Chapter 14. Dating Panda chan and dealing with idiots.
Training ground 43 :-
He ducked under a slash aimed at his neck, and crouched low, and rotated using his left leg as a pivot, trying to sweep the legs of his opponent, and make her fall.
Only for his opponent to nimbly jump into the air, avoiding the low leg sweep, but falling for his trap, as he used her limited mobility in the air, to kick her hard in her midsection, blasting her into the trunk of a tree due to the force behind that attack, and sent spittle and a little blood was flying out of her mouth, which had opened in a silent scream of pain.
And as she tried to get up from her position , while trying to regain her breath, she found a blade at her neck, forcing her to surrender, as her opponent had taken her short moment of disorientation to disappear an d reappear behind her, in a burst of pure speed.
" Another round, " Tented demanded as she got ready to fight again, not being able to digest the fact that she had lost a fight in pure Kenjutsu against a person who had only been learning it for the past two months. She surreptitiously rubbed her stomach, as it was still very tender from Naruto's brutal kick. She had to admit that Naruto's brute strength was very impressive, it was equal to that of Lee with his weights on. And she had a sneaking suspicion that what she was facing was no where near Naruto's true speed and strength, but he still outstripped her in both those departments. And while she was technically far superior to Naruto, she was just not able to compete against his pure speed and the strength behind his blows, which completely negated her technical superiority completely. And another issue was that Naruto was not rigid in his moves, and unlike Lee who rigidly attacked you in a set pattern of katas, Naruto's attack was always unpredictable, as you never know how he is going to attack you next, as he always went with the flow of a battle, and didn't limit his fighting style to rigid katas. To describe his Kenjutsu style in a word, it flowed like calm water, maneuvering around an opponents blows, waiting for an opportunity, and then suddenly attacking with the ferocity of an unstoppable Tsunami.
She was broken out of her thoughts regarding her shortcomings, when Naruto responded to her demand for another round of sparring, as he just chuckled and tainted her playfully, saying "sure Panda hime, but first let me treat your busted rib , that way you won't have an excuse for losing to me again".
Seeing Tenten's face becoming red in anger, and steam coming out of her ears, Naruto immediately shunshined away to another part of the training ground, as she unleashed nearly a hundred different weapons at the spot he was previously standing on. And for the next five minutes, she kept chasing Naruto around the training ground with different weapons ranging from kunai and shuriken to even axes and spears being thrown at him. But Naruto didn't retaliate, as he instead kept taunting her further, as she became more and more frustrated at her inability to teach him a lesson for irritating herher and teasing her constantly.
" Stay still you annoying idiot! " Tenten shouted in frustration, as she finally exhausted her vast amount of weapons arsenal.
"Are you getting tired Panda hime? Maybe you are getting old," Naruto asked playfully as he knew that nothing infuriated women more than insinuating that they are getting old.
But to Naruto's shock, instead of getting pissed off, Tenten smirked viciously and with a twist of her left wrist, Naruto found himself trapped in place, as the weapons surrounding him, which he had just dodged had suddenly wrapped around him , as they were apparently under Tenten's control, as she had thin ninja wire attached to all of them and was controlling them with her left hand, which she had hidden from his view at the end.
Seeing Naruto's shocked face at falling into her trap, Tenten smirked victoriously and said in a smug voice " if you had paid attention instead of taunting me, you would have noticed the ninja wire attached to the last weapons that you dodged".
But to her shock, the trapped Naruto looked straight into her eyes and softly said Kanashibari no Jutsu, and paralyzed her for just a moment, and instantly burst into lightning, which then travelled along the ninja wire that he was tied up in, and shocking Tenten, leaving her twitching on the ground, as she was not able to dodge it due to the paralysis inflicted on her body by the lightning shadow clone's use of the Kanashibari jutsu on her. Because even though it was not very effective when used with the limited chakra reserves of the clone, it was enough for Naruto to gain an advantage in the fight, as his clone's chakra reserve was about equal to those of Tenten, he could paralyze her for but a moment, as this jutsu worked better, the higher the difference between the chakra reserves of the user and the target, and also it is most effective when the target is taken by surprise, and is not expecting the attack. It paralyzes the target for not more than a few seconds at most, but in a shinobi fight, that was a lifetime.
The original Naruto emerged from the earth, where he was hiding using the Mourugakakure jutsu, which he had used as soon as he had seen the ninja wire attached to the last thrown weapons, and had substituted himself with a lightning shadow clone in order to turn the trap laid by Tenten for him, onto herself. And from where Tenten lay helplessly on the ground, twitching from the lightning chakra still flowing through her system, he had to say that he had succeeded. This was all thanks to Kakashi sensei's training. Kakashi had beaten it into Naruto's head, that outright attacking an opponent should always be the last option. You should always use the least minimum energy and chakra inorder to defeat an opponent. Use traps, simple jutsu etc., to take care of your opponent, and only when all else fails, attack your opponent, and this is especially true when facing multiple opponents. As in a prolonged fight, conserving your chakra as well as your stamina, are very important, and as Naruto's mission in the chunin exams would require a prolonged fight, Kakashi had been training him to take every fight in that same manner. That is to defeat every opponent with the least possible effort.
Deciding to relieve Tenten of her agony, Naruto slowly approached her prone body, and used lightning manipulation to absorb the remnants of lightning attack from her chakra system, and then performed the Mystic palm jutsu, and his palms glowed bright green, as he healed her bruises and the busted rib from the earlier fight.
And to wake her up, Naruto used a small water jutsu to splash her face with water, making her jerk awake in shock.
She looked around to see Naruto sitting beside her looking at her in concern. She slowly sat up and found that all of her bruises were gone and her ribs no longer ached like before, and overall she felt better.
"Ugh, what happened? " she asked, holding her head, as she was still disoriented from getting knocked out.
" You got caught in your own trap, that is what happened", Naruto answered in a bland monotone.
And as her memories of the last few minutes came rushing back, Tenten turned red in embarrassment at how easily Naruto had avoided her trap and instead turned it on her.
