Katniss Everdeen was never born. The games continued and claimed more and more of panems children. For the 5th quarter quell the twist is that only one tribute would be reaped. Every child aged 12-18 who shares a birthday with this tribute is eligible for the tribute to pick to go into the arena with them. 23 more lives will be claimed this year. (PARTIAL SYOT OPEN)

Every year in the Hunger Games brings Tributes a different set of challenges and produces a new story. But, this year's challenge will be especially cruel, this story especially compelling.
