In the beginning, there was only a churning turmoil of chaos.

At the heart of chaos, where all things became one, appeared an Egg.

Having tumbled from the vortex, the Egg gave rise to the Original One.

From itself, two beings the Original One did make.

Time started to spin. Space began to expand.

From itself again, three living things the Original One did make.

The two beings wished, and from them, matter came to be.

The three living things wished, and from them, spirit came to be.

The world created, the Original One took to unyielding sleep…

Arceus is not a being of all creation, Arceus is a being of recreation

One can not make something from nothing. But Arceus can reshape that something, can give it a new name, a new face.

Arceus has no gender, so Arceus created gender. Arceus is truly neither he or she. Arceus is Arceus. Arceus is legendary, is god, and god knows no gender.

Creators are women in most cases. But Arceus is not quite a creator, and so is always an exception.

Palkia and Dialga are not of this world.

Still they wish to conquer a part of it. To carve out a space in it where they are gods. To have a people who worship them.

And so they set out on conquest.

They are not built for this world. Dialga too brittle and sharp, Palkia's dimensions snapped oddly to it. Gravity works against them.

But despite it, they carve out a land for themselves. It's cold, and north, and they are unsuited to it.

With them, they bring another, who is unlike anything in this world. Who is terrifying, intentions unknown.

They do not live easy, but they persist. They become gods to their people. But they wish, in heart of hearts, to be more still.

And so Arceus offers them a bargain.

"Shall I not reshape your forms into something suited to live here"

Dialga agrees, and so Arceus takes from Dialga's body, and reshapes it into a form that can walk along this planet.

Palkia requests to stand, and so Arceus takes hooves and shapes them into claws. A tail grows long to provide balance. Palkia is changed.

Giratina requests nothing. And Arceus will give that to Garatina.

Arceus drops the pieces of their bodies left to form a pillar. And makes them gods in truth. Arceus gives them domains beyond their worship, makes them more. They have been here since the beginning.

Palkia a god of space, and Dialga a god of time. And as promised, Giratina, a God of nothing. As befitting of their domains they are present and not at the same time.

This land has many Deities, and Arceus does not appreciate invaders. But they are gods now, and he can not take that away from them. Only reshape the truth from the heart of Chaos. Make them more than they were, change their influence, reshape their intentions with their wishes. They are changed gods, and under Arceus now.

Work done, Arceus swims into the heavens

Happy release day for legends of Arceus

I'm not a fan of Palkia losing their arms, but I can write something about how Palkia gained them and the formation of the Spear pillar.