" Now do you understand why I keep telling you to branch out your shinobi skills. For a competent shinobi it is very easy to deal with your weapons skills. And you have no way to counter an enemies Ninjutsu, especially wind, as Temari showed during the chunin exams. And you are not fast enough that you can simply dodge the Ninjutsu used against you like Lee and Gai sensei can do. And Lee atleast has the excuse of not being able to use chakra properly due to an inborn defect, and Neji has a pole lodged up his ass about the so called superiority of the Hyuga gentle fist style and its supposed invincibility, so its useless to even consider him, but you have no such restrictions on you, so why the hell don't you try to expand your shinobi skills. For Kami's sake, even your Kawarimi speed is not that good, even with it being one of the only useful jutsu at your disposal ".
" You are a solid genin Ten chan , but you have to improve a lot in many fields if you want to make chunin. Instead of throwing all sorts of weapons at your opponent,which by the way is not at all effective without atleast some elemental jutsu supplementing it, like using using wind chakra or lightning chakra to enhance them.Focus on your Kenjutsu, and try to learn to use wind or lightning chakra, to enhance your Kenjutsu and Bukijutsu. And you should definitely work on your speed and stamina, and if you want I can place resistance seals on you to help you to develop your speed, strength and stamina. "
" You say that the Hokage is your inspiration right. Do you think my mother is skilled only in Medical jutsu? " Naruto asked rhetorically.
" If course not. She is one of the greatest Taijutsu masters in the world. Her strength is unparalleled in the shinobi world. She is the foremost expert on poisons in the shinobi world. Infact she is known as the ' Queen of Elixirs' due to her skill with poisons. She is highly proficient with Lightning chakra release. And she also has a summoning contract with the Slugs of Shikotsu Forest."
" So, when you say that she is your inspiration, then even you have to expand your arsenal of shinobi techniques and also increase your proficiency in various shinobi disciplines ", Naruto lectured. And as Tenten pondered over everything that he said, Naruto hoped that she didn't notice his slip up, when he called the Hokage as his mother.
Tenten was ashamed of herself as she heard what Naruto was telling her. In fact she had already had this conversation with Naruto after the first time itself, that she had sparred with him. And this was a month ago, just after Naruto's C rank mission to Kuba town. And since then, whenever they were both free they would spar like this, in the evening or in the morning. And Tenten was astounded to see Naruto's progress. And even though she knew about Naruto's shadow clone training method, she also knew that Naruto worked himself to the bone everyday to hone his body and his reflexes. She had seen the blood on his hands and the broken bones in his hands after each of his Taijutsu practice sessions, where she had seen her friend punch away at a massive boulder with nothing but done medicinal tape wrapped around his hands. Tenten had been shocked when she saw the brutality of his training regime, as she had seen him do pullups over an open fire, seen him punch boulders with his bare hands and also seen him do vertical pushups under a waterfall and many such insane exercises that he had come up with. She had once tried to join him during his exercises, but to her dismay she couldn't even go through one fourth of his training regime. Even Lee wouldn't do such mad exercises, but Naruto simply moved from one mad exercise to another, training his body to be the perfect training machine, built for both intense speed and brutal strength. She also knew that Naruto had stopped using chakra weights and was now using resistance seals to speed up his speed training, as they exerted an equal resistance on every inch of his body, thereby helping him improve both his speed and strength as well. She had seen the effects that his training had on his development, and even though she knew that it was not possible for her to progress at the same rate as Naruto, she could still become a lot stronger than she was currently. As she knew that she was currently stagnating in her development and her sensei was not helping, as he mostly concentrated on Lee, or sparring with Neji, while leaving her on the sidelines when he realized that she was not suited for Taijutsu, and he didn't even have the decency to ask any other jounin to train her. All the skills she had were learnt on her own, without any help from anyone, and she was proud of herself for that, but now was the time to set aside her pride and ask for help, as she knew that Naruto would definitely help her if she asked for it.
So, coming to a decision, Tenten asked " Naruto can I join you on training? "
Naruto beamed at her, as he was happy that she was finally seeing sense and looking to widen her range of skills.
" Of course you can join me in training, and I will also apply resistance seals on you, to speed up your training ", Naruto replied.
Tenten sighed in relief when Naruto easily agreed to let her join him in his training, and was eager to start her new training, as she asked " when do you think you can apply the resistance seals on me? "
" I can apply them now itself, if you don't have any problem. It doesn't take more than s few minutes to apply ", Naruto said.
" Sure lets do it then ", Tenten said enthusiastically.
And as Naruto unsealed his sealing supplies he suddenly remembered a detail that he had forgotten to tell her, and so Naruto sheepishly rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment and said in a small voice " Ano, Ten chan, I forgot to tell you a small detail. You see the seal is supposed to be applied on your chest and then spreads from there onto your legs and arms, so you will have to strip to your panties, inorder for me to be able to apply the seal ".
It took a few minutes for Tenten's mind to completely register when Naruto had said, and when she did, her face turned bright red in embarrassment, at the thought of being topless in the presence of her friend. Seeing as she had no other choice, Tenten steeled herself, and quickly stripped herself till she was standing before Naruto in just her plain brown panties.

After clothing himself, Naruto addressed Tenten, saying "Hime, I have modified the original design of the resistance seal such that the resistance increases automatically as soon as your body becomes comfortable with the current resistance. And it had twenty levels of resistance unlike the ten levels of resistance in the original seal , as instead of drastic increase in resistance with increase of level of resistance, I had it increase the resistance in smaller doses, hence the increase in the number of levels of resistance. And I have calibrated the seal to your chakra signature, so now only you can activate or deactivate the resistance seal."
Naruto then showed her how to activate and deactivate the resistance seal, and then informed her about the trick to maximize the benefits of the resistance seal faster.
" Tenten you have to pump your muscles with chakra inorder to move at your top speed while under the influence of the resistance seal. And then you have to slowly reduce the amount of chakra you are using in order to reach your top speed, till you are able to move at your full speed even under the influence of the resistance seal without any chakra enhancement of your muscles ", Naruto said.
