An Emergency Lucian Alliance Meeting

It has been a week since the Tau'ri have done their surprise attack on 1 of the Lucian Alliance's P.G.S.* and C.P.G.P.F.* at P3B-197; Since the destruction of 1 of the Lucian Alliance's P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. at P3B-197 word spreading across the Galaxy of the Tau'ri successfully attacking them and destroying 1 of their P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. Planets the Tau'ri reputation within the galaxy increasing further to where even more Planets within the Galaxy are turning to them for Galactic Political and Economical support in the galaxy; The Lucian Alliance leadership is seeing that as word spreads of the destruction of 1 of their P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. Planets: P3B-197 they were shocked by how the Tau'ri Intelligence services have somehow the location of 1 of their P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. Planets; As well to have the Military strength and was bold enough to attack and eliminate 1 of their P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. Planets; They heard from their reinforcement forces that have arrived after the Tau'ri attack on their P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. on how the Tau'ri was able to eliminate their Planetary targets with some type of weapon that have destroyed all their P.G.S. and C.P.G.P.F. with minimal civilian collateral casualties; They were surprised to hear of that on how the Tau'ri Military forces were even in war and doing warfare destruction of important military and economical targets on how humane they were to try to avoid unnecessary civilian collateral casualties.

As word is spreading the Lucian Alliance leadership and council called an emergency meeting among their themselves; As well with some of their high-ranking Military high command officers and officials; As the Lucian Alliance leader: Nkosi and the rest of the Lucian Alliance leadership council members; As well the high-ranking Military high command officers and officials stood up from his seat on the huge conference table and turned his attention to all present in a commanding and calm tone, Nkosi "Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen please take your seats we are going to begin our emergency meeting on how to respond to this Tau'ri surprise attack on us."

1 of his Lucian high council 2nd Leaders: Makalani in calm tone, Makalani "Indeed Nkosi it would seem that the Tau'ri has grown bolder in their attacks against us."

Nkosi "That they have Makalani now how are we going to respond to this Tau'ri surprise attack?"

1 of Nkosi high ranking admirals: Chafulumisa in a calm, concerned and somewhat nervous tone, Chafulumisa "Well Nkosi I think your decision to remain cautious not attacking the Tau'ri Home-world has failed in them continuing too quickly production more and more Galactic Ships to attack both our supply lines and the speed they can reinforce their forces. Nkosi if I maybe bold, I think it time to do a full-scale attack or a quick raid on the Tau'ri home-world targeting their Planetary Galactic Shipyards and their Centralized Planetary Galactic Production Facilities to either outright destroy their ability to very quickly produce more and more Galactic ships; Or at least slow down their production of their Galactic Ships to a massive amount where we can manage them as a threat to us."

Before Nkosi could answer Lucian alliance councilman Lapis was to 1 respond to Admiral Chafulumisa to a calm and concerned, Lapis "Admiral Chafulumisa you even know the amount resources and Military might it would take to attack the Tau'ri Home-world; Currently both my and Makalani''s faction are working around the clock to finish the construction of our additional 10 Galactic Shipyards that we are building above another 1 of our main Mining and Manufacturing planets; If both Myself and Makalani's factions divert resources to you in a massive attack on the Tau'ri Home-world it would delay the construction of our additional Galactic Shipyards by a sizable amount of time; As even if Nkosi and the rest of this current Lucian high council agrees to your idea to attack the Tau'ri Home-world could lead to a large Political Fallout of all of us here Present; Plus how do you intend to attack the Tau'ri Home-world and eliminate their Planetary Galactic Shipyards and their Centralized Planetary Galactic Production Facilities without the quick respond by their Galactic Navy Fleet."

Before either Lucian alliance councilman Lapis or Admiral Chafulumisa could respond to Leader Nkosi in a commanding calm and threating tone to Lucian alliance councilman Lapis, Nkosi "Alright Lapis that's enough you have made you point to admiral Councilman Lapis please restraint yourself from further outburst without being asked directly and myself give you permission to speak. Any further Outbursts I will shoot you where you sit is that understood Lapis."

Lapis in a calm subdued tone, Lapis "Yes Leader Nkosi very much so."

Nkosi "Good Lapis Now Admiral Chafulumisa Lapis does make a point at what she is saying. If I would risk an attack on the Tau'ri Home-world give that our Military force are spread across our vast Galactic territory, how would you pull this off?"

Admiral Chafulumisa "Well Nkosi from what my follow military colleague Admiral Issa has told me and from what I report from his reports in his engagements with the Tau'ri Galactic Navy that in ordered to defeat the Tau'ri Galactic fleet we further need to update our Fleet's offensive and defensive abilities to engage the highly advanced Tau'ri Fleet; Or that we will need to use overwhelming numbers to eliminate or contain the Tau'ri and their Galactic interests within the Galaxy; Given from what our intelligence agents before we lost them on the Tau'ri Home-world their Home-world is very densely populated if not the most densely population planet in the Galaxy with nearly limitless production for a single Planet; As well given their growing advanced Planetary defenses I will need a massive attack fleet to do an attack or raid on the Tau'ri Home-world of at least 100 Ha'tak battleships and over 200 cruisers with other support warships; Plus Nkosi both myself and some of my fleet command officers have for the past few days being thinking that in order attack the Tau'ri Home-world and draw their attention away from our possible attack; we would need due to a large series of coordinated attacks on the Tau'ri Galactic colonies we know of to draw away the Tau'ri Galactic fleet from our main Attack or raid on the Tau'ri Home-world."

Nkosi "I see Admiral Chaulumisa thank you. Tell me Lapis and Makalani could you guys divert enough resources to support Admiral Chaulumisu and his fellow fleet officers came up with to possible do a massive counterattack to as retaliation against the Tau'ri?"

Both Lapis and Makalani at each other to see who would answer 1st. It was Lapis who answered and in a calm and calculated tone, Lapis "We could divert enough resources to support Admiral Chaulumisu but it would mean that we would need to temporarily halt the construction of our 10 Galactic shipyards we trying to finish as fast as we can; As well let's not forget of the possible Political fallout if these coordinated attacks on the Tau'ri Home-world and their Galactic colonies fail."

This forced Nkosi to think for a few minutes doing in his head calculations on the possible Pros and Cons on the Decision he was going to make and after a few minutes he decided to authorize Admiral Chaulumisu Plan; Nkosi "After going through the Pros and Cons I have decided to give Admiral Chaulumisu the authorization doing these coordinated attacks on the Tau'ri Home-world and their Galactic colonies. I'm ordered the temporarily halt the construction of our 10 Galactic shipyards. Lapis and Makalani I want both of your factions to work together in going through the planning and supply details on how warships Admiral Chaulumisu needs to pull off these coordinated attacks on the Tau'ri Home-world and their Galactic colonies."

Both Makalani and Lapis in a calm and subdued tone, Makalani and Lapis "Yes Nkosi we shall begin preparations right away."

Nkori "Very Well."

Rest of Present Lucian Alliance high council members just nodded in agreed at Nkosi chose and when on doing their daily activates within the Lucian Alliance; Over the next few months Both Admiral Chaulumisu with his fellow fleet officers; As well with Lucian alliance councilman Makalani and Lapis where organizing the Lucian alliance fleets that were going to their series of coordinating attacks on the Tau'ri home-world and on their Galactic colonies that know of. Finally on December 16, 2013, The Lucian Alliance leadership and Military high command give the order to attack their targets.
