they got fresh prey to kill. The ones that were most surprised were Stain and Lady Nagant. Stain because he saw Izuku as a true hero and thought he would end up becoming the hero everyone needed, not end up in prison. Lady Nagant was fairly surprised to see him thanks to his reputation amongst some of the prisoners that knew or fought him. Another one that was fairly surprised to see him was Muscular but that surprise turned into joy knowing that if he was lucky, Izuku would end up with his group on one of their assignments and that would be his chance to exact revenge on Izuku.

Once Izuku enters his cell, he starts to panic a little. "This seriously cannot be happening. How did it come to this? Why was I… no wait, I get it now. OK, I need to remain calm and look tough. Hopefully I can get out of this soon. All Might, Aizawa and Nezu will get me out, I am sure of it. I just need to make sure to avoid the prisoners as much as possible." thought Izuku. That was easier said than done because he soon ended up doing assignments with lots of other prisoners who started to mock him for ending up in prison with them. On one of his shifts, however, he was approached by Stain himself.

"What are you doing here kid? I never thought you would end up in prison with me, so I want to know why you are here." Asked Stain. Izuku is obviously reluctant to talk to him, after battling against him with Shoto and Iida back in the Hosu incident, he figured that Stain would be mad at him. Turns out he was not and decided to talk to him.

"I was framed. Last week, the security footage showed me in a really nice business suit warping into the principal's office, stealing files containing information of students and pro heroes, and warping away. The school staff casted a vote to put me in prison and now I am here." said Izuku, Stain listening the whole time.

"But is that all that they got as evidence? You were elsewhere, right?" asked Stain, confused as to why the school staff voted him out so easily.

"That would be thanks to the voice that is in my head. They had warned me about the USJ incident a day before and then warned me about the summer camp attack, both of which came from the League of Villains. I am assuming that, thanks to the warnings I got from them and me warning the school, the staff thought I was a villain that had worked for the League when I wasn't." Izuku explained, Stain now understands as to how Izuku got put in Tartarus. They went on to talk a little more and became allies. Lady Nagant, whenever she could, would watch Izuku's actions and silently judge him. She saw him as a cute but naive fool who thinks he will make it out of Tartarus alive. She only hoped for the best, however, as she is not as heartless as to hear him die and not feel bad about it. Izuku was able to avoid most of the villains afterwards until cleanup duty a couple of weeks later. Izuku was unfortunate enough to run across Muscular during their duty with him taking advantage of the fact that they were on the same duty.

"Well hello there, remember me?" asked Muscular, knowing fully well that Izuku remembers him. Of course he stayed silent, hoping Muscular would leave him alone while he was mopping. Muscular did not leave, however, and had other ideas.

"Since you don't remember, why don't we give you a little reminder. Boys?" said Muscular as he called to some of the other prisoners. Although some of them wanted nothing to do with the boy, knowing their sentence in Tartarus, others had a bone to pick with the successor to One For All. As such, those that had a bone to pick with him soon came up and tried to hold the boy down. However, Izuku was not willing to just sit down and take it. He used the floor mop as a bat and started to whack the villains with it to keep them away from him. Since he was also faster than some of the villains, he was able to avoid their attempts at grabbing them.

Unfortunately, it was all for naught as he was soon caught and held down. To say that this was just a beating would be an understatement for it was a massacre. Everytime Muscular and some of the other prisoners beat him with their fist, they had every intent on killing him and they were enjoying it. Each fist to the face, stomach, chest, etc. was one step closer to killing him. Izuku tried to scream and cry for help but his throat was punched the moment he tried to scream out for help. The guards were arrogant asshats who knew that the massacre was happening but didn't do anything because they thought that Izuku was like them and just wanted to rid the world of one less villain, whether it was from their hands or not.

*Punch* *Crack* *Snap*

This lasted for a minute with the villains finally stopping as they looked at the mess they had created, proud to rid the world of one less hero. Muscular would have dealt the final blow needed to kill Izuku had it not been for Izuku's personal guards, who were checking up on him to see how he was doing, coming in to stop and stun them with electric shocks. By then, however, it was nearly too late for Izuku layed there, bloodied, bruised all over and with scars all over his body, most notably his left eye thanks to one of the prisoners having a mutant type quirk that allowed him to make cuts with his knuckles. The guards quickly took Izuku to the medical bay but feared that it might have already been too late.

Stain later heard the news from the other prisoners and was immediately outraged that the guards let Muscular do that to his ally. He swore to have their heads as soon as he escaped. Lady Nagant also heard the news and she too was angry at the fact that the guards let him do that to Izuku but was also saddened that he might not have made it out of that beating alive.

Meanwhile, back with UA

Bakugou is looking around Izuku's home, namely his room, to find his notebooks. The notebooks contained more information about each hero than the files, meaning he did not need to steal the files if he had worked with the villains. He did not think of this until last week and had searched for it for days but it was REALLY well hidden. At this moment, however, he felt a shiver up his spine and a cold feeling was setting down in his heart. As mean as he was, he was not heartless enough to let the damn nerd die. He pushed it aside however and continued onwards towards his search for the books. "Damn nerd! Of course you had to hit it somewhere where even I am having trouble finding it. DAMN IT DEKU! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SAVE YOUR ASS IF YOU HID IT SO WELL!?"

With the teachers, they were looking through the security footage at all angles to find some sort of clue that it was not Izuku who stole the files. They thought of this since the very beginning but could not get access to the security cameras for weeks. As they were looking through the footage, All Might and Aizawa felt a cold dread up their spine. They don't know why they are feeling it but they hastened their search even faster to find evidence needed to save Izuku from that awful place. Eventually, they found out that, thanks to one of the secret cameras that were in the tree hidden from the building's original blueprints, Himiko Toga transformed into Izuku and was the one behind the incident.

Bakugou soon enough found the books and with the evidence presented to Nezu, they immediately worked on getting Izuku out of that prison.

Several Days later, the day that the school went to get him back into the hero program, Izuku passed away.

Bakugou, All Might, Principle Nezu and Midnight came to the prison to get Izuku out. All Might was excited to see his successor again and Nezu was happy to know that Izuku would be happy to finally be free from this place. Bakugou came to gloat in his face while also feeling a little happy knowing he could see and berate the nerd again. Midnight was nervous and felt guilty because she was one of the voters who casted Izuku to this hellish place and to find out that he was not guilty made her feel guilty. This happiness came to an end when they went to the medical bay. At first, they were confused as to why they were going there until a thought came into their mind. That thought soon came true when they saw Izuku's battered and bruised body. Izuku's guard explained to them with a heavy heart what had happened to Izuku a week prior to their visit.

Bakugou's mind went blank when he saw this site, in denial that Izuku had died like this. All Might's face went dark, feeling anger that someone within this prison did this to his successor. However, what he was feeling most of all was guilt and sadness. "I let this happen. I should have spoken out to protect him yet I haven't. I am a failure." Principle Nezu's face went from neutral to angered frown when he heard from Izuku's guard explaining what happened to him. Midnight felt a tsunami of guilt as she also blamed herself for Izuku's sorry state. Bakugou was mad and sad at the same time, his mind finally realizing that he could never be a hero if he had failed to save the stupid pebal that was Deku.

Unbeknownst to everyone, Izuku's soul, although it had left his body recently, would soon return to the world a month later.