Tenten listened attentively as Naruto explained how to use the resistance seal and as well as a short cut to maximize gains from the resistance seal method of training in a shorter time.
And then Naruto told her the other function that his modified resistance seal had.
" It locks away a quarter of your chakra, thereby forcing your chakra reserves to grow more in order to fulfill your tasks, and that lock on your chakra can be released when your chakra reserves are flagging and you need a boost. So, this seal not only helps in improving your physical stats but also helps to improve your chakra reserves ", Naruto said.
" Now you can join me for my evening physical conditioning training, so that you can get used to the resistance seal ", Naruto said as he set about running around the training ground at his full speed, as he pumped chakra to his muscles in order to be able to move at his top speed under level 3 of the resistance seal. He had easily mastered moving under the resistance offered by level 1 and 2 of the resistance seal, as his body was used to moving under the influence of heavy chakra weights. But level three of the resistance seal was proving to be a problem. Halfway through his run he saw that Tenten could no longer continue and so told her to take rest for a few minutes and do stretching exercises as he completed his run.
Then after completing his run, Naruto started working on making sharp turns, suddenly changing directions while moving at his top speed, as Naruto wanted to make sure that his speed was not only linear, as it would make him predicable. Then he also worked on rapidly accelerating and decelerating whike moving, as it would be a great boon to him if he could just suddenly accelerate his speed and just as suddenly stop still even while he was moving at his top speed.
Tenten was impressed at Naruto's forethought as she watched him practising making sharp turns and suddenly change directions while moving at top speed and also practising to be able to suddenly rapidly accelerate and decelerate his speed. She knew why Naruto did these exercises and had to admit that even though Lee was very fast, his speed was linear, and so he was predictable. But if Naruto managed to match him in speed, then he would be even more deadlier than Lee in pure Taijutsu because of his control over his body and his awesome maneuverability even while moving at his top speed.
After Naruto finished his speed exercises, Tenten joined him again as he went through his other exercises like pull ups, push ups, crunches, burpees, skipping etc., as he did hundreds of repetitions of all the exercises. And while Tenten couldn't match the number of repetitions that Naruto did, she did manage to do fifty repetitions of each exercise.
And after finishing the exercises Naruto told her to relax as he released his resistance seals and went about doing all his speed and maneuvering exercises at his top speed without the resistance seals being active, so that he was used to moving at his real speed, and to make sure that his mind and reactions were in sync with his body moving at his real top speed.
After finishing up with his exercises, he collapsed beside Tenten, as they both lay on the ground, trying to relax their bodies. After taking a few moments to rest, Naruto used the Mystic palm jutsu on himself , gently soothing his aching muscles and healing any bruises he had. And then he did the same for Tenten.
Tenten moaned in relief as Naruto healed her aching muscles.
And as Naruto returned to lying down besides her, she asked him a question that had been bugging her from earlier.
" Naruto, when you talked about Hokage sama earlier, you referred to her as ' my mother'. What was that all about? " Tenten asked in an inquisitive voice.
Naruto silently cursed himself for his slip up, but decided against lying to Tenten, as while his adoption by Tsunade was not known to anyone other than him, Tsunade and Shizune, it was not exactly a secret as they only agreed not to speak about it to avoid painting a target on his back. Infact Tsunade had adopted him the very next day after he had called her Kaachan for the first time, and she had officially made him her son and the Senju clan heir. But Naruto knew that Tenten would keep his secret and he didn't like lying to his friends, so he decided to tell her the truth.
" Yes, the Hokage is my kaachan. She adopted me. Senju Tsunade is now officially my mother. My official name is Senju Naruto ", Naruto answered frankly.
Tenten choked on her spit in shock as she realised that for the past month she had been flirting with and groping the son of the Hokage, and that too the son of her idol Tsunade sama. But above all she was happy that Naruto now had a family of his own.
She immediately hugged him tightly, as she congratulated him and said " I am very happy for you Naruto. I know how much you have always desired to have a mother ".
Naruto beamed in happiness at her remark and replied " Yes, I am the happiest I have ever been. My mother is really the best ".
" But please don't tell this to anyone, as it will paint a target on my back, and I am not yet strong enough to defend myself from such kind of threats ", Naruto asked Tenten.
" Of course Naruto, don't worry, I will not tell anyone ", Tenten assured him.
And as Naruto dispelled his shadow clones and was preparing to get back home, Tenten decided to make her move and approached Naruto and asked him" Naruto, would you go out on a date with me? "
Naruto was shocked. This was definitely not something that he had suspended. He would never have guessed that his Panda hime was interested in him romantically.
" Are you sure that you want to go on a date with me Ten chan? While I don't care what the civilians think of me, they might think badly of you if they see you with me on a date, " Naruto said.
Tenten simply snorted and said " I don't give a flying fuck about their opinions. This is my life and I get to decide whom I want to date. Not some idiots who can't tell the difference between a scroll and the kunai it holds. "
Naruto was still not convinced as being constantly rejected by Sakura, and that too sometimes rather vehemently and brutally , had damaged his self esteem a little, when it came to girls. So the thought that a gorgeous girl like Tenten was interested in him romantically and asking him on a date was more than a little surprising to him.
" Are you sure Tenchan? " Nart asked again, just to make sure.
" Yes, I am sure," Tenten answered exasperatedly.
" Do you think that I would flirt that much with you, or randomly grope you, or let you see myself naked, if I didn't like you romantically. In fact I was giving you blatant clues that I liked you romantically, and was hoping that you would realise that and would ask me out, but you are as dense as a rock in that department. " Sakura always turned me down whenever I asked her to have lunch with, saying that no one would ever want to go on a date with me", Naruto said.
Tenten mentally made another note to beat the shit out of that useless fangirl and instead patiently answered Naruto.
" Naruto, you are my best friend. You are kind and compassionate despite how people have treated you throughout your life. Naruto nodded his head rapidly, slightly in fear of Tenten's forcefulness, but mostly in awe of how vehemently she had defended him.
With a mental nod to himself, Naruto said "Tenchan, I would be honored to go on a date with you. But I want you to promise me that even if a romantic relationship doesn't work out between us, you will still be my friend".
Tenten was about to laugh off Naruto's request, of course she would still be his friend. But then she saw the vulnerable expression in his eyes and realised that Naruto had very few people whom he considered as friends and he was afraid of losing her friendship, if their relationship didn't work out, so instead of dismissing his doubt as silly, she hugged him and assuaged his worries, saying " there is no need for you to worry, Naruto. Even if a romantic relationship doesn't work out for us, you will still have me as your best friend".
Naruto beamed at her and then asked, " where do you want to go on the date? Because I have never been on a date before, and the only restaurant I have ever been to is the Ichiraku's ".
Tenten just shrugged and said " we will go to Ichiraku's then. I don't much like the fancier restaurants. The taste is much better in the smaller ones. So, you head home, shower and pick me up from my home, and we will have dinner at Ichiraku's ".
As she was about to depart , Naruto stopped her as he had one more secret from her, and he wanted to confess, as he didn't want any secrets between them, as Inoichi san had once told him that secrets between two persons in a relationship has the ability to turn that relationship toxic, so complete honesty as far as possible is one of the most important things to follow for people in a relationship.
" Tenten chan, I have another secret to confess to you. But this is a S tank secret, and you will have to keep it absolutely, as otherwise it could be disastrous for me if it gets out ".
Tenten was shocked at the serious expression on his face, so she immediately reassured him that she would keep his confidence in her.
" Ny parents by birth are Minato Namikaze, the Yellow Flash, and Kushina Uzumaki, the Red Death. My father was the one who sealed the Kyubi inside me ", Naruto said.
Tenten was shocked, as she definitely didn't expect to hear that her best friend who was treated like dirt by the majority of Konoha populace, was the son of Konoha's greatest hero and one one of the most deadly kunoichi ever. Infact Kushina Uzumaki was probably the greatest kenjustu master ever, surpassing the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, of whom she had killed nearly three members, while her husband had killed the rest of them during the Third Shinobi war.
She decided to ignore all those thoughts and instead asked "how are you dealing with all this Naruto. It can't have been easy to know that your father was the one who sealed inside you, the beast which made your life hell? "
Naruto smiled sadly and said " I was very angry at the start but after cooling down I realised that I would have probably done the same in my father's place, as even though I dont like the majority of the Konoha populace, I couldn't in good conscience leave them all to die or ask another parent for their child inorder to seal the Kyubi into, when I have a new born child of my own. I may not like his actions, but I understand his situation and sympathise with him, and even then according to my mother he had asked the Sandaime to make sure that I was treated like a hero, but the Sandaime failed miserably, so I can't blame my father when he did everything he could in the limited time he had to ensure my wellbeing after the death of both my parents. But I can definitely blame the idiotic people of Konoha who didn't have the minimum decency to respect the last wishes of my father, their hero, and didn't even treat me like a normal person, let alone like a hero ".
Tenten simply hugged him in sympathy as she was amazed at her best friend's maturity.
Naruto composed himself and then unsealed his katana from a storage seal on his right wrist, and showed it to Tenten.
It was a beautiful katana made with highest quality chakra metal and a blood red blade, and a kanji saying " Benihime " , on its hilt. The sword was a sealing masterpiece by his mother. It had seals on it to prevent the user from getting shocked if the opponent uses lightning chakra to try to shock you through your blade, as there was a seal on the blade of Benihime which made sure that it only conducted the chakra of its user. It also had seals which allowed Naruto to launch blades of wind, water and lightning from its blade, after managing to master the elemental manipulation of those elements upto the required level. It also has a sort of semi sentience, due to the network of seals across its blade, which allowed the user to store a sizable amount of chakra in it, and use it in case of an emergency, and it also made sure that only its true user could wield it. It was a true masterpiece of sealing.
As Tenten marvelled at the sheer beauty of the sword, " This was my mother's sword " Benihime ( crimson princess) " , Naruto said.
As Naruto deactivated the security seals on his mother's sword and let Tenten handle it, she twirled it in her hand and found that it was exquisitely balanced.
She handed the sword back to Naruto and thanked him for letting her handle it.
" Now, do you see why I told you to keep this a secret. I will have every Iwa shinobi and many Kumo shinobi after me if this information leaks out ", Naruto said.
" Don't you worry Naruto. Your secret is absolutely safe with me ", Tenten assured me .
" Now its time for me to go, be ready for out date ", she said.
Saying that she grabbed his face in her hands and giving him him a firm kiss on his lips, she walked away with a sway in her hips, as she called out " don't look at my ass as I walk away, Naruto", and gave a firm spank to her ass.

Managing to calm himself a little, Naruto thought of an idea and immediately shunshined to the Hokage tower and entered the Hokage's office after sensing that his mother was alone with only her ANBU guards present in the office with her.
Tsunade was surprised to see her son enter her office through the window, and was even more surprised to see the panicked look on his face.
Deciding to find out what happened, she asked "sochi kun, what happened? why are you looking so panicked? "
" Oh kaachan! I am doomed. Tenten asked me out on a date and I agreed. But I don't have any clue about what to do on a date. I have never been on a date before. What am I supposed to do kaachan, what am I supposed? " Naruto said, starting to panic again, only for his mother to burst out laughing. Naruto could also hear the faint snickers coming from the four ANBU concealed in the office.
" Kaachan! I told you such a serious problem and you are laughing at me. Not fair Kaachan", Naruto whined pitifully as he pouted in annoyance.
Tsunade simply cooed at his pouty face and pinched his cheeks and said " It stopped you from panicking, didn't it? "
" It is a simple problem nevertheless. Come, lets go home, and I will help you get ready for your date ", she said as she got up from her chair making Naruto sigh in relief.
" But you have a meeting with Homura san and Koharu san, in a few minutes, Hokage sama ", one of the ANBU said.
" Oh! pish posh. My son is going on his first date, I can hear to the useless whining of those old fossils later ", Tsunade said and placing a hand on Naruto's shoulder, she shunshined the both of them to the Senju compound.
After reaching home and entering Naruto's room, Tsunade addressed Naruto saying "sochi, you go and shower properly and wash your hair, while I lay out appropriate clothes for you ", and pushed Naruto towards the bathroom connected to his room.
While Naruto was taking a bath, Tsunade went through his wardrobe and laid out a beautiful emerald green kimono with designs of beautiful golden leaves embroidered along the borders of the the yukata, and also a pair of loose white pants and underwear.
And after Naruto git dressed in the clothes laid out for him by his mother, she applied to him a small amount of perfume from her personal stock. It smelled a nice flavor of chocolate. She kissed him on his forehead and sent him on his way to his date along with a beautiful bouquet of red roses that she sent her clone to buy.
And Naruto immediately went to Tenten's house to see her waiting for him.
His mouth hung open in shock when he saw how beautiful she looked in a beautiful white kimono.
Tenten smirked triumphantly when she saw the effect that her attire had on her date. And she was also enjoying the way Naruto looked in his formal emerald green kimono, as it hugged his muscular frame.
Naruto managed to regain control over his body and immediately approached his date and gave her the bouquet his mother had given him to give to his date.
And as Tenten breathed in the fragrance of the fresh blood red roses, " Ten chan you look absolutely gorgeous ", Naruto said completely honestly.
Tenten smiled at his compliment and replied "thank you Naruto. You also look very handsome, and also thank you for the roses. It was very thoughtful of you".
Naruto smiled sheepishly and admitted "actually it was my mother's idea. I was panicking at the idea of a date and went to her, and she made sure that I was ready to go on a date, in fact even my dress is her selection".
" Now lets get on with our date ", Naruto said and extended his right hand to her just like his mother instructed him to and as Tenten placed her left hand in his right hand, they left on their date, with Naruto leading her, as they chatted on various inane topics.
Ichiraku ramen was a small restaurant in the street full of several civilian shops.
Its lights were not extravagant but, but gave off a welcome glow to as night had truly set in over Konoha.
It was a small business owned and run by an elderly man and his daughter, whom Naruto considered as a part of his family.
And Naruto was currently introducing his date to his ojisan and neechan.
" Ayame neechan and Teuchi ojisan, this is my girlfriend Tenten ", Naruto said introducing Tenten to the ramen waitress.
Ayame and Teuchi greeted Tenten warmly, but Ayame looked at her with a scrutinizing gaze, trying to make sure if she had any negative intentions towards her little brother, and after a while asked Tenten to come with her to the side, in order to talk with her.
Naruto was not sure why, but he accepted and Tenten also accepted as she had an inkling of what this was about.
As Tenten and Ayame walked aside, Ayame fixed her with a stern gaze as she said " Tenten san, Naruto is like a little brother to me. And he seems to like you very much, so if you break his heart then I am going to kill you, no questions asked. Is that clear? "
Tenten felt a shiver of dread down her spine at that warning, even though she knew that she could easily handle a civilian ramen waitress, but then she remembered who Naruto's mother was and her famed temper and monstrous strength, and her face paled as she thought about what she would do to her if she broke her son's heart. But then she gathered herself, reminding herself that she had no intention of doing anything of that sort to Naruto.
So gathering herself, Tenten said in a serious voice " Ayame san, Naruto is my best friend. I have no intention of breaking his heart ".
Ayame seemed sense her honesty as she smiled at her and they walked back to the front of the stall.
And then, Naruto and Tenten engaged in small talk between themselves as well as with Ayame, as they had multiple servings of the delicious ramen.
And then Ayame asked him how his C rank mission outside the village last week went.
It was a routine peaceful courier mission to the Land of Tea, but Naruto had always been a dramatic storyteller and so decided to narrate the story to his favorite ramen waitress, by embellishing it a little.
And Naruto was currently telling the tale of his mission out of the village last week , to his favorite ramen waitress, with a little embellishment.
" So there I was surrounded by five of the biggest and meanest Kiri shinobi you will ever see. They were hulking jounin with that familiar stench of Iwa shinobi that you can smell from a mile away, with teeth sharpened like daggers , and all of them surrounded me and demanded that I surrender myself to them. But you know me, do I surrender? Oh hell no! I call upon my mighty chakra and pounce upon those Kumo shinobi! Choo! Hwa! Hya!" and Naruto enacted amateur Taijutsu moves for emphasis, "and by the time I was through with them _ _ _ there were twenty less Suna shinobi in the world".
Tenten burst into a fit of giggles at Naruto's dramatic bullshitting.
" Oh Naruto, you are so amazing", Ayame flutters her eyelashes at the "brave shinobi".
" I know. Put it here ", Naruto taps his cheek.
Ayame leans over the counter and places a kiss on his cheek with making an exaggerated "mwah" sound.
"Looks like you have had some interesting C rank missions", Teuchi commented sarcastically, calling Naruto out on his exaggerated bullshit.
"Oh yes. They only send their best genin on such missions", Naruto said, choosing to ignoring the sarcasm in Teuchi's voice and also indirectly implying that he was "the best genin".
Tenten just smacked Naruto on the back of his head, as she said in a mock angry voice "arrogance is not a good look on you, Naruto", but then she kissed his cheek and said " excellent storytelling though ".
Naruto simply kissed Tenten's cheek and was about to get started on eating another bowl of ramen, when a commotion starts picking up behind them. About six pairs of feet are visible under the sign for the ramen stall.
"Ignore them Naruto", Ayame whispers as group of six young adults being obnoxiously loud walk past the stall deliberately slowly.
" Apparently they have all been promoted to chunin, and they have been celebrating with booze for the past week".
" It wouldn't hurt them to celebrate elsewhere does it? They don't even sell alcohol in this street " Naruto said irritated at the drunken idiots for disturbing his date, as he ignored them and set about demolishing another bowl of his favorite ramen.
" You know how it is Naruto. They drink somewhere , and go somewhere else to spew it all out. They'll be gone in a few minutes like always ", Ayame said, used to their drunken antics over the past week.
" They're not even drunk ", Naruto says shaking his head in irritation.
" How can you tell, Naruto? " Tenten asks.
" Their footsteps are even and coordinated. The sound of kunai in their pouches are making a clinking sound, so they are all kitted out in their shinobi clothes and not in casual wear. And their speech isn't slurred from use of alcohol, so they are being noisy just for the sake of it. Those idiots are most probably just flaunting their chunin vests ", Naruto replied.
" You can deduce all that from just such little information ", Tenten asked in shock, voicing the question on the minds of all three of them.
" Ah! Kakashi has been teaching me how to deduce information from the littlest of clues, and this deduction was pretty easy compared to the scenarios and the small clues he gives me ", Naruto said
Saying that Naruto completes the rest of his bowl of ramen, and pays for the meal, thanking them for the lovely meal, and Naruto and Tenten take their leave as it is about time for them to head home.
" Thanks for the meal, guys. I probably won't see you guys for another week, as Shizune neechan was talking about taking a B rank mission tomorrow ", Naruto said.
" A B rank mission, don't you think that it is a little risky, Naruto. You are still a genin afterall", Ayame asked in worry.
" Not so much. Shizune neechan thinks that as all my C rank missions usually escalate into higher ranked missions, there won't be much of a risk for me to go on a B ranked mission, so I am going on my first official B ranked mission tomorrow", Naruto replied trying to assuage her concern.
But unluckily for them, the bunch of drunken obnoxious chunin walked back the street and heard the tail end of their conversation. Nad they couldn't help but their heads into it.
" Did you hear that "Takama" , a wittle genin is going on his first B ranked mission ", one of the drunks said in an obviously fake imitation of a drunk person.
And suddenly the small stall became crowded with six chunin standing behind Naruto and Tenten, who were still sitting on the stools, not even acknowledging the presence of the idiots behind them, though Tenten was a little angry at the drunken louts for interrupting what was turning out to be a very good date.
" I would leave if I were you boys! " Teuchi said in a stern voice, as Ayame was a startled and a little scared at seeing all of them barging into their store.
" I don't like it when people disturb my customers and make them uncomfortable", Teuchi warned them.
" Nah ", one of them dismisses Teuchi's words and says " we are chunin now. We can talk to civilians and our underlings, as we want ".
" Besides we found a fine piece of ass, and want to spend some time with her ", one of them said, leering at Ayame, who quivering slightly in fear.
But Teuchi had dealt with many such idiots over the years, so he managed to maintain his calm, though even he was a little scared and said " chunin are not above the law, and if I complain about your behavior to any jounin, then that will see all of you delinquents demoted back to genin ".
Takama just chuckled dismissed Teuchi's threat as he turned his head here and there and said mockingly " I don't see any jounin here, do you? "
And then continued mocking Teuchi, as he said " And do you think that we will let you run off and complain to the big boys?"
"I don't think so. Infact we will be having some fun with your beautiful daughter", he laughed as he advanced towards Ayame who was quivering and had hid behind her father.
" You will wish that they were present ".
Takama who was advancing towards Ayame, stopped in his tracks and turned towards Naruto and demanded " what did you say, you lowly genin? "
Naruto just looked at him unflinchingly and said " I guess that you are not only an idiot but also deaf. I said that if you don't get the fuck out of here immediately, you will wish that the jounin were here ".
Tenten was looking at Naruto in shock, as he taunted six chunin. However much she may hate these idiots, she didn't think that they could take on six chunin. But she froze in place when she saw the expression on Naruto's face. It was completely blank and devoid of all emotions, and his eyes which were always shining with his enthusiasm and laughter, now had none of that usual warmth in them they looked like two chips of pure blue ice. She had never seen Naruto look so angry or so so dangerous.
Takama was seeing red as he placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder and tried to apply pressure on him as grumbled angrily " what do you think that you do, you fuckin poser genin ".
While this was going on, Naruto had quickly released all his resistance seals as he knew that this situation would only end with a fight, and as soon as that idiot had revealed his intentions towards harming his beloved Ayame neechan, he had decided that he would break that idiot, and as soon as that idiot laid a hand on his shoulder, Naruto quickly released a massive burst of killing intent, and when the idiot Takama froze in place for a second, Naruto quickly tool action and catching his right hand in a vice grip at the wrist and pulled it hard dislocating his shoulder with his massive strength and then he broke all his fingers and his arm in three places, all in the span of a few seconds and then pulled him toward him while he simultaneously punched him in the stomach so hard that he flew from the shop and crashed through wooden fence at the opposite end of the street.
Takama was not sure what happened, when suddenly he found himself lying on the opposite end if the street with his right arm and fingers all broken and him vomiting blood and bile out of his mouth. He screamed in immense pain as he looked at the absolutely mangked form of his right hand and shouted at his friends who were looking at him dumbfounded. " Kill the little bastard, you idiots ".
But Naruto had not been standing idle, and took advantage of their shock, to launch a vicious roundhouse kick at the side of the head of the chunin who had started the whole situation, sending him into unconsiouness with a broken jaw and a concussion from the brutal roundhouse kick by Naruto, which had been enhanced with earth chakra.
"What the fuck? " one of the four remaining chunin shouts and throws a straight punch at Naruto's face, but it was slow, so slow that he didn't even need to dodge it as his brutal haymaker reached him first, breaking his nose with an audible snap and sending him sprawling, while he screamed in pain as blood gushed out of his obviously broken nose.
The three remaining chunin rush him at once, but Naruto is too fast for them, as he uses one of them as a springboard to jump into the air and then uses his elevation to stomp hard on his collarbone breaking it, and sending him to the ground squealing in pain as he clutched his shattered collarbone. Naruto then casually ducks down to avoid the kick to his head from the back by the shattered collarbone guy, but Naruto then maneuvered himself such that he was behind the guy who was trying to attack him from behind, and nade him fall down by sweeping his legs from beneath him, and while he was in the air, Naruto slammed both his fists into his stomach, audibly breaking some of his ribs and making him spew out blood, as he lost consciousness before even falling on the ground with several of his ribs broken in addition to his collarbone.
The other two looked at him dumbfoundedly, as they couldn't comprehend the quick and brutal put down of their fellow delinquents.
And then the two of them rushed towards him to attack him, instead of doing the smart thing and running away.
But Naruto was tired of their nuisance and decided to end the fight, and rushed towards the two remaining chunin and swatted aside their punches and pushed them both apart, while simultaneously jumping into the air and performing a split kick, as hit both of them at once on the sides of their head with earth chakra enhanced kicks, and both of them immediately fainted even before they registered their broken jaws and blood spewing from their mouths.
Naruto then slowly and deliberately approached the chunin Takama whose hand and ribs Naruto had broken, for daring to try to assault his sister in all but blood.
Takama who had with much difficulty managed to stand up after the brutal beating that Naruto had laid out on him, trembled in fear as that blonde devil slowly approached him, it was like watching a predator stalking a wounded prey.
Takama tried to launch a kick at Naruto to stop him from coming near him, but Naruto casually caught the offending appendage with both hands, stopping the amateur Taijutsu move, and proceeded to repeatedly lift and slam him into the ground, breaking his other arm and a few more ribs along with his nose.
Naruto stopped his beating and approached the barely conscious Chunin and whispered to him in a deadly voice, like a snake waiting to strike " You and your friends will never again in your life even think about entering this street, leave alone the shop. If I learn that you tried repeat your actions in anyway with anyone, especially with my sister, then I am going to come after you all, and you will beg me for death, before I am done with you."
" Is that clear", Naruto whispered, " or do you want a repeat of this? "
Takama shook his head in the negative, as fast as he could manage in his condition.
Satisfied with his response Naruto walked back to the ramen stall, leaving behind the broken bodies of the six chunin lying in the street like trash.
As Naruto headed back to the ramen stall, he heard someone from the crowd that had assembled, shout out "good job kid", while the others looked on in awe.
While Naruto had been dealing with the chunins, Tenten was watching awestruck as her best friend and new boyfriend was laying waste to a group of six rookie chunin with laughable ease. She had never seen Naruto fight like that in their spars. The Naruto she was now seeing was fighting with a combination of precise calculation and ruthless efficiency. He didn't even look like he was breaking a sweat, and there was not even a hair out of place on him. Only as she saw him fight seriously did she realize how much he held back in their spars. But she was not angry with him, as she realized that she would not even have a chance if he fought her like this. It only ignited the sparks of competition on her to improve. And she also had to admit that the way Naruto dominated his opponents with that cool unfazed and detached look on his face had turned her on. She could feel her panties get a little damp from her excitement.
And Ayame and Teuchi were shocked to see this side of their fun loving blonde. They couldn't believe that their dear Naruto was capable of injuring another person so brutally, and as a result felt a little fear, but that was soon squashed under the overwhelming feeling of relief they felt at what could have happened to Ayame if Naruto hadn't been there. And decided that those idiots deserved whatever they got at Naruto's hands.
And as Naruto came back to the stall, he was assaulted by a brunette blur as Ayame launched herself at Naruto and hugged him tightly in relief and broke out in sobs as she thought about what could have happened. And Naruto simply hugged her back and rubbed her back soothingly.
" Thank you Naruto. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you weren't there those bastards would have_ _ _ " she trailed off as the horror of the situation she had been caught in caught up with her, and she broke out in sobs again.
Naruto simply squeezed her body reassuringly and said calmly " Don't cry Ayame neechan. They won't come back again. You are my sister and if anyone ever lays a hand on you without your consent, then I am going to kill them. Now please stop crying, you are stronger than this and I am there for you aren't I, along with Teuchi ojisan ".
Teuchi simply nodded back to Naruto in gratitude, and while he didn't say anything, his eyes conceyed the depth of his gratitude to Naruto for saving his baby girl from the hands of those bastards.
And in the meanwhile a jounin named Aoba had appeared and after making his clones take the injured chunin to the hospital, he took the statements of all the witnesses to the incident, including that of Ayame, Teuchi and Tenten. After determining that Naruto was not the instigator of the incident and only acted in defense of Ayame, he patted Naruto on the back and said " good job kid. The bastards got what they deserved. But did you have to beat Takama Haruno so badly, his aunt is on the Civilian council, and could cause a ruckus ".
Naruto just snorted in derision and said in a chilling voice " The bastard is lucky that I stopped where I did. If he had laid a hand on Ayame neechan, he would be dead, no questions asked. And do I look like I care what a member of the civilian council thinks and does? I answer only to the Hokage, and the Jounin Commander. Infact he is lucky that it is me who dealt with him, if it was the Hokage sama who saw his actions, he would be dead, as she doesn't tolerate sexual assault ". Knowing that his mother would be proud of what he had done, and not angry.
After consoling Ayame and reassuring her, Naruto and Tenten took their leave and slowly walked around Konoha as Naruto escorted Tenten back to her house, just like his mother had instructed him to.
And as they reached her house, they slowed down and Naruto addressed her saying "Panda hime, I am sorry for that mess back there. Hope that you are not angry at me. And if you are not angry at me, would you be my girlfriend, as I enjoyed our date very much".
Tenten just shook her head in amusement and just said " Oh don't worry Naruto. I enjoyed our date. And those idiots got what they deserved. Infact that small display of your power turned me on greatly ".
Saying that she wrapped him in hug and gave him a toe curling kiss, as her hands groped his marvellous toned ass.

As Naruto nodded his head furiously in agreement as a brilliant smile blossomed over his face, Tenten giggled in delight at his enthusiasm and kissed him gently on the cheek, as she took her leave, promising to meet up with him, after he returned from his B rank mission.
As soon as Naruto entered his home, he found both his mother and Shizune neechan waiting for him.
Tsunade immediately made Naruto sit between both of them on a couch and both of them grilled Naruto about all the details of his date.
And Tsunade was delighted as Naruto told her about how wonderfully his date went and about the kiss at the end. Herself and Shizune made Naruto blush in embarrassment as they teased him mercilessly about the kiss.
When Naruto told her about the actions of the chunins and Naruto's reaction to it, the entire room was filled with a crushing pressure as Tsunade released her monstrous killing intent.
But when she heard a whimper and looked to see Naruto looking at her with a scared expression on his face, she immediately wrested her killing intent back under control, and instead hugged Naruto and said " Sochi kun, I am not angry at you. You did vert well. I would have killed them had I been there. I am proud of you ".
" You don't worry about the civilian council, I will take care of those idiots ", Tsunade assured him ans sent him to bed with a loving kiss on his forehead.
The next morning, Naruto found himself in the council chambers of Konoha, early that morning as Naruto was going through his physical conditioning, an ANBU had told him that he had been summoned to the Council chambers.
Naruto knew that his mother would bot call him to the council chambers, and so substituted himself with a shadow clone, and sent him with the ANBU, while he went to the Hokage's office to talk to his mother.
And that shadow clone currently found himself in the council chambers standing in front of them as Mebuki Haruno shouted at him " you damn fox brat! You injured my nephew and put him in the hospital. It was a mistake letting you live. And how dare you use the clan symbol of the Senju on your clothes.You should have been killed at birth along with whichever whore was your mother", she shrieked at him, reminding him of his former teammate Sakura, as she abused him ignoring any common decency.
The clone ignored the obviously deranged woman and spread his senses to find that there were four ANBU guarding the chambers.
When the mad woman started ordering the ANBU to arrest him and demand an explanation from him, the clone had enough of the bullshit and released his killing intent, making the woman shut up and sit down as she paled in fear.
" First, I don't answer to any upjumped civilian, despite your delusions of grandeur. I only answer to the Hokage and the Jounin Commander, and I don't see any of them here. Infact I don't see any members of the Shinobi council here. So, if you ever demand anything from me and try to order me around, I will kill you. I don't give a single fuck about your life, so don't think that I won't kill you. If I wear the Senju clan symbol on my clothes, then that is an issue between me and the Hokage, and as she was the one who bought me my clothes, she obviously didn't have any problem with it, so I don't see how a bitch like you has any right to interfere in that matter. And your bastard of a nephew along with his friends tried to assault the woman I consider as my sister, so he should consider himself lucky that I didn't kill him. If he had laid a hand on her he would have been dead at my hands.Infact , you a woman, trying to defend that bastard for his actions is itself disgusting", the clone said in a voice that sent chills down the spines of the civilian council members, as they realised that this was not the Naruto that they were used to walking all over, without any consequences. They realised that this new Naruto would kill all of them without blinking once, if they messed with him or people he considered family and friends.
Homura and Koharu who served as advisors to the Hokage, puffed up in annoyance and shouted at him " you disrespectful brat. How dare you talk to us like that. You used excessive force against that genin, and for what, trying to assault a useless civilian girl. We will have you arrested for this ". And indicated to one of the ANBU to arrest Naruto.
Only for the clone to burst out in laughing, as he smirked and said " you bloody fools, who do you think you are going to arrest? A clone ", and dispelled himself in a cloud of smoke, shocking all the people in the chambers.
Before they could all recover from the fact that they had been tricked the doors of the council chambers was kicked in as Tsunade Senju walked into the counci chambers in a towering temper. And the original Naruto was walking beside her.
She sat down in the chair meant for the Hokage, and made Naruto sit in the chair meant for the Senju heir, causing the civilian council members and the Elders to shout in outrage about the demon brat sitting in the chair meant for the Senju heir.
Tsunade shut them all up by crashing her fist into the table laid out in front of her, breaking it cleanly in two.
As all the ruckus calmed down, Tsunade called out for Cat to arrest all the four ANBU who had been guarding the council chambers.
" Cat, strip these four idiots of their headband abd throw them all into the ANBU holding cells. I will not have idiots in ANBU, who answer to civilians who have no place in the hierarchy of a shinobi village ", and Cat obeyed her orders as she knocked them all out and sealed them all into prisoner transport scrolls.
And then Tsunade addressed the civilian council and said in a voice which indicated that she would kill anyone who interrupted her " And if I find out that you idiots ever again try to order around my shinobi, or try to sentence them , I will slaughter everyone of you ".
And when the two elders Homura and Koharu, tried to protest she directed the entirety of her monstrous killing intent at the two useless fossils and said in a chilling voice " you both are retired shinobi and are currently civilians. You are both only advisors, and havee no power whatsoever. Your only job is to advise me, in the future if I find you ever again going behind my back and indulging in these sort of activities, I will dismiss both of you publicly from your posts and have you hanged publicly under the charge of treason for trying to usurp the powers of the Hokage. Is that understood? "
Homura and Koharu understood that in the mood that Tsunade was currently in, she would definitely carry out her threats, as unlike Hiruzen, she didn't have even an ounce of affection towards them, and would kill them without hesitation , so they chose the most prudent course of action , and nodded their agreement.
" And as for your nephew, he deserved what he got. Infact it is lucky that Naruto dealt with them, if I had dealt with him, he would be dead. Anyway I am suspending him along with his friends from the shinobi forces, as I don't tolerate such indiscipline as attempted sexual assault from my shinobi. As soon as they recover they will be spending two years each in prison. And no this is not negotiable ", Tsunade told Mebuki.
" And as for your accusations against Naruto fir using the symbol of my clan, the Vajra. And Koharu and Homura silently cursed Tsunade, as now that Naruto was officially her son, they couldn't try to steal his parents fortune from him, as Tsunade would slaughter them all if they even tried something like that.
